Great iced coffee. Tuxedo muffin also pretty tasty. Service was good, although they seemed pretty short-stagged.

Saw the barista pick up used gloves off of the counter and use them again for a bagel. I love Biggby but I will not be returning to this one. Yuck!!

Always have problems with this Biggby, with either orders being wrong or the baristas just not listening. Tired of not liking what I get from here. Ordered a coffee with “very little cream” and even repeated it twice and was giving a coffee that was basically white. I even sent it back because it didn’t even look drinkable to me and she just gave it back to me exactly the same. Not going to sit there and argue, I’ll just stop coming to this one.

Drive through is slower than lobby. Didnt balance very well

Stopped by to get the honey lavender latte, it was delicious! Ask for the cold latte - light on ice.This location is a great to get work done. Plenty of seating.

Okay, sooo we go here too often not to leave a review. My wife and I enjoy coffee quick a bit and she really likes the specialty drinks where as I enjoy the deep feeling of a good black coffee.If you don’t know they have a loyalty program where when you purchase so many drink you get one free. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS!! free coffee is free coffee!!On a side not the last time I went in we got a specialty drink for my wife and a black coffee for me. The specialty drink was amazing as always per my wife. My black coffee was not as great. It was burnt but I’m not going to deduct a star for a one time thing. I still drank it. And oddly it was still an experience that I enjoyedThe staff are professional, kind, and courteous. They seem to enjoy their profession. They are always laughing and smiling.The location is always clean, stocked, and easy to find.And the drive up line goes quickly.

I come here extremely frequent and Ive never once been greeted with anything short of an excellent attitude, drinks never been made incorrectly, and super enthusiastic and smiling ((masked)) faces !! I love this biggby so much you all are doing such a wonderful job and if I were your boss Id give you all infinite raises!!

(Re: the new location across the street from the old building.) November 1, 2020. At least half a dozen students inside studying, no masks in sight. They werent even eating or drinking. Just sitting for long periods in an enclosed space, with strangers, unmasked, during the highest rates of COVID the world has ever seen. These types of actions will eventually, indirectly kill innocent people. Biggby management, take better care of your employees, customers, and the vulnerable members of the general public by requiring masks indoors. This is why we cant have nice things, like the end of this stupid disease.

Place is always filthy which is amazing because its also always empty. They probably dont have time to clean because theyre constantly checking their empty parking lot to make sure nobody from Crunchys parked there.

The go-to coffee shop in the after hours. I am talking about the one on Grand River of East Lansing which opens all night. My go to drink is their famous caramel marvel. It is packed with calories if youre wondering but nevertheless a delicious option. Usually busy with studious college students to the point the only table available is an outdoor one on the patio. If youre there late in the evening you may witness the drunk college students passing by. Otherwise, it is the same ol casual coffee shop. Oh yeah, and they have frequency card for a free thirteenth drink. Start counting...

These people are incapable. It shouldn’t take longer to make a coffee than thanksgiving dinner. I don’t think these employees have any respect for themselves

A 24 hour location. Rain sleet or shine, you can get that hot cup to keep you running through the night. Always a fan of stopping in during the early hours for a quick to-go order just to feel a little bit of quiet in a normally bustling place.

Service is always friendly and my drink is ready in minutes. My only complaint is that the 7 Layer Bars are way too small now. I remember they used to be bigger. The price is a bit too high for the current size of the 7 Layer Bar.

Baristas are great but they really need more plugs to charge devices since many people study or work here...

Nice meeting place near campus with free parking. I have always been able to get a seat, and the wifi *usually* works. Normal Biggby menu. Not too loud. Single stall bathrooms with gendered signs.

I love just this store and this location - right off of Valley Court on Grand River and Delta. Some of the biggest brains or brains-to-be youll ever meet camp this spot. Maybe its the energy.

Place not clean, and coffee is overpriced compared to the quality. Bakery is not good either. Only good thing is parking.

I frequent this coffee shop every week and would highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it can be fairly busy with students at times. They are often studying for long periods of time and it can therefore be somewhat difficult to found a seat.

I’m pretty sure this place is the first Biggby ever and I like its design and decor the most out of any Biggby I’ve ever been to. This place is nice. It used to be open really late but now I think they’re only open till midnight most days.

Product not up to Biggby usual standards

I have been to other Bigby coffee locations and enjoyed, but when I stepped in here I first stopped in the restroom. After seeing its condition I decided that I couldnt order anything from a store that kept its bathroom in that condition and left. There were many students inside though, so most people were probably enjoying.

The quality of this Biggby is going down every year it seams like. This used to be my favorite one, but not so much anymore. It used to be open 24/7 I dont know why they changed that. I loved being able to sit here all night and drink coffee while working.

My friend and I always go to this particular biggby because its the closest to our school during lunch time but also they always have good deals and coupons. Alot of the days they would make our coffee wrong or our bagels wrong. One time the lady working was very rude and they also put water in our coffee, watering it down so It was gross in 20 minutes. Our bagels were not toasted and I got the honey, ham, and cheese bagel and the honey was on the bottom of the bagel.

Originally called Beaners and now Biggby Coffee. This is the first original location. Pretty quiet in the evening during the week. Good place to get studying done. Numerous great dairy/coffee desert / beverages. The franchise uses rebranded Paramount coffee out of Lansing.

