We stopped in because we were shopping in the nearby area and we had discussed that we werent satisfied with the sectional we had purchased just 2 years ago from a competitor. Weve had Laz-e-boy recliners before and felt they were good quality so we decided to give them a try. After looking around, Hunter offered to help us. He showed us several different styles and the various options. Pretty soon we decided to make the jump and take advantage of the current sale promotion which did save us some money. Surprised to learn that nearly every recliner shown is actually custom made for theCustomer. We were satisfied with the experience.

Not sure why Lazy Boy would ask for my review, since my couches havent been delivered yet. Bought them in April. They were up front and said it would probably be August before we got them. It is now October. We have been told we were close to getting our couches about 4 times. Now they are saying it could be the end of November, but no guarantees. I called and said I was going to cancel my order then they gave me 5 percent off. Doubt I will see these couches before Christmas. Learned a lesson, only buy whats in stock!

We walked in to buy a recliner and got excellent service from a young man, Hunter. He was extremely pleasant and determined to find the right chair for us. He looked at several different options for us, asked a lot of questions to ensure that he would find what we really needed. We ended up placing an order that will arrive in November.We left the store confident that we bought the right recliner.

Service and selection were wonderful. We found a couple of great chair that fit two needs we had. Due to foam issues and other supply issues its going to take 7 months yo build our selection.

We have recently purchased a new recliner from La-Z-Boy. There were many choices and things to consider. The representative that assisted us was very helpful, knowledgeable and instrumental in the recliner that we chose. Travis was very personable and relatable, which helped us with our decision. Were excited to receive our purchase. I highly recommend the Draper location in Utah.

Ive bought furniture from a number of stores, but working with La-Z-Boy at this store was the best experience Id ever had. It was so good that I went back and bought another chair two weeks after the first. They pay attention to you, they have merchandise that is modern, guaranteed and functional. The two chairs that I bought are the sixth and seventh La-Z-Boy chairs I have purchased in my life and now I only have them in my house. The staff at the Draper store did everything they could to help me. Cynthia was very professional and knowledgable. She understood my design needs but also provided insight as to what I was purchasing and getting the right colors for my house. She worked very hard for me, she made a difference to me coming back for the second chair and I appreciate all she did for me. You cant go wrong at the Draper La-Z-Boy store. Thank you to them for their hard work.

UPDATED REVIEW AFTER DELIVERY:Initially I gave it a 5 star review because the purchase process was super easy. Cynthia was awesome to work with and we didnt feel any pressure. However, when delivery day came, we got delivered the completely wrong chair.I am currently in contact with the store about fixing the issue and will update the review accordingly after everything is situated.UPDATE:I was able to get the correct chair that we had ordered, the next week so thats the good news. The store itself is totally fine, but the delivery people are awful. They dont ever look at what needs to happen.When the delivery people came to drop off the correct chair, they almost left behind the old one! I had to tell them that they needed to take it. They insisted that they were only there to drop off the new chair but after I insisted they take the old one, they looked at their sheet again (and I even saw) that it CLEARLY says to pick up the old one. If I wouldnt have said anything, I could have taken a $1,000 chair for free so YOURE WELCOME!Thats why I can only give it 3 stars. The purchase process and the chair are awesome, but PLEASE fix the delivery issues. Either give better training, or find people that will follow instructions.

I have been looking at the Bennett Duo for about a year and a half and finally decided to get it ordered. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and friendly. She went out of her way to help me decide on fabric, pillows, a rug and other accessories from the showroom. The showroom was well laid out with lots of fabric options on display. Other than having to wait so long to get my furniture (which I understand why) I was very pleased with the process.

Hunter was our salesman and he was delightful to work with. A very respectful honest young man with lots of integrity. The price was still crazy high but we purchased the Meyers sectional sofa with an ottoman. The ottoman wasn’t made correctly and wasn’t the height it was supposed to be, but Hunter squared us away and ordered one that should be the right size for our sofa without taking us to the bank. Overall we didn’t meet one person at this location that want extremely helpful and friendly,, a nice change from RC Willey and Ashley no doubt. We would highly recommend this Lazy Boy location and can’t thank them enough for helping make our dreams come true with a custom sofa sectional.

