If i could give this company zero stars I would. The owner is terribly rude an I don’t appreciate being hung up on. she called to tell me that my card didn’t go through when they have been taking out my WiFi payment 3 days earlier than the contract stated. Then proceeds to tell me that I need to turn my box off at night because AT&T will charge me for going over my unlimited data plan blah blah blah. After she told me multiple times to let her talk because me asking questions was out of the picture I cancel my contract with this unprofessional company. This place lacks Professionalism I don’t care if your the owner or not you treat you customers with the up most respect. iv worked in customer service my whole life and Iv never been treated so badly. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone just for the fact of how I was treated by the owner!

Do not buy from these guys. Complete rip off, products use a VPN to give you unlimited that in turn gets shut off or not usable on things like Netflix because it registers you in a different country. Staff is rude, under trained and prey on the low income with no contract to only deliver horrible service. Owner has been known to swindle people and has always been a crook. Do not waste your money, time or breath with these people. I went in because I live in a rural area thinking they could help. Nope, sold me some junk they’ve rigged and adjusted to bypass under radar but keeps locking up. That is what the “updating” is..resetting it so it works under radar again..

Was great they fixed my problem with ease

Spent OVER $400 to buy the mobile wifi box. I bought the best they said they had along with the most expensive plan. I was charged the price of a new one but it was refurbished and missing the back battery cover but i did receive $10 off because of that but its $25 to buy a cover and was told by the manager or owner that im not sure we can even get the covers anymore. Its the lastest model of a product and you cant get a piece? Really? Went online and they have PLENTY available.i was also told that i COULDNT go into the settings or change anything. Its my box i paid for i feel i can do as i wish. I bought the box and have service through AT&T. Wiregrass wireless is only a 3rd party so why they set up the wifi name as wiregrass wireless is beyond me unless its to get advertisement while you travel with it. 2 days after i took this box home it stopped working and had to take it back, battery was replaced and given back to use. Problem kept happening until we were given a different box until more nighthawks came in. When more boxes came in, they were STILL refurbished without a battery cover. Its alright i guess. I havent even had the box a month so when it runs out im going to just sell the box for anything i can and move on. They got me, dont let them get you. BTW the mobile wifi boxes are ONLY good for one cellphone at a time, anything more than that and its non stop buffering. Cant run the lastest roku box and a phone at the same time (or atleast the best one they push, the nighthawk, cant) ... went on a trip yesterday and used it for a tablet for the kids, once i hooked my phone up, the tablet began to buffer the entire time until i unhooked the phone.

Very bad company to deal with. They should not be in business they are the most unfriendly people, they lie, and they are just not good people. Told me that I had to upgrade equipment for over two hundred dollars and then I took the exact same device they said was not usable and went straight to the provider and it worked fine. They are crooks and they rip off all their customers the same.

Fast friendly service. They always remember their customers and never overcharge for any services. Definitely recommend this place for all your wireless needs. Plans, phones, repairs, etc.

Always had great service through page plus and very nice people behind the desk which I very seldom ever go to the actual business because I pay my bill online unless I have an issue with my phone itself

Regret that we did not check and read reviews before signing up with them for internet. There is definitely something underhanded going on here. Starts out OK, but then update after update with lots of problems, takes days AND then they want you to do another upgrade with the promise that this one will work. Dont recommend you waste your time, money or energy They also said they give credit for days/time down, BUT that aint so!!

Worst experience every, total ripoff. Claimed I needed a different device to use the new lte service hotspot, then sells me the exact same model unit as what I had for $250. Lost our payment info then finds it two months later and decided to charge us for service that we had already purchased directly from page plus. Wouldnt do business with them again for any reason they are complete and total crooks. ***Oh and you can purchase a Sim card directly from page plus for $.99 cent and slide into any non prepaid compatible device and have it activated by page plus via internet or phone for FREE yet these crooks charge to flash and active your device and it takes them all day.***

Dont waste your time or money with these people. Went through 3 boxes, had to pay a upgrade fee with the 2 newer myfi boxes and still had slow service. Even went with the upgraded 55 dollar plan 4 g lte myfi box.Was slower speed than the last box.

Very rude customer service. Called to ask a question about a phone and their services. The lady was short, snappy, and lacked professionalism.

Dont waste your money, time, or gas with these crooks! They will tell you anything to get you to buy their boxes which wont work for long before you have to drive over there and drop it off for them to fix, they have had mine for up to three days. Meanwhile your still paying your monthly service fee while your $140 - $220 box is down there and you have no internet! Oh and it will happen again and again and again....until you realize that these people prey on rural people with no other alternatives for internet other than satellite internet. I had (2) 3G boxes and a 4G box and was always taking them down to get fixed. So save your money, time, and gas. Leave these crooks alone!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. I paid $63.95 for my wifi jet pack and it only worked for 9 days. Owner said he couldnt do anything about. I wasted my money! I wish I wouldve never went!

Bought a mifi for $179.00. Did this 3 months ago. Have to bring it in a lot for updating. Rude people and takes them all day to update. Today I was told they are phasing the equipment out. $179.00 for 3 month plus service fee each month. This place sells junk and doesn’t stand behind the products or service.
