I just recently moved to Duluth, GA and When I tell you my transition was such a breeze all thanks to Vee. She was amazing and so professional.

It was a great experience working with Property Manager - V. She has been so helpful and stayed past her work time to show us the storage unit we reserved. She helped us looked into an indoor one at another facility when there was no availability at her site. She is such a wonderful person that I hope we cross path again.

I was looking for a storage unit close to my house and came across this public storage location. Not only was the location clean and organized but Vee is the best! She answered all of my questions! The size I needed wasn’t available, but I will keep checking online and I will only go to this location. She’s a great asset to your company! Give her a raise!

Everything about this public storage was way above my expectations. Not once in the process of getting a storage unit was I a bit skeptical of them trying to upsell me more than what I needed unlike a lot of other places I went to previously. They were very friendly, helpful, and the entire place was so clean there was no reeks or trash laying around. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to come here!

I have been to a lot of storage facilities; some were good, others were not. However, upon coming into contact with this facility, it was known that I had finally found a good company that I could rely on, trust to always help me out, and was cleaner than the rest. Especially during this pandemic which is a huge deal for me and my family. The staff members here were professional, and their knowledge proved extremely helpful. Three members to be exact that I came into direct contact with I would recommend to family, friends, and even people I dont know. These three were respectful, easy to talk too, and very professional which is something I tend to judge hard on being a professional myself. I wish I knew their last names so that there is no mix up when looking for these three at this location. However, I was able to get their first names, which I didnt have to write down, because I will never forget. Tishun, Erika, and Tory. If you ever come to this facility, look for these three. They know what they are doing. Thanks again to the three of you for a wonderful experience, and I hope to cross paths with you all during my visits to my unit.

I had the most enjoyable experience with an employee name Juanita Smith . She made my experience at Publc Storage so rewarding by displaying such professionalism and excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to attend to every one of my needs. She was very informative and knowledgeable; which she shared it in such a professional manner. I strongly recommend this particular location to anyone and certainly highly recommend Ms. Smith to everyone.

I strongly recommend Public Storage for all of your storage needs. The customer service was exceptionally amazing. Ericka was very kind and courteous. She answered all of my questions, without any hesitation. This young lady is going places, for she has a heart to help others, which is an award winning factor in a customer service field. When I finally was able to go in person and work with Tory my whole experience changed! Making arrangements with the 800 customer service was a terrible experience. What I reserved and expected to fit and pay for TOTALLY different !! But meeting with property manager on property was a GREAT experience! EVERYTHING was made right!! I strongly recommend you go in person to this facility and work directly with Tory.

I have had the opportunity of interacting with the following ladies at this location, Erika, Tory and Tishun. These ladies are awesome, they welcomed you with such big smiles when you come into the store. such friendly atmosphere. They Provide you excellent customer services at every stages of the enquiry. They went over, above and beyond my expectation. I will recommend this location to anyone as their storage unit...for as as long as these ladies are still holding on at the location. Yes they have actually earned the 5 stars.

So glad were out. The lights are on motion sensor and our unit had a door between the the sensor so as we were loading, the light goes off and we have to walk down to keep tithing it on. Stupid design and super annoying. Customer service sucks every time I need something. Moved to a much better storage for cheaper.

I have never been to a place where someone was so nice and cheerful. John obviously loves people and his job and it shows! He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. I was never made to feel like I was being rushed or like I was just a number. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I would rate this place a “10” not 5 stars if I could. I would very highly recommend this place if you have a storage need. This place is very clean and does not leak water and the price is very reasonable. What else could you ask for?

