Ive had the best experience with this Public Storage. Kim was really helpful especially with my last minute decision in moving. The great customer service made my move to North Carolina so much easier because i didnt have any stress or worries when it came to public storage. I love it there. Will definitely use them again if needed.

My experience in this storage has been great! The staff has always been very helpful especially Kim she really has cleared all my questions and has been really helpful, she even reminds me if Im close to the end of the month so I dont have to pay any extra charges, is great to see people willing to help and give an excellent service!!

The site manager Antonio W. was extremely helpful yesterday and very professional. I’ve been having some finance issues lately & he worked with me to get my bill paid down and protect my items in storage. I was literally at my wits-end and even with me being frustrated, he worked hard to help me & I appreciate him for that. It’s an outdoor storage which isn’t my favorite because of bugs & the elements, but they have been very accommodating & even swept out the unit for me when I first moved my stuff in.

I have a Public Storage unit in Georgia and live in North Carolina. Due to an error in payments, i ended up at property number 28063 to try fixing my problem. KIM...was wonderful! Not only did she (along with the District Manager) solve my problem, but she also went back and double checked that it was solved.KIM was not only helpful but also was very polite, friendly and totally willing to help, without any hesitation.If there is an employee of the month KIM should be rewarded!

Everything was good until I went to my unit . This location has roaches and DID NOT mention it . I was told to wrap my belongs and that’s it and now I see why. When I moved out about 4 little buddies came along . I DO NOT recommend at all . Management is very aware!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Reserving online was surprisingly simple. I contacted the property the day of my scheduled move in date and was able to set an appointment to finalize paperwork on my lunch hour. Upon my arrival I was greeted in a friendly manor by a lovely young lady named Julie. She very quickly let me know that she knew I was on my lunch break so we would get things handled as quickly as possible. She very efficiently moved me right thru the process answering all my questions. I truly appreciate her professional and helpful attitude. Rented a unit to put household items in from downsizing homes. Kendra was just awesome! Really friendly, offered great suggestions and was willing to spend time answering all my questions. Had such a positive experience about a week later, when my daughter needed some offsite storage, she turned to this Public Storage and Kendra provided the same great customer service to her! Highly recommend this facility if how you’re treated as a customer matters to you!

Had an 11:00 appointment for move in but was running late. I called to change it to 11:30, and there was no problem. When we finally got there, Sherita greeted us very warmly and told us all about what we would be signing up for (we did the online registration the day before, but it was still nice to get more info in person). The space was perfect for our needs and an excellent value.

The leasing agent was very knowledgeable, the unit that I originally reserved was way to small for the items I needed to store, so went to the next unit which was better suitable and much bigger, she recommended furniture and mattress covers do to the units all being outside, which will save me money in the long run ... Thank you ...

The employees at this Durham Public Storage were extremely helpful and made my choice for storage an easy one. The site is about a mile away from where I stay, and the open/close times are convenient. I checked in with Sherita, and even though it was a blazing hot day, she got right up and showed me all her available units. The unit I wanted was reserved and she went above and beyond to call the people to see if theyre still interested. Luckily, I was able to get the unit I wanted. I met the property manager Judy later on as well. She called me personally to let me know my door wasnt closed properly. I got a chance to meet her that day, and she was very pleasant to talk to. I appreciate workers who are willing to help out their customers, and it makes me feel more comfortable that my belongings are being professionally secured. 6 stars.

Little did I know, Judy at public storage was the cherry on top sorta speak. The best and most memorable experience at any storage unit Ive ever been a part of.
