I think Ive been to over a dozen U-Haul locations and this is BY FAR the worst experience Ive ever had at one. The manager is inexcusably rude and condescending. Literally laughing at me on the way out with his buddies when I eventually left out of frustration. Zero even basic competence. If I cant trust you to use basic common sense and honor your own policy, I sure as hell dont trust you to make sure my hitch is safe or store my belongings. Please for the love of god do not go to this U-Haul location.

Poor customer service. Charged twice for a single service. Provided with a truck 3/4 full gasoline & expected to return it with the same amount of gasoline; I ended up filling it but got no credit for it. I wouldnt recommend this location for anyone

I rented a truck this morning here for the second time. I have to say they are great! First time was a 10 box truck for a haul to GA from NC. Today was a pick up truck for an hour. Both times the U-Haul online experience was quick and smooth (even having to navigate through all the options I didnt need). The on-site experience though will make them my go-to place to rent trucks. Thanks, guys!

This is the least helpful experience I’ve had of not alone u haul, but any store I’ve ever been too. We have a tire going flat IN THE PARKING LOT. And nobody will help in the slightest or has no desire to provide any service.

Lacking in service. Nobody would answer the phone.Last time I used them, their wiring harness that they installed didnt work. I had to go back the following day for them to get it working. One should not leave the place without checking everything. Dont believe that they double checked it. Thats what they told me and the work was not done well.Its just too expensive for this much hassle.Good luck if you use this place.

Very rude and disrespectful

I bought a hitch and installation online and drove over on a Saturday morning for the install appointment. I was early for a 9am appointment and they got started right away. I was out the door by 9:30am. The installation was perfect and the installer and attendant behind the counter were professional and courteous. Im just going to use the hitch for a hitch mount bike carrier for now but if I ever need a wiring harness Ill definitely go back to this place.

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. I ordered a hitch and went for my scheduled installation date. They told me they didnt have it in and would call me when it came in. 16 days later I hadnt heard from anyone. After 10 minutes on hold, I finally got in touch with the manager who told me the hitch never came in and that someone would call me back to let me know what the problem was. 48 hours later, I called them back and after 10 minutes on hold got sent to the overflow call center where I was told that my order had been cancelled 48 hours prior. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!!!! DONT WASTE your time. Go somewhere else for your hitch needs. You will highly regret going to this Uhaul location.

This place is a scam. Custom service is horrible. The sign clearly says “tow with any vehicle” and they wait till the last minute to tell you that your vehicle is not authorized while smoking cigarette right next to propane filling station.

Took 40 minutes just to return my unused boxes. Very inefficient and poorly managed
