This company is selling fake/refined Batana and passing it off as pure virgin Batana. It seems to be mixed with coconut oil or some other oil. The smell is not as strong as pure batana.

I had a great experience and the young lady that works there was extremely helpful and patient with me. Quality products I make my handmade handcrafted Bath & Body products with their Shea butter and Coco butter. No issues and I’m super excited they are close to home. I can hand pick my own products.. I love Ra Cosmetics, especially the Cucumber-Melon scented Whip Shea Cream!! I recently ordered some items online,and once I received them and opened the box, I noticed some of the black soap had leaked inside the box! I was little disappointed by the fact that whoever packaged the item,they didnt make sure the top was tightened good enough before they shipped it off. It was very thoughtful of them,to give me free sample of the Pineapple Shea butter,which smelled AMAZING by the way.

Ordered 3 and I am absolutely in looooooove!!!!!!! My daughters have eczema, and she’s butter is the only thing that keeps their skin at bay. You won’t regret it. Oh, and let me not forget I had an issue with my ordered since it was through Amazon, and the amazing young lady from RA was amazingly helpful! Did I mention they are #blackowned???? Yes!!!!!

Just tried this sheabutter and it smelled like they added lavender baby oil or something to it. Stay away from this RA cosmetics shea butter because it is not pure.

This is a BLACK OWNED business and the reason why I came to pick up my essentials. I got the Mango Black Soap liquid body wash, the creamy black soap, Shea butter, and coconut oil. I will update with an actual product review later.

I have their whipped shea butter and it says it’s whipped with baby powder and it smells SOOO good it’s not overpowering at all and it works so well i will be buying again!

The Shea butter is moisturizing but there is some kind of fragrance in it. It doesnt smell bad but I would like to know whats all in the Shea butter. There is no ingredients list and obviously there is fragrance added. If the fragrance is from a natural source such as a pure essential oil, I dont mind. But if its artificial its going in the trash. Please be more transparent. Honestly it smells like baby oil and I wouldnt be surprised if thats whats being used to make it smooth.

The coconut oil or what ever oil your mixing in with your butter is messing up its effectiveness. Let it stay semi hard in its natural state [ #the yellow one thats supposed to be 100 percent real] would be a great product if you stop mixing. I will not continue to carry ty his product in my store if its not changed.

I bought some of their body lotion at a hair expo in Atlanta, and I loved it! It’s smells divine and the moisture lasts all day!

I took 2 stars away because I bought the 10lbs shea butter and its a scent add to it that give it a bad smell . I dont know if it the saran wrap they have on thats causing the smell that it is overpowering the fragrance that I use to make my body butter. My first order didnt have that smell to it The ivory shea butter is great for crafter and making body butter. The consistency is soft and I will buy again if they can get rid of that scent.. Great prices for the 10lbs.

Has anyone problem with the Shea butter being scented been resolved? Just found this store and wanted to do wholesale but if it’s scented I can’t do it, it will brake me out