I cleaned out my unit 301 at the end of May. The 31st of May fell on a Sunday. I went to check on the unit Monday morning June 1st to make sure it was good and to sweep it out and remove any trash if needed. I was informed that since I used the gate code on June 1st I owed the entire months rent of $140.00. The lady in the office said no exceptions. I tried to contact the district manager but he never returned my call. If this is how you would like to be treated then this place is good for you. There are probably other storage units on the area

UPDATE 5/19 contacted by management. They addressed my concerns. Employee received additional training. Accommodations made during a follow up visit. Onsite and area manager contacts were courteous and concerned about resolving issues.-------I reserved a 10x15 space and received online pricing. At check in, I asked if a larger space was available. I was told no. I completed check in. Within 1-2 hours I saw online that a larger space was available (10x25). I called the property manager to see if it would be possible to transfer to the larger space that I had inquired about earlier. I was told I could do so, BUT that I would not be eligible for online pricing. My options were either to pay the regular rate for the larger space or move out for 7+ days before I could again qualify for online pricing (but that I would have to pay the admin fee again.) I also called the new reservation line and was told the same story.I am extremely disappointed that Public Storage is so rigid and myopic. In spite of my stated preference for a larger space, in spite of my quick follow up, in spite of the negligible impact to the operator, property and business, no effort is made to exercise good judgment and no allowance is granted to serve the customer. Only a blind adherence to rules and fees.

Excellent customer service provided by John at this location. A BIG difference between this Public Storage location and the green storage place in Duluth. I had to move due to a leak in my first month....they were going to charge me to move to a non-leaking unit.....so....moved to Public Storage and John was fantastic. HIGHLY recommend him!

We have rented a 10x10, climate controlled unit for about a year and a half and everything has been excellent. Entry onto the site and into the building have always been smooth with no issues. The building is kept clean and climate controlled.I checked out today and John provided friendly, excellent service. I recommend renting a unit from this site if you ever have the need.

We rented a 10x25 unit for just over a year, and turned our keys back into John today. All goods were in perfect condition, there was no sign of any bugs at all, and throughout the year access has always been smooth. John was a pleasure to work with throughout. This is a well run facility.

John is absolutely fantastic! Best customer service I have ever seen. He was warm and inviting and made everything simple and fast. The property is clean and John is best thing to happen to this location. At one point it was run down and had an awful vibe but now its clean and it runs like a well oiled machine. A big thank you to John!

Initially I rated Public Storage with 1 Star due to how my contracted promotion special agreement was communicated then subsequently executed completely to the contrary. However, the day after my posted review the District manager personally called me to apologize and explained that my agreement will be fully honored which was always their policy. For that Ive changed my rating to 4 Stars for the timely and caring response by the District Manager that I appreciate!

Came here and the sign had a 3pm return, but I called corporate and Jordan came in a hurry to help me. I am very satisfied with his performance and eagerness to help !

I highly recommend Public Storage on 3865 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. I called several times with questions. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cedric before arriving at the storage. He was very knowledgeable of the store policies. As I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by him. The entire visit, he demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. He provided an outstanding customer service experience. He explained the policies and procedures, walked me to my storage, and even helped me with my unlocking lock.

I recommend Public Storage to everyone needing storage space for moving and all other needs. I reserved a unit online and went to the location to finalize the rental. The manager, Cedric, was very helpful. He made the experience quick and easy. He even suggested products that will help protect my belongings during storage. Cedric was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I am glad that I chose Public Storage.

Ive never been much of a review kind of person but this particular location was absolutely outstanding, the customer service that Mayra offered, she delivered, besides the fact she really explained everything very clearly and she just made the whole process super easy and quick, she gave me my options and then recommended the one that was best for me. She always called me a few days before payment was due just to make sure I didnt get any late fees, and thats just a nice thing to do as a person and as an employee for public storage. Overall a great location and customer service I will definitely be coming back and be recommending this location.

Very run down older facility. Never have cats available for indoor lockers and outdoor units fill with dirt and bugs quickly. Decent starting rent, but they will raise your monthly rate every few months to an unreasonable level. Only good for very short term storage.

If more businesses were like this they wouldnt be closing down. The storage facility was clean and the prices affordable. John was so kind and helpful. He made you feel like family. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Ask for Brother John.

Great experience! John couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. He managed to get all 5 wardrobe boxes plus large TV box in my Toyota Camry--wasnt easy to do. :-) If I werent moving, Id definitely go back there again.

