Do not patronize this business. I was in this store last night and when I made my purchase, I informed the owner I was not sure I was purchasing the right hair and asked whats the return policy. He stated, no returns but you can exchange. He then said but if you bring it back tomorrow unopened with receipt, I will return it. I got to the salon this morning and sure enough it was the wrong hair. My stylist used her own. I went back to the store to return to the same guy today unopened with a receipt and he said he never said he would return it. He lied straight to my face. I took the hair and left. Their are too many beauty stores in the area to support someone that will lie to a customer to get business.

Have to be 100% honest never felt like I was VIP in his beauty supply store whatsoever! So if you just looking for a regular spot you can go to any other beauty supply store and get the same service! I think its just the East side In me!

Racist!!!! I will never come to this store again. I bought a product earlier today, literally asked the girl behind the counter about the product and she forgets to put it in my bag. Once I get home I realize it’s not there and I call to tell them that I’m coming back. I get to the store and see there’s a note on it that it was left. I only received ONE receipt and the Chinese men tell me that they can’t verify it’s mine because I dont have the right receipt. I described the woman at the register and everything. I will Never go there again.
