I been to jj beauty supply since i moved bye them so yesterday i wanted to take my hair back so i dont know the guy name in the store but he is very cool when i see him so he wanna tell me the free closure was not in the pack yesterday so i was telling me its in the pack he still says to me it was not in the pack so now when i called him he says to me no returns but he was gonna return my hair yesterday so today i asked if i can bring it back he says to me yes but only a store credit so i said its not my fault but its cool never again will i ever get played bye them at jj beauty supply i was mad and yes i feel i got played he did not look good at the hair wow smfh jj beauty supply😠😠 p.s.the manager was there as well today she didnt say not one word see if they see me again for real
