God always sends you who you need in a crisis. Today my Good Samaritan was Jason Brockman. I was headed to Clemson to move my son back home when my car started smoking on Hwy 123. I pulled into a Shell station and opened the hood. Jason immediately appeared and offered his assistance. On a Sunday afternoon, Jason made numerous phone calls, figured out I had a broken T connector that caused my antifreeze to escape, tried to find the part to fix it, went to his shop to find parts to temporarily fix it and get me back on the road. He even gave me his cell number to call tomorrow morning - because he is going to locate the correct part and do his best to get me back on the road to home safely and worry free. I will always be grateful for this extraordinary act of kindness. This world needs more people like Jason Brockman!! Thank you Jason!!!

I completely enjoyed my car buying experience at Brockman yesterday! I was checking online for local used cars for sale and found one I loved right in Easley! I went by last Saturday to look at it, and I was immediately asked if I wanted the key to take a look inside. I was very interested after taking that look, and went back the following Monday. I called 30 minutes ahead to let them know I was coming, and when I arrived, Steve, the same man who had helped us Saturday, was there waiting for me with the key to take it for the test drive. I was very happy after, so we went to the office to talk turkey. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions and worked with me on the fine details. He even found me a great warranty when we discovered that the one on the car had expired! This was my first experience buying a car and he made it as smooth and fun as possible. I would definitely recommend checking out their lot and working with these fine people! Thank you so much Steve! Five Stars and two thumbs up. Jason and Paul are quality human beings. I live in San Diego but I searched inventory around the country for a very specific car. I found what I was looking for in San Diego, Los Angeles, several places in Texas and at Brockman Auto in Easley, SC. By far, the least pushy, most forthcoming and most honest of the bunch was Jason Brockman. He showed me the car via Face-time, pointing out even the smallest of imperfections so there were no surprises when the car arrived. Paul was very efficient and helpful with the transaction and also assisted in setting up cross-country shipping of the car.Overall it was a great experience, everything was above board and as advertised. Do like Jasons mom says in an earlier review - buy a car from him. You wont be disappointed.Here it is being delivered a few days ago:

Does not honor warranty!!! The day after purchase I called with multiple problems with the vehicle, none of which showed with the test drive. They did replace a strut at that time but didnt address the other issues Transmission etc. Went back drove with mechanic several times duplicated the problem several times with a responce of we need to make sure thats the problem before we fix it, we dont want to cause more problems. Fast forward to the last days of my 45 day warranty (after several attempts of trying to get the problems solved) I was told that they would get the problems fixed it was definitely the torque converter. A few days later with no call I called the mechanic to see if the parts came in, he told me to bring the car in and they could get a claim started on it...my responce was wait this is under the 45 day warranty...his response was I cant say yes or no you would have to talk to Paul. Called Paul he said they didnt offer a warranty even though I have a picture of the window sticker saying it did. Then told that me buying the extended warranty canceled out that warranty😂 even the warranty company was baffled. What a mess...car has several issues to which they did not fix now I am paying to fix. Please stay away.

I went with my son today to look at a jeep they had on the lot and the sales team there was so easy to talk to and work with. He ended up getting the jeep and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Bought a vehicle from them was told their mechanic checked it out and said was very reliable and great 3 weeks later needs a transmission and motor so either they lied about mechanic checking it out or their mechanic lied or dont know what they are doing so needless to say $5500 to fix it

We had shopped my Challenger around to several places and felt we were being low-balled. This place offered the most reasonable amount to purchase our vehicle. My husband and I flew down from Pennsylvania to buy a car from Brockman Auto in February. I’ve waited this long to review for two reasons: the first is that I am forgetful and lazy, the second is that I thought it was important for people to know these 5 stars don’t come from a fuzzy feeling from a schmoozy used car salesman. From the moment our communication with Brockman Auto began, all the way to today, there has not been a moment I haven’t been happy with their service, their word, or the quality of my vehicle. My husband and I only buy used cars, so we’ve dealt with a lot of private sellers, dealership used sales, and smaller family owned shops. This is the most genuine and impressive experience we’ve had. Because Jason knew we were coming from out of state, he made sure that we knew the good and the bad about the car. He sent us pictures of any cosmetic damage, and was upfront about any flags from service. It was obvious that he was not putting a possible sale ahead of caring for the customer. Communication was quick and direct the whole way through, even after we had driven the car 9 hours home. It was also super clean and sharp looking when we were ready to leave with it. Everyone at the office was extremely kind and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience to give them our business. Whether you are shopping from out of state or local, you are in good hands with these folks. If I could give ten stars, I would.

I wouldnt buy another vehicle from this place if it was free. Purchased a 2012 dodge durango rt with relatively low mileage, had to jump it off before test drive,shouldve been red flag but desperately needed a vehicle for our family, couldnt even get them to put a new battery in it nor at least fill up the tank, shouldve known better but bought it, two months later it broke down and had to be towed in $790 worth of work, the pickens county deputy who helped us that night seen the tag and was extremely empathetic and advised us of the type of vehicles sold there, along with the subpar dealings that he has been made aware of, havent even had it for a full year and the hemi is having to be replaced, for the LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WHATSOEVER FROM THIS PLACE. I WORK FOR STATE FARM AND THESE DEALERSHIPS COME A DIME A DOZEN, WOULD GO TO A BUY HERE PAY HERE PLACE AGAIN BEFORE GOING BACK. BUYER BEWARE!

Their cars were not over priced at all. They had great customer service and tried helping us find what was best for our family. I’m recommending them to all of my family and friends. Everything was great until we went about 50 miles after buying the Jeep. Then check engine light came on and vehicle was low on fluids. Took to shop and 3codes came up that need repairs. They also did NOT service the Jeep like we were told or fix the AC.
