I dont think I could have had a more positive experience buying my 2015 Audi Q5 from Gold Automart. I got an amazing car for a great price. More importantly I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. Car buying can be such a stressful and unpleasant experience, however that was not the case working with Steve and Jessica. Jessica was very friendly and approachable. Steve was very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I truly felt like he was just as excited for me to get my dream car as I was. Every time I look at my car I smile and part of that is due to the experience I had at Gold Automart. I highly recommend people looking for used cars to talk to Steve.

Steve at Gold Automart was outstanding! He made the usually painful process of buying a car a very pleasant one. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted me in working with USAA to ensure I received the finance rate I deserved. He even turned in my Enterprise rental car for me, asking them to waive the fee for not returning it to the branch I rented it from. Overall the service was excellent. I walked away with a great deal on an amazing used car (2011 BMW 135i Convertible). I have been smiling every since I purchased it as I am having so much fun driving it. If I ever need to buy another used car Steve will be the first person I go to. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a high quality used car at an honest great price.

I had a wonderful experience @ Goldauto Mart. Jessica the sales person & Steve the finance manager were professional, friendly & get the job done! She was great helping me find the perfect car for me & hes the guru with the finances/banks. My credit situation has some issues but I drove home in a Lexus RX330! I found most impressive about Steve at Gold Automart... I discussed with a need I had and a certain vehicle that I wanted, he narrowed in on what I needed and after reviewing 3 cars, that perfectly met what I was looking for, and I selected the perfect car for my needs. Steve, who totally knows the new and pre-owned car market in NJ and especially the morris, essex and surrounding areas... I know I sound like an ad for Steve and Gold Automart but it literally was the best car buying experience Ive ever had... His follow thru on important details was great!! The lot gets good pre-owned cars and real good value... My experience was so great that Im writing a review that normally I never would do.

Horrible Experience! Car broke down on the way home. Then Died on the road the next day. They wrote a amended contract stating if it happened again with in 14 days they would refund my money 100% no questions ask and now Refused to refund my money
