My purchase on 7/24 went smoothly-but currently, as of 8/11, I have been told for 3 WEEKS now that my payoff will go out any day now on my trade in. Numerous phone calls to accounting and I get the same response but NO PAYOFF. Then I tell them I have a payment due on my old car the 15th and my new car the 23rd-they tell me I dont have to pay the old car payment because I have a 15 day grace period and it wont go against my credit?!?! Well, I dont make habits of making late payments-I just want my car paid off!!

I think the advertising the chain does wprks for some and not for others. I went in June to tty and trade vehicles but was told the payoff for it was too much and I should take it back to the dealership where I got it and leave it there. Great, so how was I going to drive then since I would need almost $ 2000 to put down on a new one.Fast forward to a day ago when I put in yet another application and still havent gotten a response of any kind. It would be nice to get an answer one way or the other. I dont know how the other Gilstrap dealerships conduct business but the Easley branch is not so professional..
Our sales man we got did everything he possibly could to make sure we were treated fair and got the best deal possible considering neither one of our credit scores is over 600. He got out lease paid off on our old vehicle and a decent size rebate on our new car, even though it was literally running on its last few miles...he helped us get a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander sport..with only 9 miles on it before we test drive it..even though the payments werent what we were hoping for..we definitely got a great deal to make up for it!!! Would definitely recommend David at Mitsubishi Motors on 123 to anyone thats looking to buy a new vehicle!!
Came to service department for tire issue. Guy who helped me (Austin I think) was super friendly and helpful. Seemed to know alot about cars. He told me what I needed, scheduled me a time to drop it off. I really liked the service and look forward to bring my car back for more service.

This place is so trash. After an one-hour oil change, the sound of the engine felt a little different immediately. At that time, I thought it came from the new engine oil. Then 2 days later, it got even worse and engine showed misfire code. In the end, I found one of my newly changed spark plug got broken in the middle and it was the ignition coil that kept the spark plug still together.And one week later, a salesman from here called me for a trade in offer. What a coincidence!
My only issues are the price, suddenly my oil changes are over $60. And they are saying I need new brakes, so every 15000 miles I will need new brakes? Thats not good at all

These guys are nothing but big bullies! I went in a few weeks ago just to talk to someone and ask a few questions. I was very honest about my situation from the get go. They lied about what they were going to do as far as running my credit. They were trying to force me to buy what they wanted me to buy and not what wanted or needed. And when I told them I couldnt do it. They told me I had no right to be picky and that I was wasting their time. All of the signs in their show floor say their guys dont work on commission but I guess that was a lie too. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The sales peeps be pretty amazing. Henry is the guy to talk to, if ya wanna buy from this place. HOWEVER, They wanna rob ya on your trade and I literally was never told the price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, wouldnt recommend Scott, the finance writer, kinda acts like he is high and mighty. Ill be going back to NC to let them buy my Hummer H2 instead.

I admit I did not like the selection of the other cars; but when he and his financial associate got together, they showed me the Eclipse Cross, I fell in love. The wait was long. The guy in the service department acted like he had a problem checking out recall on the car. Very rude. Thats a problem considering we have to go there due to contract. Saying we need new windshield wipers after they just replaced them last month. Need new employees or new attitude.
I will never buy another car from Easley Mitsubishi. The finance manager was disrespectful. My car was supposed to have been cleaned. Was only washed. But not detailed. I have bought 6 new cars in the past before coming to Easley Mitsubishi. And never have been disappointed in those experiences.This was the worst experience . Word to the wise. They force the extended warranty on you. Its 3000 dollars. Make sure you tell them you dont want it. It will make your payment alot cheaper without it. Mine went down a 100 a month when I canceled it.

Bought a car about a month ago from them, was disappointed that the used cars on their website are “not for sale/wholesale” according to the sales staff. Felt pressured/rushed into buying a car that I didn’t really want. They forgot to ask for my down payment, so I had to go back a week later to make it. Staff seemed very incompetent and I still haven’t received my tag from them after 45 days.EDIT the hard tag not arriving is not their fault it is the fault of the DMV.
I came in for my very first oil change and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean environment. The wait time was excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs service for their vehicle.

So for the record as far as individuals go, Brandy on the team gets 5 stars for taking care of what should have been done months ago.As for Anthony Isabella, Justin, Brandon, and the randos at the easley store I have no words for the fact that none of you stand by your word.I bought a car in December, Anthony promised he would mail our extra key and owners manuel when they got the key in from the factory. When we called in January to inquire about our key and manuel We dont have an Anthony maam. We will have someone from our main office call you... Your name/number/why youre calling. No call back ever. Called a good couple times a week.I lost count of how many sales agents promised calls back and latest was on 4/17 I will personally mail your extra key and owners manuel Monday. You should get it by Tuesday, the latest Wednesday. Made by who I would assume to be Brandon since he never did say his name.When I called today to ask for the tracking number, the 1st call was transferred to a full mailbox. My second call was transferred to Brandy. Within about 20 minutes and couple of phone calls she had a tracking number for my package. So for her, she gets 5 stars. The lady in the service dept gets 5 stars too for fixing my window seal when we first got the car too... Maybe if you just call and ask for the women in charge then you will get what you need done and fixed.

My vehicle still has adhesive on the windows and was not cleaned. I bought a brand new vehicle and I am going to have to have it detailed already. The salesman was nice. The people who did the paperwork were not and I had to come in for a second time to resign everything.

Gene and the finance manager are absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. Gene answered all of my questions right away. Because I got my vehicle late in the evening, there was no one there in the detail department to clean it up, Gene made sure that he scheduled an appointment for me to bring it in to get cleaned and make sure that I had no wait whatsoever, they were so good there, we actually purchased a second vehicle. Though with my personal financial situation I wasn’t able to get the car I wanted, the second one we got for our household was the one I wanted, so we easily switch back and forth if I need an suv that day. Brandon, Andrew and the rest of the service department are so wonderful to US! Today was the four hour appointment for service and I took my kid away for four hours but they were done in three! I called and they had serviced, changed oil and replaced my very dirty air filter which I knew they would notice! Feeling valued as a customer from both sales and service departments means so much. I highly recommend this dealership!
