Very wide selection of products so it can make for convenient one stop shopping, however the do not offer the best prices. Many things can be found at a different location. This location saves the multiple trips but charges for the convenience

Horrible service, rude staff, and they could careless about the quality of their merchandise! Do not expect goodness or good treatment for issues with your merchandise! You can spend $20.00 or $2,000.00! You may have an issue with some items purchased, return to exchange the defective products with your receipts the next day and they treat you like they hate you! The petite older lady behind the counter was rude and refused to accept their clearly defective merchandise.

So rude. Yelp showed closing time 8pm and I got there at 7:20pm. I was rushed out of there and she told me they closed at 7:30pm. I respectfully understood and proceeded to the checkout while letting the owner know to change her time on Yelp so other patrons are aware as well. She yelled at me to leave her store which was uncalled for. A few minutes later the owner tried to come to my car and apologize after blatantly disrespecting me, I respectfully declined her apology. Disgusting.

Please read the reviews I wish I had read them spent $600 this is no way to treat paying customers. No refund no hair exchange no solution . Took my money and they hair matted I’m two days . I drove a hour to con here and three old jags stood there looking dumbfounded. I hope you enjoyed your rice and peas with my hard earned money as I’ll never come back learn how to treat all people if you want to be successful service the sale .

I will return again for convenience mostly. This store is large. About half is focused on wigs for women of color. The prices are okay, selection okay, they have a strict no return policy and dont ask questions because the staff either doesnt understand or acts that way so they arent bothered. You must wear a face mask; this rule is strictly enforced. Parking is easy and free.

Rude staff and customer service I would not and I strongly recommend anybody else to not spend a dime of your money in this establishment take your money elsewhere to and establishment that appreciates your hard earned money they were rude and very unprofessional

Spent $350 on bundles and they were horrible. Beware when buying hair or wigs. Bad quality. They also offer no refunds or exchanges

This is a nice place to go and find things to for your wigs for your hair and hairpieces the price is a little steep for me but I understand why they look higher and then Douglasville because its located in predominantly middle class neighborhood but the product was good I just didnt like the prices as much.

I called to find out if they had an item before I made the trip to the store. The lady seemed unsure but agreed they had the item. I asked what the price was and she could not give me a price over the phone. Told me I had to come in. Smh I’m not buying drugs. Jst a hair care item. 🤦🏼‍♀️. Store had $4.99 on all lash glue, price rang up $9.99.....cashier states it was the wrong price and she could not sell for $9.99. advised that prices are marked on all the boxes, they pulled all items off the shelf and told me they couldnt sell. I left all items in store.😡

I always go here to get my beauty supplies. Their stash of eyelashes are great and they have tons of hair care products I go here all the time when I cant go to Sallys. it is the only place that I would buy lace wig glue. They also sell 100% pure argan oil and this is the only place to get for a good price

This beauty supply store review will be no different than the arising sentiment of supporting black buisnesses. This store is soooo transactional nothing is personal, i literally watched the man ring up a woman who purchased $200 worth of merchandise, and the conversation was non existent, didnt acknowledge or even say thank you for your purchase. From there he proceed to ring me up, didnt say anything to me semi roughly grabbed the merchandise from me . Every time i go in that store, its so cold and non personal. The only positive experience i have had was with a NON ASIAN employee. I am very disgruntled with being apart of a population who holds the largest consumership of beauty and hair products and not feeling welcomed and accommodated unless our hands have payment, and sometimes not even then. Its personal because beauty supply stores are really a cultural thing and I never feel that from here, EVER. I could go on, but yeah spending your money here isnt worth.

Older Korean guy at the register watches those monitors in front & above him like a hawk. He can not greet customers nor pay attention to anything else. I did not feel comfortable and never returned. They do not like blacks but want the green. NOT from me!

I came to this beauty supply store 5 minutes before 8:00pm and they wouldnt let me in saying they was closed. No matter if a customer comes in 1 minute before closing, they should be able to enter into the store.

I went to get some pink hair for my daughter and the 2 young ladies working were super helpful. My daughter is mixed and they were able to recommend some products for her hair that were not expensive and really work.

I love this place. They have an awesome variety. I take my coworkers there and we have a great time with Anne trying on wigs. The only reason I give this place a 4 is due to the racial tension, or fear that all black people steal. Even after counties visits and hundreds of dollars spent, I still feel uneasy when I walk into an Asian beauty supply store and IVE NEVER STOLEN A DAY IN MY LIFE. So I am praying that all ASIAN BUSINESS OWNERS who cater to African Americans get to know us individually and not the stereo type. Just as we dont with their race. Right now, because of Anne, we are repeat customers. PLUS she has a new wig girl and shes cool too but I totally miss the Spanish girl. She was THE BEST!!.

Dont bother coming before 10am-10:30. They never open on time despite advertising a 9:30 opening even if someone is inside the shop. Other than that, they do have a great selection of products. Some are overpriced.

Plentiful in supplies but felt really uncomfortable shopping, staff constantly watching you..want be back for any other purchases.
