Great company to work with. Their work is great and the service is spectacular. I had to use their services on three occasions for my Samsung products and they performed and awesome job and it did not take long either. I am very pleased with this company work and loyalty to service. I highly recommend their service for any of your Samsung appliances and or home products.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Its been 3 months and I never received my order. According to the tracking number they sent my order to an address in South Dakota, I live in Florida. Tried to contact them through email with no response. Do not waste your time or money.
They came to check my range for a problem with control panel (which was working). They came, mess up the control panel, that now doesnt work and I have to wait a week for them to come to fix something that they broke.
I have contacted samsung electronics for issues with my dryer, who in-turn contracted OMB - Friends Tek- Patrick to diagnose and fix the issue. I had a terrible experience with Patrick. He was unprofessional, didnt know what he was looking for. His first excuse was the building vent was blocked. He didnt even check the unit to see if this was functioning well and if the exhaust side was getting hot air or not.I then contacted my builder who checked the vent and confirmed no issues with clogged vent. When i contact Patrick again, havent heard for a week. After repeated calls, and screenshots of the error, Patrick said this is installation issue and not machine issue. WHAT A STUPID STATEMENT. He told me that his office would schedule an appointment for checking this out. It has been 2 weeks, no response even after multiple messages and calls.This guy was pushing to get a review. There you go...you deserve this zero star rating...I have also reported the issue with BBB & samsung. Patrick, just so you know, the customer still has the power when the contractor screws them over.DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - ESPECIALLY PATRICK

I talked to the owner of FriendsTEK and he is a nice guy, but his team needs to work on customer service.
