Thinking not really their fault but out of several things I was looking for. The supply chain is what I chalking it up to.Just me but not a fan of the self checkout. But it was funny the self checkout was lined up with a long wait. They had several person check out but they werent long lines they just had people with a boat load of stuff to check out in the lines do either way it was a wait.

Terrible service, dont waste your time with going here. My wife and I spent around $2,000, within 3 days time at this location. Today we went to exchange a pair of boots for another pair, (We didnt have our receipt because we dont normally need to return items), but they gave us the hardest time with doing so, because of half a shoe size. Really petty and ignorant staff, including management. All the while, theres a big sign behind them stating clearly that theyll gladly refund or exchange any items purchased within the previous 90 days, with or without a receipt. All we got were a bunch of nasty attitudes towards my wife and myself.

Bad experience. Security company tried to harass my wife with dimentia while I was shopping inside.

I dont know how that awful place stays open. The employees at the service desk dont even look at you or talk to you, but have no problem talking to their colleagues about who they were with and what they did, I dont care . I have worked in customer service all my life and I would say it is the training, or lack there of, but the management is the same way. The few employees that are helpful and kind are few and far between, and probably dont get the recognition they deserve. Its a shame. It does not take a lot of energy to smile at a stranger, one who pays for you to have a job at all, or to be kind to others. I doubt if anyone real will read this, but I thought I would try to help Walmart earn the business they get from the consumer.

Its nothing wrong with the store but the employees always have attitudes the registers always closed and if you ask for help the Walmart employees act like they dont hear you. Other than that its your typical shopping experience every time

Cashier was very polite and showed she cared about customers. She was handicapped but did not let that slow her down. Have great respect for her.

Had an issue with getting my tires taken care of. The automotive manager took care of it quickly and without me asking for anything. Will return to that walmart to have car work done as long as she is the manager.

Always low or out of stock on most items. They only have 2 or 3 checkouts open to force you to do all the work yourselves and pay the same price to save them from hiring more people that can use a job. You do the work of an employee to check yourself out and pay the same prices. This store tuned me against WALMART. I seldom shop there unless I need a lot of non-food items I go to WINN DIXIE.BOYCOTT SELF CHECK OUTS, SAVE AMERICAN JOBS.

Raggedy. Never answers the phone. They Don’t even have your pick up order ready or even answer the phone when you get there. A waste of time and money

Always out stock on almost everything. The quality of some of the meat is grade D, especially the chicken breast. I have to go to Northside Walmart to get all my products. Every Walmart I been too except this one is always fully stocked and has good quality. This is a management issue.

Everyone was very helpful. When you use the Walmart app it helps with locating items that you are having an issue with finding. They keep there shelves well stocked!

Horrible experience!!! Falsely priced items one I bought said $3.67 $5.40 something and went to buy a pack of Pall Mall cigarettes clearly priced $4.99 should have been $5.44 nope $6.07!!! I dont like the Walmart in Eufaula. I found that going to dollar general is so much better. Less in line, dont walk as far, they might have some prices a little higher but it beats going to Wally world!!!!

I had to baby sit a female dog thats in HEAT at the moment, we had boiled Cajun peanuts to eat and watch the cars in and out, really boring. But this was some of the rewards I got for payment

Prices have gone up 21 cents on can dog food. Older people came afford to feed their pets. That is why they give them up. Other foods gone up. Not happy with wal mart. Think I will stop at dollar store.

I did an order pickup of 300$ worth of groceries when I arrived the ordered was marked as delayed I sat in the parking lot waiting for over 3hrs because I fell asleep only to wake up to no change to the status so I tried calling and was hung up on numerous times without speaking to anyone. And once I got Customer service on the line they informed me that the pick up personnel system crashed they issued refunds and closed pick up I dont have an email or notification of any of this. The status remained delayed I called back to verify how the the refund would process the lady told me 7 to 12 business days. So I asked to speak to someone else and was on hold for another 15 to 20min Im not from dothan nor do I reside in dothan and I will NEVER do grocery pickup here again it didnt take yall 7 to 12 business to take my money keep that same energy

I went in got a friendly greeting. Couldnt find those snapped crackers. I kept looking in the cookie and chip aisle for themI got me a csw and he knew what I was talking about and went to the same places i looked; BUT at last he located them on the aisle with the crackers. I didnt know they were called crackers till that day! I thought they were chips. Anyway I told my csw thanks and I left a happy customer.

Theyre all very nice when you ask for help theyll help you they will go out of their way to help you do it do what you need done to your trailer

Not the worst Walmart I have been to. Regular issues with produce quality for pickup and delivery. Whomever is running the team selecting items for pickup and delivery needs to improve the service here. Drivers are great, moldy fruits and rotten vegetables are not so good. Good refund system in place though.

I love shopping at Wal-Mart, I worked with the Distribution Center and learned quite about how the store is managed,very good my opinion.

Refused to honor price that was advertised because the scanner showed original price still. Service manager was very rude and only cared about what it scanned for and not what it was advertised as. Horrible service and false advertising. Dont trust them.

