Not only did this man beat the time I requested my car back by, he even beat the cost of his competition. Ppl above who left a bad review because he was mean? Liars. Come in with a good attitude, you get a good attitude. Reap what you sow. Would come back again.

These guys were honest, competent and reasonably priced. Sold the car they worked on for me but will be back when I buy a new car. Felt like a person not a paycheck. Real good guys.

No clue how their auto service is. I never got to that point. The owner was rude before I even exited my car. He didn’t like where I parked (outside a closed bay door) and waved me away as though the building was on fire. Customer parking at the shop is unclear upon entering...Wow! Slow down tiger... I went inside and made a joke to him about parking. He said, “I don’t care who you are!” His remark didn’t make sense, but I was immediately turned off and momentarily considered teaching him some manners. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

ABC Electric Automotive are the best. Fixed my Honda for a good price and awesome customer service by Angel. Will definitely will be back.

American mechanics that are very honest & affordable. I had been going to the same shop for over 20 yrs even though they were a little expensive. Ive been questioning their advise & work for a little while & theyre so busy theyre slow. Tilly Mill Auto has been around seems like since I was a kid & I recently got a reputable person suggest them. WOW 1 visit I was ready to make this my new mechanic. Ive done a lot of work on cars replacing axles on my 87 Bronco, rear ends, engines, rebuilding or replacing near anything so Im hard to B.S.. Now that Im getting a little older & disabled I can no longer do near any of my own work. The knowledge here blew me away popping things off straight from his head Ive not got a answer to in 20 yrs of looking. Ive had a issue for many yrs with the engine having no power come summer & getting a little to hit. Because of what I was told by them near before I finished the question. I replaced a part with something different than anyone Ever has told me, problem solved. Quieter smoother engine, more hp & better milage. I just had him do some expensive brake work OMG theyre better than ever & more pedal than Ive had in 20 yrs on my Bronco. The brakes have been done at a few places over the yrs when I didnt have time this is vastly better. I drop in to see my old mechanic cause were friends but Tilly Mill Auto is the only place I get my work done by.

Owner definitely takes advantage of women (pay attention to the bad reviews, I agree with Holly and others). I recently had my car serviced and repaired at Firestone a few weeks ago, so as of today my car is issue-free. I decided to stop by Tilly Mill Auto Service today 7/12/19 for a quick $25 Emission Inspection(higher than many around town) but I decided I didn’t care. As he scans me in and connects my car to his system, his system shuts off “and isn’t connecting properly” so he asks me to come back after his system resets in about 10 minutes. I cranked up my car, and noticed that whatever he did caused 3 lights to appear on my dashboard (including the engine light). I didn’t think much of it, and pulled off knowing that I was coming back in 10 minutes. When I returned, a different guy tells me that they can’t do the emissions inspection with the engine light on. (It was not on before he touched my car the first time). He then tells me that he called the owner who I was working with 10 minutes prior, and the owner said that what he did to my car wouldn’t have made the engine light come on. The younger guy who is relaying the message, then tells me “you can pull it around to have them check it out”. Why would I pay them for an issue that they caused? I left, took my car back to my usual mechanic at Firestone, and they told me what the older guy did. Firestone reset everything and I did not have to pay a dime. If the old guy or Tilly Mill Auto Service did NOT want to service my car because of who I am (a young black woman) they should have just said so, and I would have happily left and took my business elsewhere. I am a woman, however I am not stupid. :/

I have to wonder how many people who wrote favorable reviews for this shop wish they could go back and revise those. I was one of those people who thought this shop and its seemingly honest owner was one of the good ones who would never take advantage of an unassuming customer, however, I was VERY wrong.I first took my car to him almost a year ago because my electrical system was out of whack after having my battery replaced. I didnt know it at the time, however this was due to the code not being entered, a simple two minute fix that most do not even charge for. Well this kind gentlemen charged me over $200. How nice of him.Fast forward to several weeks ago and I bring the same car into him to look at - simply look at. He told me I needed front and rear brakes and complete struts - $1,800 worth of work.I took it elsewhere to have looked at and in the end, I didnt need brakes, rotors or struts. I needed just one out of the three repairs he claimed were necessary.This person is NOT honest. Do not trust what he tells you, get a second and third opinion.

