If I could leave 0 stars,I would. Not sure how there are so many people leaving good reviews. A so called “friend” worked there and told me they would take good care of me. They told me my spark plugs were flooded with oil. So they charged me for new coils and everything. Claim to have cleaned it out. When I got my Altima back, it still had misfires. They didn’t check several issues including I had a wiring issue for my light. Despite the lady at the desk writing down all my concerns. I was charged $20 for power steering fluid (which cost $2 at Walmart) then RUINED my power steering. It was literally worse when I got it. My friend got in my car when I got it and was confused because it didn’t appear to be fixed at all. I was charged over 3,000 collectively. All in all got a car in worst condition than when I dropped it off and got ripped off. If I pay you that much I expect your word to be 3000. I could have put a down payment on a new car. Why would I do good business with you if you do bad business with me? Needless to say I try to be nice about that so called “friend” who knew I was in a bad situation, but I have cut ties with them. I don’t leave reviews but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

WOW.. just wow. Received a recommendation to use Joe (Dunwoody Automotive) and was just waiting for the need...well it happened. A SINGLE PHONE call was all it took to 1) order the part 2) agree to work that had to be done 3) offer a fair price 4) complete service in a very timely manner. Joe did not know me at all - but treated me with respect and professionalism. He ordered the part (a starter) before our truck even got towed to his location - WOW. He was able to get us back up and running in no time. Nothing fancy -just good ole customer service and satisfaction. THANK YOU!!!

Stay away from these guys. I took my car in for emissions and then my car mysteriously died. They said it was due to negligence and low oil, but the car has a cpu oil sensor that alerts you when the oil is low. Not to mention, I drove it in the same day it died on them. Went to the mechanic next door and they said that is pretty fishy and extremely coincidental. Let’s see what small claims says. Can’t trust them.

These guys have been servicing 3 of our cars over the years and have always been pleased. They are good honest people and will continue to use them and support a small local shop. They work hard and will take care of you!

Last minute repair to fix the terminal on my battery cable. They were ready to close but they fixed anyway. Prices very reasonable. Service was very good. Very friendly. I will be back soon for my oil change and some other repairs. I will definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome!! They are super friendly and they provide quality service at excellent prices. I moved to the area about 6 months ago and I was looking for a good mechanic. They gave me the best quote on any work I have needed done to my car. They didnt even charge me to fix an issue with my splash shield and rattling. I have been in three separate times and I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend their service!

I always get my emissions done here for a great price. Service is always great. They saved me tons when they fixed my car for $45 that another mechanic said was a$900 job.But today they went above and beyond. My daughter was on her scooter on the way home from school when huge thunder storms hit. They were happy to allow her to find shelter with them and were very kind to her. Ive been here a couple of times. Once I had a flat and I couldnt get my tire off because the lugs needed a key. It was my first time changing tires in that car so I didnt realize that until I tried to change it. I had to basically beg them just to take my tire off for me. I jacked the car up and everything I just needed the lugs off and back on. I would do all the other work. I even paid them JUST to take the lugs off. They tried to argue that they already had too much work to do. It took less than 5 minutes for their part and I had to pay them $12. The 2nd time I needed a plug for my tire. Again I paid them $12, had to beg because again they had too much work to do, even though two guys were standing there doing nothing when I got there. I paid for the plug, they put it in the wrong area initially and tried to fix it with another plug which didnt work. The only nice part was they let me use their air to put air in my spare so I could get home. I have paid them $24 to use their torque wrench, air and to not plug my tire. Both times I jacked my own car up and the 2nd time I removed and replaced the tire and lugs myself.

Seriously almost cried dealing with these people. DO NOT trust them.

Danny and his crew are the best. They have always given me great service, from quick checks before going on a trip to major repairs, all quick and well done. (they even check the air and fix flats on my wheel chair!) I recommend him to all my friends!

They are nice people. I didnt shop around nor did I try to order parts online to circumvent their parts pricing, so I am uncertain if they are priced competitively. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience. They even gave me a loaner car for the day which was a surprise and unexpected. Being new to ATL, I would have had to Uber back and forth which would have added cost. Nikki at the front desk is a pleasure to talk to. If I need more repairs, I will go back.

This is why everyone should use a family run small business! SERVICE! I ran over a nail which was way over sized. A plug would not fix it so we had to order (1) tire. I personally do in home sales and my day was full. They estimated 1 hour or so to get me back on the road...I was done in 45 minutes. I interacted with 4 different personnel and found all of them to be thoughtful of my time and needs. Would recommend them to everyone!

I visited here to get my emissions test done, and I was failed for KOEO. Which is odd, because I could actually see that my check engine light was coming on. I had a friend who was an emissions tester years ago look at it, just in case I was missing something, and he suggested I might have been scammed since this is a shop, and they make their money on repairs/labor. Makes sense, since I took it elsewhere to have it tested, and it passed, no problem. Maybe their machine is faulty, maybe not. Obviously, I cant say for certain, but due to this experience, I would not recommend.
