Omar at Boost Mobile Dunedin, Florida helped me upgrade my phone to a newer model purchased at the store along with a secure case. He transferred all my data from my old phone to the new phone. All my information including contacts, apps, messaging and texts were transferred PERFECTLY! Omar is extremely knowledgeable about cell phones and was quite helpful.I have had Boost Mobile for about six years, and it provides excellent service so I will continue to do business with them.The store closes at 5 p.m. on Sundays, but Omar stayed a full extra hour to transfer my data and answer all my questions of which I had many! Thanks Omar and much success to you at Boost Mobile!

So I went to a place that repairs phones and they said that I had to order a new charger piece that would take three to five business days. Im a realtor and this is my business phone so that was obviously totally out of the question. I went to boost Mobile and the guy pulled out of paper clip and fix my phone for free. I bought a new charger and wanted to leave my tip but he wouldnt take it. Absolutely saved my business life for the whole week with the hurricane on the way

Excellent! Yesi was professional &very patient i came in with means of buying a phone but she 1st attempted to fix the defective phone I had. She went over all the devices with me & explain every feature & answered all my questions! Will be referring friends & family best customer services ever

A few days ago my mom broke her phone & after traveling looking for an open store I found this location to be open ! Which i was very happy for after going to 3 locations and all had been closed or gone..Then I also forgot my pin number for the account & Renel was able to text it to me right there ! Which saved me from having to call customer services! She was very thorough with everything and made sure I walked out 100% satisfied..She even gave me some discounts on case and made sure to give me the upgrade price I was eligible for without me knowing... :-) I will continue going to this location for now on

My debit card was stolen and someone tried to pay their bill with it I called customer service and they wouldn’t do anything for me lol what a joke

Great service and deals. I went to switch over and hopefully get a good phone for my mom, and the worker there knew what I was looking for. He was respectful and wasnt only offering the most expensive phones they had. Got the Stylo 5x, only having to pay for the setup and 1st month. Their network service is also better than the company I was with, which is definetly a good sign.

The person working had no knowledge of any of the plans or services.. They seem to only want you to pay more money than what is asked for.

Samer will be so happy that I finally made it here to write this review. Back in August, my S6 finally just gave up so I walked in to this location since it was close to my job. From the moment I walked in Samer provided me with one-on-one customer service. He answered ALL (and I had a lot) of my questions, showed me various models and explained how things worked. He was very personable and did not try to upsell me on anything. Overall Great Personality - Amazing Customer Service- I would recommend everyone at least start their search for their next phone here....and he did not mind that I was on Amazon cross checking prices on everything. Got the best price with a peace of mind and again, GREAT SERVICE. Thank You Samer!!!!!
