I felt like I was asking so many questions and she had an answer for all of them. I started off with just needing some boxes, she broke down all of the prices for me and then kindly suggested on what size storage I was going to need for all of my stuff. Went to the location to pick up my U-Haul. I was sent to the wrong location and Alexa was able to give me the actual address. I hate U-Haul waits until the last minute its frustrating. But Alexa made the experience less horrible and sent me to the right direction. I was able to pick up my truck without an issue on the app.

Small but clean area. No spaces available to rent. Would recommend this place for other needs such as Uhaul or storage. When you 1st drive up you do not see any units. The place looks well secured.

Typical storage. Sign outside says 2 months free but none of the typical units are part of the deal. Decent people Jada was nice and knowledgeable. Disappointed in the fact that they have a sign to draw people in but there’s a catch

I heard this place rents flex office spaces so I came here to check it out. I was informed that there were no available spaces at the moment and although that was disappointing the staff member (Cierra) was apologetic and an absolute pleasure. Although they did not have what I needed her customer service prompted me to still give the location 5 stars!!!!!!

My family and I are moving and I needed to rent a Uhaul in about a week. I went in and got Jada who gave me quotes. She asked for a review. My husband and I were pleased with the service so we are happy to oblige.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I found the experience to be really easy. I initially ordered a storage unit at the Geer street location and was able to view the storage room that day. Due to a clerical issue, I switched to a different storage unit in Durham that was actually a bit cheaper. Both of the units were clean and well maintained. They gave me a lock for the unit and were very helpful giving me directions to the facility and to my unit. Kristen was really helpful and gave me great guidance on the size storage unit I would need for the belongings in my apartment. As it was my first move, I appreciated her attentiveness to my needs. I have been pleased with my experience thus far.

Went into Security Self Storage looking to get estimates for uhaul for my move in 4 months. Went in and got Jada. She stood up greeted me and got me the estimates I needed. She even gave me a print out out the estimates. Great customer service. I would recommend others to give this place a try.

I was rushing to get the truck turned in they were so helpful. There were cars parked so they helped me get into the parking space and ensured me they would make sure everything was taken care of. It out me at ease and made my experience a very pleasant one. The service they gave me was above and beyond exceptional. They are now my go to team when i need a storage or rental truck. I went here a couple days ago for a Uhaul. I found it strange and inconvenient they only had one truck out there and it was a big one but it made me feel better the girl Cierra found me a smaller truck down the road. Weird Uhaul but thankful for finding a truck close by.

Been looking for a storage and I went in on Saturday. The person working... I think her name was Jewel was extremely friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She wasnt pushy or too aggressive. I was also really impressed with how clean the grounds and the units I saw were! Even though this facility is really not convinient to where I live I dont want to take a chance on finding something closer but the people arent friendly. I will definitely be back when I am ready to get a storage unit... Ms. Jewel is truly a jewel!!

A good value compared to other storage places near my house. The unit came with a free lock, a great, unexpected bonus. Staff was friendly and gave me a choice of similar size units, letting me choose one where the door opens longways, much better for my items. Happy.
