UNBELIEVABLE Service! A Gentleman named Emilson was my sales rep, very genuine, authentic and attentive to MY needs as a customer, not “everyone” included in MY needs. The manager Lindsey was The Bomb!! She made sure AFTER I took the vehicle it was what I needed (and it was)….. Their family oriented type structure speaks volumes. Then came a gentleman Armand who walked me through things in the vehicle which would’ve taken me months to figure out as I’m not tech savvy. Overall the experience could be best described for me as “inviting” and it was not pretentious. When testing time came to address and issue they dealt with it with the same fervor as they did with the sale. Honorable mention to Jay in service as well
Easy to schedule appointment via phone. Received timely reminders via text. Attended to even though I arrived early and before posted business hours. Bob listened to my requests and answered my inquiries knowledgeably. I got timely shuttle service both ways. Franklin, the shuttle driver, was careful and courteous. Its only been a day after so I cant speak to the quality of the maintenance. The car is working fine. The only reason why Im not giving a 5 is because I got passed around and left on hold for a while when Bob was not immediately available when I returned his call. Calls on hold should be monitored and not left unattended for too long. I would have preferred to leave a voicemail.

My husband & I brought our 2021 Volvo S60 in for a repair that the dealer called a “We Owe” . This was our first time using the service department so of course we didn’t know what to expect because after all, not all service departments are equal. Tami greeted us as our service advisor and we could not have been happier. She was extremely cordial, addressed all of our concerns, and really put us at ease. What a wonderful experience! Tami is incredible! She later stated that we now had her “for life”. In addition, that same evening, we went back to the service department for something that literally turned out to be nothing and even though the service department was technically closed Bob was still there and he was very helpful as well. This review is for the recent purchase (actually lease) of the Volvo XC40 Recharge Ultimate from Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, NJ. Weve now had the car for just over a day, and are absolutely thrilled with it, this car was the best choice for us to have a BEV before the end of 2021, which is not an easy thing to do in the current climate of chip shortages impacting new car availability. The car is an absolute hoot to drive, still learning all of its capabilities, looking forward to our first extended road trip later this year.Our Sales Consultant, Ryan Entwistle, was great to work with throughout the process. Ryan made sure that an EV was the right vehicle for us (it is), I was impressed that he didnt just try to sell us the car without first making sure it was the right fit for our lifestyle. Ryan is not the stereotypical car sales person, he was nevery pushy or tried too hard to close the deal. He helped us find the right combination of color/options that was exactly what we were looking for, no compromises at all! Once we took delivery, Ryan walked us through the car setup & configuration, which is not trivial for a car like the XC40 Recharge.Kudos also to rest of the team at Prestige Volvo, it was a good experience throughout, no one ever tried to push us into buying unnecesessary options or extended warranty/maintenance programs. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Jason help take care of my general car maintenance for the 1 year visit and it was very easy. I dropped the car off gave him the keys and went next store to the diner. In a little over an hour and a half the car was done and it was washed. Wonderful job and great service

I was a serious buyer and when I was given the fees included for the purchase of the vehicle they added $695 for Zurich Shield and $299 for Security Guard which added $1000 to the price automatically without asking if I even wanted these items. Essentially forcing you to pay for items for their profit. Never pay for what you don’t request or need.
Good experience overall. Easy to work with the service team. Bob was friendly and easy to work with. Told me service would take about an hour and 15 mins and he was spot on.

My husband and I experience the best customer service from car salesman Mr. Ron. L yesterday Monday 4/5/21. We were so pleased and grateful for Ron and the Prestige Volvo family . The Service Department at Prestige Volvo is truly exceptional. I explained to Tami that I was very pregnant and wouldn’t be able to bring my XC90 in when it was suddenly making an unusual noise, and she went above and beyond to service my car. She quickly suggested her team come out to pick up my car from my home to make it easier on us. They found tar on my front tire and cleaned it up, free of charge. The car was driven back to my home the very same day, clean as a whistle too! I highly recommend them for any service needs. Tami truly made a crazy week less stressful for my family.

Great front and staff I dont know how the ball keeps getting dropped at the location I took my car in for his mileage maintenance and my battery on my Auto on switch did have notification that was never taken care of while I was there for the mileage maintenance and also I had to take my vehicle back 2 weeks later to be told I needed rotors and brakes I dont understand the point of maintenance needed popping up on the car message board to take it to the location and spend $400 Im just confused about what was maintained? Only to spend another $800 on brakes and rotors next week.

