This was the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. Our salesman was absolutely amazing. He greeted us and listened to what we said we were looking for in a vehicle. My wife is disabled and she thought she wanted a Rogue but she needed something she can get in and out of easily. We found that the Rogue was too high and he immediately introduced us to the Kicks. I was told this was a GREAT RUNNING CAR!...LOL If a Great Running is an Engine with Internal coolant leak and a Wiring Harness that was Tampered with on the Number 2 cylinder then we have a Winner. A Winner at dumping cars they know have issues. For your viewing pleasure is an attached photos of the car and the Inter Cooler Reservoir showing the Coolant level BELOW the Low Level. This is for your future dealings ASHBY with a SUPER CHARGED ENGINE that this is a CLOSED System, meaning it should NEVER LOSE COOLANT UNLESS THERE IS A HOSE LEAKING, CRACKED TANK OR INTERNAL LEAK! There were no External leaks, HENCE ASHBY it could ONLY BE INTERNAL! Your Service Dept. if you call it that is a JOKE!. UNLESS you were just pushing this Pony out the door cause you knew it had Engine issues. I Believe your Dealership was aware of this. Also the Number 2 Cylinder Wiring Harness was tampered with. I had the car transported from South Carolina to New Jersey not knowing as I trusted and had Faith in that they said it was a GREAT RUNNING CAR! When I got the car about 2 weeks later the Engine light came on the second ay I drove it. I took it to the local Ford Dealership and the Code read number 2 cylinder misfire. The Engine was also making a knocking noise at that time. Car was sent to a Roush Dealership to further Diagnose the Issue. Diagnoses was the low end had a mechanical failure and needed a New Engine at cost of $21,400 including labor, Engine, Super Charger and sales tax. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ASHBY! You told your Salesman to have me tow it back well over 600 miles so you could replace a PART cause thats all it needed. Stick me with an Enormous Towing Bill, charge me to put a PARTAKA BAND AID on to get me out of your hair. YOU WILL NOT HONOR YOUR 50% PARTS/ 50% LABOR WARRANTY ESPECIALLY GIVEN THAT ITS NOT EVEN FEASIBLE TO TOW IT BACK. Unprofessional service! I took my car twice to Nissan Benson Easley twice and spent a lot of money and I still have the same service engine soon light! It’s always a new problem the second time they took less than 5 minutes “fixing my car” charged me a tremendous amount for the light to turn on again. They said they have a guarantee but they’re always looking for new issues to charge you for. I do not recommend. Read review first, I didn’t do it and this is what happened to me.

Since this was our first oil change since we purchased the Rouge, we had some questions about the car and she was able to answer /show us our issues. Asked permission to use the electric vehicle a few months ago. Specifically double checked to make sure that this was okay even though I drive a Chevy volt, the response from the salesman was its free anytime oh, thats what its there for. Then suddenly I come to my car and find an 8 1/2 x 11 now stuck to my windshield with cheap desk tape that was now coming off along with some window chalk thats smeared all over the left hand side windshield. Also Ive never left his car here more than several hours! When I try to ask the management for this they were young with very immature high School like attitudes who lied and stated incorrect information for me in those who were with me this kind of behavior should never be allowed nor covering it up and agreeance with, it was very disappointing! Again this is only my word but please be cautious!

I have a 2019 Rogue with less than 5k miles on it. There was an issue with my driver side window. After it would rain, the window would make a terrible noise going up and down. I took it in for service and they told me this issue was fixed. However, the issue is still not fixed. I emailed and have gotten no response. I should NOT be having this issue with a brand new veh. DONT BUY A NISSAN!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions thoroughly and made themselves available for anything I may need in the future. Wearing masks is the only thing that couldve made me more comfortable.
