My mother in law stopped in to buy 2 wigs and walked out with NOTHING & won’t be returning.No greeting when she walked in, walked around The store and found the two wigs that she was interested in but had a few questions. She waited 20 minutes patiently while the worker was having a personal conversation with someone. After the someone mentioned they had some where to be, the conversation ended and my mother in law, now had her attention.The worker had an attitude, not attentive and clearly was upset with life or the fact that she had to grab a wig from the back because when she returned with it, she proceeded to say LOUDLY ...... “THIS IS THE LAST ONE AND ONLY COLOR” & THEN THREW THE WIG ON THE COUNTER TOWARDS my mother n law. Still being the awesome person that she is.... she grabbed it and was looking at the wig & said out loud .. I am trying to imagine what this would look like on my head...... the workers response .... WELL YU NEED TO DECIDE BECAUSE THE SIGN SAYS NO TRYING ON WIGS.... and we don’t do refunds!! My mother is the most sweet polite, patient woman that I’ve ever known... & she came home highly disturbed!😒😡 So based on the reviews.... they follow younger crowds around thinking that EVERYONE IS STEALING. & 65 and above they IGNORE ! Great !!!

I just got my hair done from the shop Aja Braiding, and went here and was literally followed in every single aisle. I made him aware that I see him following me. Please stop supporting businesses that are discriminating against us.

Walking up to the store I knew I was going to love it. Seeing all the accessories displayed sparkling at me! I was originally bummed because the beauty store across the street from here I found burned down. This place is certainly the silver lining for me! Excellent customer service with helping me find the products I was looking for too. Very reasonably priced to boot!

I came in for a few items and was accused of setting off the alarm with a sensor. They held my items that I already paid for demanded to check my purse, which I happily allowed until they refused to let me leave. I asked for a refund and they never did that. I had to call the police and snatch my bag to leave. I was able to escape...... however very shaken up and scared. I’ve never been treated that way! I will never return!!!

The experience today has lead me to never shop with them again. I refuse to shop with people who have to spend the whole time following me around the store. Especially, when I have turned in my bag when entering the store and dont have a purse or any pockets on me. It is stressful and demeaning, all people do not steal or shall I say all black people do not. NEVER AGAIN THIS IS ABUSIVE!!!!

I like to take my own polish when I go to get my nails done in this location they had a nice selection of fingernail polish so that was pretty awesome

Was ready to pay with my debit card. The Lady asked for my ID. I TOLD HER I LEFT MY ID IN THE CAR. I TOLD THE CLERK I DID NOT WANT THE ITEMS. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.😕