They have a major problem with getting online orders that are pickup at store. Got our confirmation at 4:45 that our order was ready. Got there at 5:15. We waited and finally got order at 6:25. We even called twice after we got there.

Walmart supercenter with separate parking for Grocery pick up orders. Usually very busy with one side of self check out open and only 2 cashier lanes open so expect a little wait.

Associates were very helpful throughout the store and availability of items was impressive. Checkout was fast and pleasant.

Only problem I had was check out all except one was self-checkout lines where all backuped they should have open up more lines

Walmart is always Walmart and as a brick and mortar, they outsell all other types of similar style retail stores. The best thing is that theyre prices rival or beat any other.

Walmart pick up is the best, I been getting my groceries like this since all this mess with the corona started and its the best thing I ever done. I dont expose my self Goin in the store and I get to control my spending, you know when you go in Walmart we keep adding to the cart and it adds up with the grocerie pick up I get what I need and done no extra spending.. love it. Sometime they mess up but I guess we are human right.....

PRISCILLA told me that I couldnt checkout at the service desk. I had to go to a cashier. I told her I do it all the time. I will not use Self checkout because it takes jobs from people. She checked me out and told me that all Walmarts are going to self checkout. I told her that I would not shop Walmart no more.

No one would help me get an air conditioner off the shelf, store was nasty and things all over floor. That store always used to be neat and employees courteous. Not any more. Thank goodness they are not all we have.

In recent years Walmart Southside Dothan has gone down hill customer service wise and in regards to what they carry on there shelves. And now with there corporate office making changes it has just made both of them just as bad in my opinion as far as stock they carry . Southside Walmart cant even keep there shelves stocked Everytime you go in they are out of something wether it be meat or can foods etc ..... And there prices which used to be second to none are about as bad as Publix. There meat prices seemed to have doubled in the last month in my opinion and if I had my way I would boycott Walmart in general and only buy local stores but now a days its all about convenience and the wife prefers to shop all in one place despite what she says while Im the WalMart.

As usual not enough associates on the sale floor long lines at self checkout. Only 2 registers open in the busy time of the day. Ive been trying for 4 months to get a Spin mop bucket order it online since theres never one on the shelf. Only to get a text message while I was in the store that my order was canceled. I have traveled to 5 different Walmart stores this month in Montgomery Tallahassee Ozark 2 in Dothan looking for the Nestle Hazle Nut large bottle of coffee creamer the label on the shelf but its out of stock. Same thing last month I did ask a associate to check the back they had 2 bottles. I did inquire if they would get more in which I usually purchase 3 bottles per month. I always find it at Publix and Win Dixe with no problem. Those stories are farther away from my home. Lately several of the items that I love to purchase are out of stock which the UpC labels are on the shelf which means they still carry those items. Dont know if theyre not being order through the automated system

I come to this store almost daily only because I live super close to it but if I could I would always choose north side over south side.. employees and most of management are rude and act like they don’t wanna be bothered. There is hardly ever a good selection of anything and most always I have to go to another grocery store and find what I need. In my opinion they need to get one of everyone, shut the whole store down and open up fresh with an entire new crew. Horrible professionalism

It was the worst, I they were out of everything, very frustrating, and the prices are well I dont want to get ugly. Then I had to stand in for 45 minutes. They had 3 lanes opened but there was people walking doing nothing. It was a nightmare. I wont be shopping there anymore.

If you need a phone, go see Ms. Kia (the Straight Talk Lady). She provides the most awesome customer service and was very patient with us. She had to get 5 phones activated, and despite having to deal with Verizon, never got flustered or lost her cool. Mind you, though I like Southside WalMart, this 5 star rating is for Ms. Kia only. She is wonderful and Im sure theyre not paying her as much as she deserves.Thank you again Ms. Kia!

On the packaging of all Walmart private brand items it clearly says that if you are not satisfied, then simply bring item back for a refund or replacement. Tried to return a hyper tough weed eater that had been used less than an hour when it quit working. Walmart would do nothing about it so Im just out $75

My girls- daughter, brother and I came in around 10:30 pm knowing the store closes at 11:00 pm. We made it to the self-checkout with five mins to spare. Six or seven Walmart employees were standing in the self- checkout. We had to leave our groceries and other products because we only had cash to pay with. The associates were rude and acted like we didnt belong there. Dont think I will be visiting Dothan, Alabamas Walmart again

They dont keep the stock up on alot of items I have had to go across town to the other Walmart. Poor rated store need a new manager

As I was entering in the sign close to the garden center, one of the employees shut and lock the door as people were trying to enter in without any explanation and without even making eye contact with the customers. They shut down all the lanes to the right side of the store and only left the lanes open from the middle of the store toward the left side. There were lines backed all the way up to the bakery section. There were only three lanes open. One self checkout and two that had cashiers. No explanation was given and there were very angry people in that store. What should have taken me 15 minutes took me over an hour. Everybody was in one concentrated area and made the spread of covid-19 very possible. Extremely bad service.

Shelves were not full with products that we needed! First time going to this Walmart and not a very good impression. Prices of meat are WAY higher than other stores, which really is an inconvenience for us!
