This Extra Space Storage is so clean and nice. The floors are the cleanest I have seen in any storage facility and I am impressed. This location makes you feel right at home and I can truly say that I don’t have to worry about my items being messed with. Jaclyn helped us and is amazing. She was able to meet all of our needs and made the move-in process so smooth. She is a true gem; you must ask for her when you go visit.

I reserved a unit over the phone and I drove to the facility to complete my registration. As I was registering for the unit, the salesman told me someone else took the unit online.What a joke of a reservation system. Why have the option of calling in to reserve a unit when people can reserve the unit you picked online at any time.What a joke of a business.

Jaclyn was literally a life safer. We’d arrived to GA after a 9hr Drive and the storage place we’d reserved was not going to work out. You can imagine the panic when you have movers waiting for you, two trucks of stuff and tired family members, not to mention an unprofessional storage location. So we found Extra Storage as we stood in the other storage’s parking lot called them and they took amazing care of us. We had to stay really late since we had been delayed with the moving around locations but Jaclyn was able to accommodate us. This is literally the best place in town to store your belongings the customer service is incredible and that goes along way for us.

T is the pure example of quality customer service. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during my latest visit and I must say hes incredible. He definitely needs a raise and a shout out. Two thumbs up and to anyone I highly recommend. T would be the one to speak to.

They were timely when I arrived and very personable. They walked me up to the unit and it was very clean. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I am delayed in writing this review because my life has been crazy and I got injured, but kudos to Jaclyn for great service. She is very down-to-earth and helpful and I enjoyed talking with her in the process of getting my storage set up.
