When the AA cashier with dreads is more interested in the coworker having dialouge abt an order management made vs speaking with the Paying customer

One of the best Dollar Generals I’ve been to. Nice staff, they always what I need, and it usually orderly. My only complaint is that at times when they are stocking, it a mess in there. Aide note love getting cookies from here!!!

The cashiers are always rude to people especially if you are couponing.Every time I ask the person attending me she/he always says they have nothing to do with the app or why my item isn’t attaching. Then they always give me dirty looks.Also you can never find anything in the store there always out of stock on something I need and so unorganized.

Stopped in here for some toilet paper and the isles were crowded with products but I can say this atleast they were stocky the shelves and not just leaving items all over the place I got what I needed and a few extra thing I didnt come for, it was early in the morning so if you want it a little less packed with merchandise in the isles stop in a little later that you normallywould and give them a chance to clear the isles. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the doors and I love to be recognized where ever I go to shop and let me just say dollar general you did a great job!!!

The dirtiest most unorganized store Ive ever been to..theres lawsuits waiting to happen all around the store because theres merchandise boxes and storage containers everywhere .I only go to it because its the most convenient one and right next door in my neighborhood I really wish they would respect the community and our hard earned money and hire enough quality people to clean up and keep it clean

Its very convenient but can hardly call it a dollar store anymore are they found anything that was a dollar but they have lots of variety if you have 2 get some food Enterprise household goods of any kind can usually find it there at a decent price

Im thankful to have somewhere so close to my job that I can buy the essentials. If I were the manager of the store, the first thing I would do is clean up the littered parking lot, then hopefully train staff or hire more to keep the aisles clear and products on shelves, not on the floor. Even so, I am and will continue to be a repeat customer. Friendly service most of the time.

They had the sweet tea, coffee creamer, chips, and cat food that I needed. What can I say? Lol

The supervisor was nasty to both me and to one of her colleagues. The rest of the visit was fine.

It was clean and they had the item I needed. The staff was a little rude and I felt I was being treated rudely because of my skin color.

Gross, dirty, un stocked shelves boxes all over but the people (kids) working could find time to twurk in the isles....

Not a great Dollar general this location on Buford highway seems to have a hard problem getting product on the shelf has been this way for years I finally gave up on them

DG is just a gem. You will find a deal or two. I always buy snacks and cleaning products there.

This store was once beautifully well maintained, but now it is a trash heap. They are out of stock of nearly everything on the shelves while all of the. merchandise is on the sales floor in their delivery containers. But no one ever seems to be stocking from the container. Some aisles are completely blocked and you have to watch your step or you will trip over items on the floor. The management team nor the district manager seem to care about the state of this store. I would suggest everyone avoid this location as it will leave you frustrated.

Ugh. You are greeted with a smell. My four year old complained the entire five minutes we were in there. I enjoy Dollar general usually but lately the prices are not correctly placed so when checking out we are always greeted with surprise prices. I hate that. So I dont frequent the store as much

The manager had attitude and she didn’t give me all of my bags. When I realized that I had left a bag my husband and I went back to the store and realize that there was no bag left under the cas register. So he called the manager and there were no answer or returned phone call. We returned to the store but no results. So he told me to call so I did and no one answered the phone so I just said forget it I want go there anymore. I will go to the Jimmy Carter location from now on.

I went in to search for greeting cards that said Happy Birthday to Daddy. There were none and only a few wishing a Father a happy birthday.

Very helpful cashier, prompt and efficient. The manager was knowledgeable about her store and helpful they seem to work on there store experience.

The only reason Im giving to star is because the store was not stocked freight was everywhere and cluttered. And it seems to be 1 employee Dollar General need to do better with staffing this was a very large store that seems to do alot of business.

Had a unique situation come up and the staff and manager there were truly outstanding!! I personally wish him MUCH success in bringing this store up to par!

This store is set up differently than I am used to. Not sure if its better or worse, just different. Never did find everything I was looking for. Im sure I will be back because its convenient.