Sure, they have standard Biggby fare, which is good, but the place is in dire need of cleaning every single time I go. Not just the floors and walls, which have drip marks running down them, but the tables are almost never wiped off either.Today, for instance, the place was almost empty, and every single table had crumbs and/or liquid spills. A customer asked if one of the workers could wipe off a table for him. She did, but only that one table, and then quickly walked away, leaving all the other tables dirty.They also mustve had plumbing problems today as both restrooms were closed and there was an offensive odor wafting from them.They should spend more time cleaning and less time keeping track of which cars in the parking lot belong to people patronizing Crunchys, next door. They have more parking than theyll ever use.

You are a zit on the face of this town. Get over yourselves. Stop trying to tow crunchys customers just because you are salty that they have a better business than you.

Avoid this place! The owner/manager calls the police on people who park in his lot and go to the adjacent restaurant. The signs are not clear and the lot looks like it serves both establishments. It was not even half full so it wasnt a parking issue, it appears that this is how he makes money by preying on unsuspecting visitors....and not selling coffee. My ticket was $45! This place is a huge trap and very dishonest. Go somewhere else that is not trying to swindle people out of their money!

Not a bad place. Bathroom door needed fixed when I was there, but other than that the Wi-Fi was upgraded finally. I hadnt been there in over a year when it was 24 hours. They close at midnight now, thats the only problem.

Disappointing this location no longer is 24 hours. Not to mention a male was somewhat rude when explaining it was no longer 24/7; though I was in the building they refused to sell me a drink... should be noted I did receive two free shots of espresso.

This is the very first Biggby location, opening in East Lansing in 1995. Unfortunately, what should be their flagship store has turned into an outdated monstrosity that should be torn-down to make room for a welcoming Starbucks. I was hoping for the best when I walked in the door only to find a non-welcoming interior with no warmth in their decorations or appeal. Please come sit on hard wooden chairs in a brightly lit room with cafeteria tables... I am very disappointed, do yourself a favor and travel 0.5 miles down the street to go to some of the other coffee shops in town.

Whenever I go to the farmers market I buy coffee from Bigby. Their coffee is smooth.

Customer service aint too bad. Seems a high turn over rate so a lot of new employees which makes it a bit slow.Biggest complaint is the wifi. Youd think a coffee shop that serves a huge student population would have decent wifi. If you can connect its like dial up or doesnt work at all. Guess Ill have to find a different place with wifi from now on. Too bad since I frequent here 5 days a week.

Crunchys is next door, and they dont have any parking. If people park in the bigby lot and go in to Crunchys, they tow their car. I was eating and the waitress told me Bigby called and they are going to tow my car. Being understanding, I walked out, went next door and bought a coffee. There were 2 employees walking around, writing down license plates and asking the customers if they had cars parked. I told them I was next door eating, but now I am a customer, so please dont tow my car. They told me it didnt matter. They even told me that if I sat in the parking lot and drank my coffee I would be ticketed and towed. The parking spots were only for people sitting in the store using their internet. They have a big lot that wasnt even close to being full, and this was at lunchtime. Instead of working and trying to do a good job, they wanted to waste time ruining peoples days. They did not value me as a customer, and I will never buy coffee there again. On top of that they were rude about it. Talking to me real slow and treating me like an idiot.

There is always something going wrong whenever I go into this Biggby. Every day there is something essential missing - at times, it is even hot lids! Hot lids!!! Also, the store is dirty with ketchup bottles containing soap in the womens restroom as well as the fact that toilet paper is often out. The baristas are nice; however, I hate being constantly being pressured for E-wards when I do not want them. I used to love going to Biggby but lately I think I will spend my money elsewhere.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I am from out of town, went to a MSU foosball game on Saturday night. After the game I was looking up a local pub to grab some drinks and food after the game. Crunchys is right next door. I parked in the parking directly against the building. It was crazy busy and I drive a small car. I finally found a spot and parked. Well apparently this was biggbys parking lot even though it was not adequatly marked as such. The parking spot definitely did not have any marking to establish this. I ended up getting a $45 parking ticket. I have never gotten a parking ticket in my life, and follow the law to the best of my ability. When something isnt markd. How can a ticket even be issued? Thanks for the hassle Biggby Management, I will be sure to let everyone I know about this bitter taste left in my mouth.

Internet wouldnt even connect. I expected more from a chain thats 24 hours and close to a large college. Coffee is overpriced. Im not mad, Im just disappointed.

This made me really sad. Bagel was cold and looked pretty sickly. Coffee was weak and was worse than some of the MSU cafe coffee Ive had. If you have good beans, show them off. Dont let them go stale or water them down. Like bigby coffee, not this place.

Pretty slow service and terrible coffee at this Biggby (a regional franchise chain).This one is 24 hours; its only redeeming feature.He seating is deteriorating and the facility is grimy.

I never write these reviews unless something is so horrendous I feel it necessary to forewarn people. I typically love Bigbys, but DO NOT come to this particular location. Their bagels are awful and although this is probably an odd thing to complain about, when you are buying an overpriced bagel at least it should be a good bagel. The internet is HORRIBLE. Half the time its impossible to connect and once you do it seems to only be slightly faster than dial-up. The only redeeming quality about this place is it is open 24 hours. But if you are going during the day, go somewhere else or go to starbucks.

In Kalamazoo, we dont have to print out the emailed coupon to use them at the local Biggbys. We were visiting E.L and got the email and we were very dissapointed that this store wouldnt do that.
