Pretty friendly and knowledge staff working the Penske counter. They had issues with my reservation not showing the correct estimate and he asked me to come look at the computer and we compared it to my receipt. Got it fixed, inspected the truck, and was on my way. My return was great as well because I was late 45 minutes to bring it back (thanks to the slow movers) but the guy didnt charge me the extra day. That helped my day so much after the debacle I had with the movers.

HOME DEPOT WARNING: DO NOT rent trucks from this location. Your vehicle will not be ready on time. The sales staff will also laugh in your face and claim they dont work for Penske so they cant help. When you ARE the Penske agent, you ARE doing business under their name. I have never experienced such disrespect, lack of empathy, and lack of urgency in my life.NEVER again