I always have a great experience at Prestige Volvo. Booking, canceling and rescheduling is easy and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service appointments can be a little long at times but I always book a courtesy car and their return schedule is very flexible. I have been there several times already and NEVER had an issue.

We had a wonderful experience getting our new car through Ryan Wasik! We live approximately 1.5 minutes away from Smythe Volvo in Summit, but we had a terrible experience there. (Lack of responsiveness, guy was 30 minutes late to our scheduled meeting with no apology, etc.) So we shifted to Prestige and had a totally different experience! Ryan was so helpful, responsive and transparent. We wound up doing Care by Volvo because we needed some flexibility, and Ryan made it so easy. He even came in on his day off so we could pick up the car when it was convenient for us. We’ll definitely be going back to Prestige Volvo!

I pulled up to Volvo in East Hanover because my car was making a strange noise and I didn’t want to drive home risking that It would damage it more. I didn’t like the vibe I got from the initial service rep when I arrived who seemed like he didn’t want to help me. Tami recognized the situation and stepped in as I didn’t want to deal with him and gave me a specific timeline of when my car would be ready instead of the general “you could be here all afternoon” from the first rep. She not only gave me a specific time, she did everything she could to get me in as soon as possible.
We recently picked up our new car at Prestige Volvo. Ronnie was our salesperson and so very pleasant and kind to deal with. We would recommend him to anyone. He was happy to review initial things with us over the phone. Once at Prestige in person, Ronnie and Tina worked out a deal for us that we were very happy with, and were available to us whenever we had questions. We also enjoyed working with Pat for the final closing of the financial aspect. Even though that can be stressful, Pat was fun to talk to. Everyone was. Even the kindest receptionist! I lost my purse on the day of pickup and everyone sprang into action to help me find it. (I left it in the new car that we had just inspected!) Shout out too to Armond who showed us around our new vehicle. Since it had been 12 years since my last new car, there was a lot to see!

Overall a good service BUT I presented a 10% discount voucher which was not applied to my invoice. I have been promised a credit for a future service but it remains to be seen whether this one will be applied. Sadly they cannot refund me directly! Also the amount I was charged significantly exceeds the figure I was quoted. About $100 extra.

Great service. Took my vehicle in for service within a couple of hours of calling. When I arrived I was in and out the door in two hours.
I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the Service Department and Bob was very quick in getting my car checked in. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time while I sat in their clean and quiet waiting lounge.
I brought my car in for my 20,000 mile service as well as some minor other issues. Tami was very helpful and addressed all of my requests. It took less than 10 min for me to drop the car off and be on my way in a courtesy car. My car was ready for pick up by the end of the day, serviced and freshly washed. After my son crashed his car breaking the axel and a whole bunch of other parts we had it towed to Prestige. Given the age of the car and the amount of damage we anticipated that it would not be worth fixing. To our surprise Tamie worked with us to keeping the repair cost much lower than our local repair shop had quoted. The work was so well done that the car now drives like a new car, without incurring the cost of a new car. We are so glad we made the choice to bring the car to Prestige.

Service is painless. Dealership was great - in and out in 15 minutes including profile updates that were required to take a loaner. Service was done as agreed, no surprises. Drop off of the loaner and payment for the service were simple.
Volvo facility is comfortable and very clean. The staff is corteous and experienced. Bob in the service dept listens attentively and his priority is the customer satisfaction. I wouldnt go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

I just bought the Volvo S60 here. This is the best car dealership that Ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. Ryan the salesman provided all of the pertinent information and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Communication was phenomenal and he contacted me numerous times even on his day off to ensure that I had everything I needed to make the decision to buy and even after that too. Super good dude and didnt put me on the defensive at all (which often happens when buying a car).Jake the Finance Manager was also phenomenal. He called me up before I picked up the car to provide me with information and walk me through the everything so that when it came to picking up the car, I was in and out very quickly. Also a good dude.Theres one more good dude. His name was Armand. He walked me through every single feature and answered all of my questions before I left the lot. Good natured and easy going.Lastly, there was a great dude-ette managing the front desk named Laquanna. She may be the friendliest person Ive ever met in a car dealership. She knew my name when I walked in the door and when I left and was a pure pleasure.I couldnt be happier with the purchase and my purchase experience. I initially went to Bridgewater Volvo and I could barely get a salesman to pay attention to me. Im glad they didnt because this dealership deserved my business and I was happy to give it to them.

I was looking for a newer version of the Volvo I previously owned, 2008 XC90. I found some options on True Car & scheduled a test drive @ Prestige Volvo.