These guys are honest, hardworking, and know what theyre doing. If you dont want to do it yourself, you can trust them to do what needs to be done and not rip you off replacing a bunch of stuff that doesnt need to go.

Danny is wonderful. The only issue is that they are so popular is can be difficult to get quick turn around times. But if you have time and want your car fixed right, go see Danny.

Danny is a great guy. I have trusted him with each of cars over the last few years. Only suggestion: MAKE SURE HE CALLS YOU BEFORE DOING ANY WORK on your car. It’s never overpriced, but no online likes surprises when you show up and hear that there was more wrong initially thought. Like I said, I do trust him and never feel like he took advantage of us, but I prefer the call ahead of time.

I have been been using Tilly Mill Auto for almost 20 years now. I was referred to them by another female. They have always been very honest and forthcoming with me and have provided me with great service. Never have I felt taken advantage of because I am a female as I read in a couple of the reviews. In fact, Tilly Mill Auto has saved me a LOT of money over the years. Danny (the owner) is always willing to give me advice (free of charge) if I ask. I wouldnt ever want to abuse that privilege but he has definitely given me advice to save me from bringing my car in when it wasnt really needed. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, at my recommendation my entire family uses them, all with the same experience.

I have used Tilly Mill Auto since the 1990s and still rely on them today. If you are like me and like to keep your cars way past the warranty or really like me and keep them way past 2 x the warranty then you will love working with Danny and the crew.They charge an normal labor rate for repairs but I always feel that I am being treated honestly and not being charged for additional hours beyond what a repair will normally take, even if it was an extra challenge for them to complete.It is a great feeling to be able to trust your mechanic and know that those inevitable repairs will be handled professionally.I no longer work near the shop which is how I got started using Tilly Mill Auto in the 1990s and havent for over 10 years, but it is still worth the trip down there from Alpharetta to get my repairs done right. If you are not quite sure about your current mechanic, give them a try.

I needed a major rewire of my wiring harness and ECM. It was done in 2 weeks the mechanic was very straightforward and honest from the beginning advising me of the cost and the time and sure enough my car was delivered on time and under budget they did an outstanding job it was a very complicated operation they had to pull the dashboard out and the headliner too.

Read Hollys review she is not lying!!!I received good service the first time I brought my car here because I had already taken it to Pep Boys who told me I needed to replace my compressor. Since their prices for parts and labor were higher I ordered my own part online and had it installed here for much less than Pep Boys quoted me.Since I had a good experience the first time when my car overheated last week I had it towed here for a diagnostic even though reading Hollys review made me a little doubtful. When he called me he told me that the head gasket was blown and whole list of other things (radiator, hoses, belts, etc.) that needed to be replaced. He told me that it would run me anywhere from $2500-$2800. I have an 03 honda civic so my car is not even worth that and I was prepared to buy a new car. When I asked him why he could not give me a more specific quote he got very rude with me. I came to understand that a specific quote is not always possible but at the time I needed clarification because any other time I have taken my car for a diagnostic I have been given a very specific list of costs for parts and labor. He basically told me that the only way he could tell me exactly what is wrong with the car and how much it will cost is if he performs the repair. As I tried to understand what he was saying he interrupted me and told me that he would really rather not even do it. His disrespectful and condescending attitude towards me was enough to make me write this review and never patronize this business again. However, after having my car looked at by an honest mechanic, I am even more disturbed by the way he is operating this business. I paid him $85 for the diagnostic, which was useless since it was so unspecific and had my car towed to Pep Boys.I received a call from Pep Boys today who informed me that my head gasket was NOT blown and that all I needed was my radiator and thermostat replaced (along with related fluids, etc.) and THEIR quote for all parts and labor is about $800. Somehow they were able to give me all of this info without performing the repair which this rude man at tilly mill auto claimed was impossible.In summary, not only does this man have zero customer service skills, he also is taking advantage of his customers. My advice to any woman (or person really) who wishes to utilize this service center is to get your diagnostic done elsewhere and THEN bring your car here for a (possibly) less expensive repair. If you bring your car here without knowing whats wrong with it, be prepared to be ripped off. If he tells you you need something done, it will definitely behoove you to get a second opinion.