Disarray It was super messy. Honestly i have never seen it look that bad. It use to be so clean & organized then when the one spanish girl manager left around a year ago it started looking bad. Now its just trashy. You can not get up & down the aisle smooth because there is carts & merchandise on the floor all over. The shelfs look very empty. They need to get it together. I use to shop here once a week now i can hardly do it.

The store is tight but its pretty well stocked. Good for a quick drop in and grab a few things. Customer service was on par with other low paying retailers.

Can’t go up and down the else without getting stuck or bumping in to racks! I mean this place is so messy. Idk what happened it used to be so clean and manageable now I get anxiety when entering this store.😬 what happened to the old manager she had this place together, ever since she left it’s been horrible! Not to mention a different employee every week, idk this store is so confusing! I guess this is one of the stores corporate doesn’t care a bit about. I wouldn’t even give it one star, but I have to if I want to get this post out I hope someone pays attention and get this store together. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The store is in total disarray. Not much is where its supposed to be in aisles.

They never have both registers open, and when its time for checkout they give you the cold shoulder at all times. I understand Im shopping at a discount but Im still a paying customer.

Sign says you open at 8am. I needed to grab a few items to take to a training this morning. It is 8:10am and it is locked up and nobody is answering the phone.

Quick run in for some things

This is by far one of the most chaotic stores Ive ever been. It looks like its permanently on clearance, but its not. Its actually understaffed. Only 2 people for the whole store. And when I asked how much they got paid, its only 8.50 an hour! No wonder nobody there asking for a job. Somebody in the higher offices need to stop being so cheap with their workers.

Shelves are always empty. Carts with the stock are blocking the aisles.

This was the largest location I had been in,thought I was in Walmart for a second, lol

I go to Dollar General for specic things that save me a lot of money. My recent visit to the 7160 Buford Hiwy location was a very bad experience. After I spent my personal time gathering the items I needed the cashier was stocking shelves and talking on her cell phone so she couldnt hear me when I asked her a question. There were two other young ladies stocking and putting up shelves and the conversation they were having would embarrass SatanWhen I decided I was ready to go no one was at the register. I waited about 5 minutes and walked out leaving all my items at the register.Dont recommend this store!!!

The general manager very friendly and one other employee excellent. The rest of the staff is deplorable and hateful and they know exactly who they are.

One of the largest I have been in but was very messy and disorganized the day I was there. The customer service was good despite the mess.

Bad customer service!!! None of the employees including shift leads and management have customer service skills needed for position. No smiles no greeting. Also I came in one day after work just so happen to have on black T shirt and shorts the cashier decided to leave her post follow me to every spot I went to. I noticed her and confronted her about it she claims she was stocking! While she is following me the line builds up and customers are trying to check out! No one comes to help I also had to mention the line since she completely forgot.

Seems to me that every time I go, they are always stocking. You see piles of this and piles of that everywhere. You cant really go through the isles since they are always full of stock to put up. the staff is friendly but cashier is missing most of the time.

The young lady that opens in the morning heavyset is a sorry piece of work the store supposed to open at 9 shes standing around looking at us outside waiting to come in at 9:02 and going to walk off dont open the door going to walk back in the office and then walk back out like she never seen the standing at the door at 9 she an up open the store at 9 or 4.

Its always stuff in the middle of the floor need more staff

They never greet or smile but thats normal here. Tonight, they decide to close early. I banged on the door for almost 10mins bc I wanted to know who was responsible for closing early. The lady shown in the pic said that they always close early. She refused to provide her name, store tn# or store number and began to speed walk off when she saw me pulling out my phone. The guy in the back just kind of stood there to witness, I guess. This place is 3mins from my home but for two items I drove over 10mins to Kroger to get what I needed. None of these individuals should be responsible for running any shift. Hopefully corporate steps in, I see that Im not the only complaint. Others may not care to share their experience bc nothing may change.