The associate helping us (Janet) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found some great rockers at a great price (we came during a sale). We love La-z-boy, they make quality furniture and stand behind their product. Only down side is construction and shipping is back logged and it will take a few months to get our chairs.

Travis was patient and supportive of our choices and changes in furniture and materials.

Cynthia & Alisa were very helpful to me while trying to make selections of style & colors/patterns would work best in my home. Both were very patient while I was deciding what best met our needs, and no high pressure sales. Looking forward to getting the furniture.

We love the La-Z-Boy store! This is our family’s 4th recliner. So comfy and well made. Our chairs have moved around quite a bit and are enjoying a second life in our kid’s homes. With our most recent purchase we are looking to downsize in comfort. Friendly, helpful sales people made shopping and ordering a breeze. Can’t wait to get our new chair!

Like the furniture and the quality. However we have not had any deliveries yet!! The home visit by the Laz Boy reps was great. She had some ideas of design and fabrics. Hopefully the six month wait will be worth it. FirstPiece of furniture delivered will be September 10!!

We had such a great experience at LazyBoy. We have been looking for a couch for a year to fit our smaller space and in the color we want. I love that we could pick fabrics and they had so many options of couches to fit our needs. We really lucked out and had an amazing sales person, Jordan. He knew his stuff and was so great to work with! We would definitely go back! We can’t wait for our couch to be made!

After having some horrible experiences with other local furniture companies and failed deliveries, we were reluctant to attempt another furniture purchase. But I am so glad that I went in to La-Z-Boy to look around. Not only did I find several option to choose from, they actually had items in stock that worked for us. Cynthia was our sales person, and she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I really appreciate the time she spent with us. We received our delivery, by the most professional drivers who knew exactly how to maneuver around corners, down stairs, and get the furniture exactly where we wanted it, and they did it without complaining!

My experience shopping at La-Z-Boy was great. Our sales person, Hunter, was knowledgeable and low key. He showed us many options in both furniture and fabrics that would fit our needs. He was extremely helpful and I plan on purchasing from them again in the future.

I purchased a sectional, rug and coffee table in May. I received my order a few weeks ago( I LOVE the sectional). I recently laid down the rug that I purchased. However, it did not look as big as it I thought it would be according to the picture that La-Z-Boy designed. When this was designed the designer said, she did not have a sectional in the program that she was using, but this is how it will look.How it will look to me, means that the sectional will completely lay on top of the rug. This is not what I received. I have called the store (all week) and have left messages. I received 1 call back. My salesperson told me they would not except a return(which I did not ask for). She then gave me the price for the new rug, to which I responded I have found it cheaper online. She then offered to give me the discount that the store was offering in May.I have sent the salesperson 2 emails of the last 2 days asking when the rug will be delivered when I order it. No response.In short, if you have an issue with a product you purchase do not expect customer service.I will update this review when/if this is resolved.UPDATE:Per the salesperson: The rug could take up to 19 weeks to get to you, it may be sooner, however I would rather give you the worst case scenario. The issue is trucking and a national shortage of truck drivers.I ordered the rug online and per the company I should have it next week. Totally disappointed with the service I received from this company.

We were looking to replace a worn out recliner, and have experienced the style, value and durability of La-Z-Boy furniture, so we went straight to La Z Boy Home Furnishings and Design in Draper. Sales Associate Travis Board assisted us with selecting a custom leather recliner, suggesting a taller base to accommodate my husbands height. We had a fabulous experience working with Travis and appreciate the exceptional customer service.

Im tolerant of mistakes generally. Systemic processes leading to consistent failure should be called out though. We had a couch delivered that requires a connecting bracket to make the couch usable. Delivery and service is subcontracted out leading to situations of no one having the authority to solve problems or ability to take responsibility other than to say we are sorry. The store cant help you they refer you to the customer service line. The Comfort Care (Customer service) line you are directed to you can expect a minimum 30 minute hold time and up to over two hours (try the customer service number if you doubt). Attempts at returning a defective product are met with refusal from La-Z-Boy that once you have accepted delivery you have to wait for them to remedy the issue with their service call, returns are not an option. Service being a outsourced provider we have waited a week for their soonest next availability. The service call is now being rescheduled to 10 more days in the future as that is the soonest next available day. In the process of the reschedule it comes to light they werent coming out to fix the problem but to assess the issue. Resolving the issue (installing the bracket) would be a later 2nd trip. The first tier of the Comfort Care are nice but have no authority to solve issues. La-Z-Boy is supposed to be a brandname not the aspiration of how they take care of customers.

