Peter (I believe was his name... Young guy) was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. $60 for an oil change seemed high but if they did great work Id stick with them. Peter did a great job. However I returned to have my vehicle checked for a road trip (fluid levels, etc) and was told there would be a $40. Most shops do this for free. Not sure if Ill return. I feel as though theyll nickel and dime me.

This place is awesome, family owned and they always do an amazing job. I live in the neighborhood behind their location and many of us use them and love the convenience of their location as well.

My dad used to tell Charlie to do what he’d do for his own child whenever my car needed repairs and it’d always come back fairly priced and repaired correctly. Cant say enough about this place!

I have come to OK Auto 2x now for car issues and each time they were excellent. They explain to me what could possibly be wrong and approximate costs and the costs are extremely reasonable as well as affordable. I have found my favorite auto shop and when I move to Athens this spring I plan to still drive down here to get my car services done.

One of the Mechanic talked to me so rudely asking me to take back my car to the people who damaged it. The car was already damaged and he even said i should tow it. This is a place I have used for many many years and the owner is respectful and nice. I am disappointed with OK because a customer is a customer regardless of their race.

Affordable and transparent! I always get a fair quote and sometimes they let me buy the parts myself from an auto parts store and bring them in which saves me money. They have WiFi in their waiting room which is convenient. Theres also a bakery across the street and its on the bus line if you dont want to wait in the shop for your vehicle to be serviced.

Ive been going there for years and have sent several friends and relatives there. I even took my wifes brand new Infinity to them. One of the mechanics drove the same car and worked on it himself, so I trusted that he new what he was doing. Even when I moved 45 min away, i still drove to them. Ive occasionally called other places just to compare prices and never found anyone that beats their prices. Mr. Chen and his wife are great!

I have been going to this place about 4 years now. They are beyond great!! Honest people, they are fast, and efficient. I live an hour away and I still come to this place to do my oil change or anything my car needs. I recommend it!

Very irresponsible what they did, unprofessional. Worst and dirtiest customer waiting area and rest room in the U.S. Id rather waiting outside even its raining. For your mental health and health, stay away from this mechanic. They do not care about google review I think but I know you will care about this.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I had to replace the engine on my car. Mr. Vincent took care of the engine replacement. His service was excellent.I have not had any problems with the replacement engine and I saved $600.

Not bad at all

Coming here for years I do not take my vehicle anywhere else. I once ran over a razor blade once and blew my front tire, the place I visited told me it was unrepairable. They tried to sell me a new tire for 150 dollars. Took the car to ok and Mr Kim said looked said its fixable and only charged me 15 dollars and it took about 15 minutes. You dont find honest places anymore. I still continue to come here for all our car needs.

Young lady at desk was very rude and not customer friendly at all, she acted like she did not want to be there. Nor did not care about customer.

One their lead technician is very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Forgot his name. BUT owners wife is W!$%h ... She has no sense of customer service. She was blaming me because she had to pay overtime to her shop guys since my repair took 15 minutes over closing time in the shop. What the F#%^& ... I told her its not my problem...! I was not begging to get my car repaired at her shop! She need to manage her resources well and not blame customers for going to her shop LOL.

I WAS QUOTED OVER 700 BUCKS FROM ANOTHER PLACE, ALSO ANOTHER 300 FOR ANOTHER ISSUE. I JUST HAPPENED TO PASS THIS PLACE, DECIDED TO STOP.THEY OPENED THE HOOD, LET THE CAR COOL, ADDED COOLANT AND SAW IT WAS MY RADIATOR WAS FAULTY (THOUGH IT WAS NEW). FIXED IT AND HADNT HAD A PROBLEM YET. HEY OTHER PLACE TOLD ME IT WAS THE WATER PUMP, AND THAT I SHOULD FIX THE TIMING BELT, AND OTHER THINGS AS WELL.. SMH WAS NEITHER OF THOSE.THESE PEOPLE ARE RECOMMENDED!!!!
