Brianna was so helpful with helping me pick out the perfect colors for my home! Off the top of her head, she knew product availability for my project needs. I’m so excited to host a baby shower soon at my newly painted home. My house needed such a refresh and Brianna knew exactly what to do. I never buy paint anywhere else!

We have purchased paint throughout the years from this store. Today we bought some stain based on a brochure made available to us. We got it home and instead of a dark brown color, it was gray. My husband went to return it and was told I told you the color may vary to the sample. Really? Brown to gray?? My husband isnt one to argue so he bought more stain off the shelf without a mention of issuing us some form of credit. Whats the point in a color sample if the color varies that much? My question would have been was the machine that mix it for you out of a certain required color? We preferred this store over Home Depot but I am now concerned our beige living room walls may turn out green if we cant count on the sample color.

Jaye knows her stuff! Nice actually seeing a manager knowledgeable with all the stores coatings. Sherwin paints have always been my go-to for my customers. These coatings are less likely to fail than all the other brands Ive used and thats over the course of 20 years.

Received phenomenal service. I live a few hours away and run a general contracting company. A customer of mine wanted zero-voc paint and Sherwin-williams had the product I needed at a very fair price. Setting up a business account took like 2 minutes. Will definitely use them as my supplier for any major painting projects I have. Knowledgeable and helpful staff with a good attitude.

My order was not ready when promised and they got my order wrong. Its much cheaper at Home Depot, so Ill just go there next time.

We took a full gallon of stain into the Durango Colorado store to try to get a paint to match. I am painting a shed the same color as my stained house. The inexperienced employee tried to shake it in a shaker that did not clamp down properly and slung the entire $50 gallon all over the store. The store refuses to pay for the gallon they wasted through their incompetence and refused to even take responsibility. Never ever shop this store. It simply is not reputable.

We just moved in to a new build in Durango and I was overwhelmed by the daunting task of choosing colors for an entire house at once. Durango Sherwin Williams color specialist Ariana to the rescue-she came out to our location, talked to me about our style and the desired outcome, listened to my ideas, noticed things affecting color that I would have never seen (the bright orange construction equipment in the yard casting an orange glow on the wall, making paint samples look very different then their actual color), and made her expert suggestions. After testing MANY samples and not being happy with any of them we eventually followed her advice and are thrilled with the results-couldnt have done it without her! During my numerous trips to the store I was always treated courteously by friendly and knowledgeable staff, great job all!

Staff is great. The warehouses just needs to ship the products on time or get more truck drivers.

The people that work at Sherwin-Williams know paint - not random people assigned to the paint department at a big box store. Quality paint with a pretty good selection of product price points to fit different budgets.

Although very busy at time of my visit I still got everything I needed and the staff were in good spirit.. power even went out for a bit and they still did what they could.

Unfortunately the paint was poorly mixed and the store calculated amounts incorrectly, so I ended up paying for twice as much poorly mixed paint than I needed. Rather than resorting to leaving a passive aggressive review like this I contacted the store directly by phone and email, but the manager chose to ignore my feedback. Disappointing all around.