Nice relaxing environment, better than RC Willey.Only downside is the 12 week wait.

Travis helped us find exactly what we needed. His knowledge and friendliness made our shopping experience a pleasure. This was our first time in the store but it certainly won’t be our last!

We like LaZ Boy furniture. We purchased the Trouper sectional last year and love how comfortable it is as well as easy care. We just purchased the James sectional for our basement in the same fabric as the Trouper. I know it will take awhile to arrive but know it will be worth it. We only want well made quality furniture at this stage of our lives.

Enjoyed the buying experience with Janet who was very helpful in exploring the many options and recliner models available to purchase. Thought I new the model to buy when arriving but left with another model that will be customed built to meet my needs. Thanks for your help and look forward to more purchases in the future.

The La-Z-Boy team in Draper was awesome. We worked with their designer for several hours and end up going with a different crunch and chair after she built out a 3D rendering of our room. And Charlotte the designer has wonderful suggestion on fabric choices and colors!

Upon entering the beautiful store we were greeted warmly by Claudia whom helped us until the end of our transaction. The store offers a variety of options for big and tall men. That was important to us. They were running and new years sale and we saved 30% on our chair. Claudia was educated on the product, had excellent design ideas and advice. Rick and Stephanie were so great to work with. Took into account our tastes and budget and came up with a beautiful updated design for us. I think I actually used the word giddy a few times. Only downside is having to wait 4-6 months for our furniture but that’s Covid’s fault not theirs.

My wife and I spent a long time looking for couches that we felt fit our life style. After years of searching for the couches we came upon the new laz y boy location in Draper. We found ourselves working with the design team and ended up ordering 2 Paxton sectionals from them.. at first the lead time was 16 weeks, by the time I completed the order— a week later theLead time went to 20.. finally received the couches at week 25. So, serious reservations about ordering from them in the future— still missing a lamp shade that they are going to order again.. who knows how long that will be.As for the sectionals.... I have had them for only a few days so who knows, but right now we like our selection..

Received great service and attention from Travis. Shopped different stores for a new recliner. I have always had lazy boy. None of the recliners and other stores could stand up to the quality of lazy boy. Although the store has a large selection, it appears that inventories are very tight. Found a recliner that would work and it will be delivered in a week. Very happy with the service.

I was very impressed with the salesman who helped us. Jordan was not only willing to put up with us changing our mind five or more times before we finally chose a sectional. The main reason we went with La-Z-Boy was that we can design it for our room. We got to choose the fabric and trim. I would definitely recommend going here.

Dont do it! At one time La-Z-Boy was great place to buy furniture, but they have not been able to maintain an acceptable level of service during COVID. I bought 2 chairs. The first one took 6 months to get here. We were patient, understanding COVID was impacting everyone. We bought a second chair to match and waited 4 month. The chairs were not cheap. When the second one arrived it did not match the first one. The store and sales people can do NOTHING to help. They cant even provide information. We contacted customer care. They came out and said they would be in touch. We are still waiting weeks later and no word. We call and today I have been on the phone waiting for over an hour. And again the store is NO help. I shopped at La-Z-Boy for a better experience and a better customer service experience and I have been sorely disappointed. Problems go into a big black hole.

It’s been such a pleasure to work with Alisa and Stephanie from the Draper store. I’ve never had a formal dining and living room, and didn’t know where to start. I just knew I wanted a rustic look and feel. They were amazing with their suggestions from loveseat and chairs to dining set, pillows and wall decor. I can’t wait to receive my order and to finally be able to entertain in our new hone.

La-Z-Boy furniture is high quality. I’m very impressed by the selection and the options. I would recommend others seek out an experienced sales person. I was confused by the two sales people who helped me. I can’t wait to receive my pieces.