John, the manager, was good showing different sizes of rooms because I thought I new what room size to get but did not. The payment price was what I want. I will tell my freind to see him to because he is moving out. I know Mr John will help him nicely to.

Great Service! Kyle went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. He got me the special they were having and was very thorough with his explanations for any inquiries or concerns I had. He made sure to explain all procedures on how to get in and out of the storage unit and property. At the end I could not think of anything that he had not already covered without my asking. I had a great experience at Public storage Peachtree Industrial. It was conveniently located from my apartment. Mayra was very helpful in making sure my storage size fit my apartment belongings. She also showed me different sizes and options to make sure I had a visual of my rental. The customer service was very friendly and she even made me a fresh pot of coffee. A definite recommend.

Ive been a tenant for over 8 maybe 9 years now and never have I been disappointed in their customer service. They have always been kind kind even when I was a troubled account. I do feel Im overcharged after keeping my account in good standing for over 6 years but this is a corporate inflection and not the sites problem.

I found this property to be clean and well maintained. More importantly I always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Even as we were departing to move to another state, they were very accommodating in helping us vacate. Need extra storage, Id recommend them.

Stopped by this location today to check out a unit for my move coming up. Myra was extremely helpful and showed me a few units that would work best for what I have to store. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone moving, because Myra takes the time to explain everything to you and not just shove you in a unit.

Walked in this weekend to look at some units. Had john tell me about policies and showed me some units. When we were walking to the units he was walking behind me and i could hear a camera. Weird. When we got back into the office, I told him i will be back within the next month and he said to give him my #. When he pulled out his phone, there was a picture of my backside on his phone!! he wanted my # for personal use. He tried putting it into his phone and he asked me what day i was available for dinner. When i told him i was married, he said he didnt mind. What a creep. I will NOT be renting here. Public storage lost my business just because of him.

My wife and i went into this location to check on our business account a few days ago. A guy named john was our rep. He made my wife really uncomfortable with what he was saying to her. First he said that he was unhappily married and that if she was too, that he would like to take her out on a date. Next he said that he would fill her holes that i couldnt fill. Gross. Lastly he said he will make her feel pleased and pleasured in or out of the office. Total creep do not rent here. !

Recently did a transfer from one unit to a smaller unit. John was very helpful and made it very easy. Highly recommend this location.

Came in to this location last week to make a payment on my account out of state. John took my payment but while he was doing that he said i owed more money than i should. I asked him about it and he clarified my balance. But when i asked him about units at his location, he said that you people ask to many questions. I am a black female who took that comment as a racist remark. Then when i asked him about it he said he doesnt repeat himself to certain customers. I feel like this guy has issues with black people and its pathetic. Its 2019.

We moved across country and couldnt close on our house on the originally planned date. I called Public Storage to find a location in metro Atlanta that could accept a long-haul moving van. Finally, they told me that the location on Peachtree Industrial was the only/best location that could accept an 18-wheeler long-distance moving van. I expressed concern, but was assured that the truck could make the turns on the property. Ultimately, when our driver arrived to pre-inspect the property, he determined that he in fact could not enter the property, I had just a few hours to find an alternate location.When I visited the location, the manager told me she thought the truck would be able to access the site and refused to refund me my $130+ rental I prepaid for the month. They offered a $40 refund. When I asked for a full refund, she said that the area manager would have to approve that and she would have them call me. That was over a month ago and no call as of yet.Now this was after I they attempted to coerce me into purchasing their insurance and their lock. Their lock that they sell for $20 for your convenience is available at Home Depot for $12. Most likely, your renters/homeowners covers your property while its stored. But the site manager tried to tell me I HAD to purchase theirs, its required. Only when challenged did he say I COULD provide proof that I have insurance. I would not recommend this or any Public Storage facility.

Excellent service unit was priced very low! John was a great help!

Dont rent here unless youre willing to risk water damage and pay for their insurance. We were assured that the area our unit was in had recently been checked and there would be no water issues but when we went to unload it just 6 months later everything was sitting in 1/4 of water. The Public Storage people were unable to do anything to reimburse or help resolve the issue and expensive/sentimental items were damaged and lost.
