I brought my phone in because it was not functioning properly and Samsung could not solve my problems. They wanted to create a ticket, have the phone sent back for 6-8 days and charge me $111.00. The young man at UBreakiFIx Dunedin fixed all of the problems in 15 minutes and there was no charge.In the past my husband has brought in computers for repair and I had my data transferred to a new computer. They are always reasonable and I reiterate, never recommend anything unnecessary or costly.Just really awesome to have that trust. I wouldnt take my electronics anywhere else.

Fairly good experience.I made appointments each time and waited about 2 to 2.5 hours after giving them the phone. Pretty fast.They do guarantee the work.They had to do a screen replacement x2 first one that they did was loose after a few days and caused poor screen contact. It is now fixed.They dont normally fix Motorola so had to order the screen x2 also...

Came in thinking my note 20 ultra charging port needed to be replaced. They offered to clean it out for free and it feels 100 times better when I put in the charger. I still bought a cleaning service for 20 dollars. Great customer service!

I stopped in for an issue with my phone not linking to the android auto app in my vehicle. I thought there might be an issue with my phone connection port. They diagosed the phone, no issue found, and they assisted with getting the phone to connect to my car free of charge, even though they dont typically work on car audio related issues. Very happy with my experience :)

I dropped off my iWatch for a screen replacement at the Dunedin location. I was given a price over the phone then another $10 more at drop off. I should’ve known better at that point. They said they would honor the price given. They said it would be ready in a week. Two weeks later I had to call. They said the shipment should be in tomorrow. A week later I get a call the watch is fixed and working but they recommended a new battery. I agreed. Then I get a call that the watch will not work. I did take the watch to the Palm Harbor location and they recommended I take it to Apple so that I could get a reduced rate on a new watch.

Julio was terrific. Spending a lot of time on my broken iPad. Great job.

After two long phone calls with Apple Support and one visit to Best Buy/Geek Squad and no success in getting my iPhone to power up, Austin was able get it to power up in 2 minutes! He also took the time to answer other questions about my new phone, which AT&T store rep was not able (or willing) to do. This will be my go to place for tech issues.

I went to UBreakiFix on the recommendation of a friend. My issue was a totally DOA 8 year old Macbook that needed the photos and files transferred to a Seagate external hard drive. I brought the problem to them on Thursday, New Years Eve and they had the work completed Saturday afternoon, and that was with a holiday on Friday. I found their service to be fast, well-executed and reasonably priced.

Staff was extremely professional and polite. My cracked screen was repaired in approximately 2 hours. My Samsung Note 10 is as good as new.

I went to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed here. Seemed like it was going to be a good experience. But when I went to pick up my “fixed” iPhone, there was a glowing white dot on the front of it. So they took it back and fixed it. Comes back out, still isn’t right when you touch the screen. They fixed the insides again.... the phone screen was then yellow and dull. They basically told me that’s as good as it gets with what they have.... Which wasn’t good enough for the money. They put my cracked screen back on so I can go get it fixed at Apple like I should have done to begin with 😬 just know If you go to 3rd party places like these, you get what you pay for I guess! The people were nice enough though! Not their fault the quality of the replacement screen wasn’t right.

Highway robbery!! I called to get a quote to replace the rear camera on my phone. I was quoted $189. That seemed really expensive considering I could find the Samsung OEM part for less than $35 online if I wanted to attempt it myself. When I asked how much was part cost vs labor cost, the guy never really answered me and skirted around the question with it being a Samsung OEM part and that they have to make money too. I completely accept there is a cost for labor but dont appreciate being ripped off. I ended up finding a local phone repair place near Countryside and it was $100 cheaper and still used a Samsung part. The only reason Im giving a 2 star instead of 1 star is because, aside from avoiding really answering my question, the guy who answered the phone was friendly overall. Im sure its not his fault what uBreakiFix charges.
