I stopped by your Dunedin store for some advise and questions about my new phone I purchased last Saturday. Your manager name Mo was on duty today and he is awesome. Not only by knowledge but patience with me. At my age these new phones are not as easy to manage as you/ we think. He was the greatest help Ive ever experienced with Cricket.He walked me through thoroughly step by step all my questions.I will recommend CRICKET big time to everybody. Stopped by yesterday and both Kris & Youseff were extremely helpful and very welcoming! We had an issue and they took matters into their own hands. They made sure to answer all of our questions and they gave us such a great experience. This is probably the only Cricket store I will continue to come back to!

The staff were absolutely phenomenal! They helped us upgrade to two new iPhones, for a great price. Cory, Carina, unfortunately I didn’t get the manager’s name but he gave a phenomenal deal and this is the one place I would recommend for anyone who’s looking to change providers or upgrade their phones.Lauren Vega

I had a chance to deal with this location yesterday about a new phone replacement phone.The sales man I dealt with was named Aaron and was one of the most professional clean-cut knowledgeable individuals that I’ve ever had a chance to deal with.I spoke with eight stores before finding the product I wanted at this location Aaron had me in and out in less than an hour and had even held the product for me till I could get there .I would highly recommend this young man’s store.

Soooo many reasons! Because you SCAM people. You special order accessories for people from Amazon then charge a huge price ($20 more!). You force people to buy $50 plans when they dont need one that high. You add features & autopay onto peoples accounts without them knowing. Your reviews are fakes, you write them on customers phones without them knowing. Gonna see if 100 of my closest friends wont mind writing a ONE STAR review for you! STOP cheating people!
