I went earlier this morning to have my tires checked, all were a bit low. The tech who helped me was wonderful, he added the needed bit of extra air. Ill definitely go there again. I highly recommend them.

Took my truck in because my check engine light came on, they told me it was fuel pressure sensor. Made appointment for the following Monday at 7:30 and it was only supposed to take an hour and half. They didn’t get to it until Tuesday morning. When I went to pick it up they backed it out of the shop and asked me if I knew the engine light on. When I told him that was why I brought it in he had a mechanic check it again. The test again said fuel pressure sensor. They said the repair thy did should have fixed the problem and they didn’t know what else to do. Then said I might take it to the dealership. The repair they did cost me $695.00 for a new fuel pump.I drove to the dealer and told them what had happened. The person I talked to said wait a minute, went to the back room and came back with the fuel pressure sensor and said this is what you need. A $100 part that took them 45 minutes to replace under the hood. Jim Whaley might know tires but do go to them anything else.

Recommened a friend to take their car here to have wheels and tires swapped, weren’t balanced so had i had to take them back to be balanced (which is no big deal, they were happy to fix that no problem) but apparently customers don’t know anything they are talking about and they have to drive your car for anything (which i have already encountered a problem with them driving my own vehicle previously at this location) and when you bluntly put they need to be balance because its shaking above 55 (anyone mechanically inclined, which the entire staff at a shop like this should be) would know, that balance is most likely the issue, but instead the inside counter guy cory, gets an attitude and talks to you anyway they want. Will probably not be back and tell my friends to steer clear as well. If you want a friendly environment and customer service oriented staff i wouldn’t recommend.

Awful customer service. I had to have my lower control arms replaced after only having them for a few months and no one seemed to think it was a big deal. I asked if they could look at the part or my car to see what would have caused them to go out so fast (because that’s not cheap AT ALL) and Dakota half way wrote my name down and said they would send the part back and contact me about issue of a refund (since it was under warranty) . It’s 3 weeks later and I still haven’t heard a thing. They’ve lost my whole families’ business.

I am very disappointed to find damage occurred to all four wheels of a truck that was only 5 days old. The wheels had been scratched on both the outside and the inside where the weights were removed. When I addressed the issue with the Chase, the sales agent behind the counter he told me they would have gotten scratched the first time I went off road anyhow. I then notice the air pressure in all four wheels were different and that I was charged a disposal fee for tires, even though I kept the tires.I just spoke with Scott the manager and explained all of the ways his business just failed to include being charged the disposal fee and being given a quote on the same wheels from his enterprise location for 67 dollars less and he made no attempt to match his own price or return the disposal fee. Instead offered to let a guy he knows to polish the wheels.I dont know why he would think that I would ever want his people to work on my truck again.I have used him three times without these problems.This was the way he felt about taking care of returning customers.I dont want my wheels damaged again. I will not use his store again .

Went to get air put in my tire, I didnt know what was wrong with it and they were very kind and didnt charge me, Quoted me a fair price on a new tire since I had a screw stuck in the tire which I didnt see at first. I was in & out within 20 minutes. Only reason Im not giving it a 5 star review is because the parking lot is VERY small and congested with cars parked all around. It made for parking and trying to leave a little difficult since I drive an SUV. Otherwise I definitely recommend them and will return again.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Just simply needed a tire aired up and was told it would take an hour. Got there an hour and 45 minutes later and they hadn’t touched our car. Bad customer service. Save yourself some time & go next door.

Sat here for 3 hours for a rotation and balance and they havent even started on my vehicle. Horrible customer service.. they lost the keys so another car got to go in front... now I have to wait longer for them to finish another car that got here after mine.