Hunter was super nice and helpful; but now is not the time to try to buy a la-z-boy. We ordered recliners in January, they gladly took our money (which kinda sucks since la-z-boys arent cheap), told us it would be 4-6 months. No big deal, we can wait. 7+ months later we were told our recliners couldnt be made because they ran out of fabric. They didnt give us the option to choose a different fabric, and instead made the recliners that were ear-marked for us to fulfill a different order. We were told we could order again and wait another 4-6 months (really, 9 months) or we could get store credit/a refund (thank God). We did receive a refund, but nothing extra (theyll charge you a restocking fee if you cancel 3 days after placing your order) but dont hold themselves to the same standard. I doubt well go back - certainly not anytime soon.

Great & very helpful salesman. Wide selection of chairs. From past with la-Z-Boy theyre quality and have a long life. My only problem is the 4 to 6 months wait time for delivery.

J. Trane at the Draper, Utah store was an exceptional sales representative. Exceptionally knowledgeable about the differences in the various models to guide us to our preferences. Additionally, he was very patient as we took the time needed to choose our model and discuss it at length. I called on the third day after the purchase to change a few things before the build, and he took are to be certain everything was to my satisfaction. And, he emailed an updated receipt within five minutes of speaking with him. Great service, historically great product, and great satisfaction. Thank you, La-z-Boy, and Mr. Trane!

We found exactly the leather recliners that we wanted for our house after trying out the entire stock in the store. But it was the first one we saw. It’s on order and Bunny was a very dedicated salesperson. But because it’s leather it will take a few months to get it delivered. I’m sure it will be worth it.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping at the Lazyboy store. We stayed in budget and Stephanie, the designer and our wonderful sales rep, Janet were so helpful. They came to our home and brought samples of three different styles I liked in the store. Once all the fabrics were placed in the room it was so obvious which way we should go. You spend $1000’s of dollars these ladies made sure I didn’t make a big mistake. This service didn’t cost any extra money. This made us happy so I didn’t have to bring along with me my expensive interior designer.MC and TC

Overall this is a good place for good furniture at a good price. However, we found we had to stay on them to do what they say they will do. Salesperson was going to get back to us with price on a side table we wanted to add to our couch order. Never heard back from him. So we had to go back in and order the table in person. After 12 week wait ready for delivery. Told they would call the day before to let us know when delivery would be during our busy Saturday. Nope... never got that call either. Had to call them back to find out when delivery was. Not a reason not to buy there... but they mentioned a few times how they would follow up and it didnt happen. So be ready to be proactive in getting what you need from them.

I couldn’t go into the store due to being in recovery from major surgery and Bunny helped me choose and purchase my chair. She was so helpful and accommodating. My chair is perfect and could be more comfortable and will aid in my lengthy recovery.

The store was clean and organized. We were not ambushed by a sales person when we first came in the store. The sales person offered choices and information. There was no pressure.

Worst buying experience ever. Youre always feeling like youre not getting a good price because you didnt come in at the right sale. The prices are always changing, they always have to sit and calculate every little price. They get annoyed if you keep asking prices, their tools to look up the prices are slow. They dont return phone calls, and the longer you wait, the longer the delivery time is. First time I ever came in, the price was the lowest Ive seen, but I didnt place the order cause they said it would take 4-6 weeks to make. Came back a month later and the price was too high, but now the delivery was 4-8 weeks. Came in at another sale, but wasnt as big as the first sale. I realized their sales gimmick with their prices, so I waited for a better sale holiday. Finally ordered it, but now it takes 15 weeks to arrive. I have 3 days to cancel it and then a 30% restocking fee after the 3 days, even though it takes 15 weeks to make. I absolutely hate this place. I would never ever ever recommend it to anyone I ever know. I would never purchase another item from this company and I would encourage everyone else to try other places before here.

Great customer service from Jonathan, Jordan and Mallory! After using another location, this location took over and corrected all the issues with my purchase from that location. They were helpful, respectful and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. They understand customer service and professionalism and approach it with a caring manner. They have great follow up and were completely informative and transparent. I highly recommend this location and the staff I worked with. She was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me pick out a sectional sofa that best fit my family room in terms of function and style, yet being mindful of the size. Without any prompting, she texted me pictures later in the day of the fabric color and spec sheet of the sofas I purchased so my family at home can get a better idea of what to expect. Customer service was great, however very unhappy with delivery/pick up options. Having the only pick up location in Riverdale is ridiculous and then charging 100 dollars for delivery is aweful. I spent 2000 dollars in your store, i expect better delivery, pick up options.
