The manager is Excellent, Very professional and polite, but the facility itself is beat down. It seems that the new owner has greatly increased prices but they should update it first. Huge potholes and dips, loose doors allow lots of soil and insects in.

It is alot more affordable than CubeSmart. Johnta made the transition very easy. Very good service!

I am having an awful experience with cube smart on Peachtree in Duluth GA . There was a flood there in October 2020, Even though I am paying for insurance I was told the insurance didnt cover Flood insurance . I have lost nearly everything. I can not get them to return my emails or calls. The response from the Manager in the office is well maam im sorry I lost my things too. Also that I can do what I need to do, because they can not replace my items either. Based on my experience if you value your items find a place that will also value them while you leave them in their care. I didnt get that here.Signednot done yet

General Manager, Allie, is great to work and the property is serviceable.The requirement to purchase insurance is a rip-off and was not clearly communicated to the customer until signing the contract (**it was not in the estimate i received when reserving online!!!**) NOTE: This is NOT the managers fault.

I started renting a unit at Cubesmart 6 months ago and Alli, the manager was exceptional at setting me up. Even when I up graded to a larger unit, Allie was there to make everything quick and easy. It’s definitely the kind of service that brings a smile to your face!

Run the Peachtree Industrial location is in the Flood C Zone. They are aware and never advised new tenants. They also did not offer flood protect which is deceitful.

To whine it concerns,Alli has a kind smile and amazing personality to match her customer service skills . I have been a customer for several years an thought about switching due to the lack of professionalism. I must say 5 stars is well deserved. Keep up the good work.
