I just finished my appointment with Eric Poane from the easton location. his knowledge of the stores products was excellent but what most impressed me was he wasnt just a sales man. He work to find the best price and options for my budget. 10/10 he sets a great standard to follow.

The service and experience at Mattress by Appointment was tremendous. Eric made himself available to meet, look at mattresses, and deliver around my schedule. He demonstrated a great knowledge of the products, communicated well with me, and was helpful throughout the process. I know a lot of bigger firms or others who sell mattresses try to take advantage of customers to make more money but Eric was not that way at all. He gave me great information about the mattresses and frames, didn’t put any pressure on me to buy from him, and sells at a very affordable price. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a mattress.

It is ok. Issues I had was the mattress came 6 weeks late and we werent compensated in anyway. I contacted him and he promised me he would take mattresses free of charge and when I asked him he said it wasnt agreed apon. And when I asked if he was going to take them he said 25 each.

I never heard of this store until I moved here a few months ago, but decided to give them a look after visiting other retailers in the area. It was a happy and incredible surprise. Eric knows more about mattresses and their options -- and presents and values customer service and care -- than anyone Ive ever dealt with. His service, products, and ability to listen and match specific needs to individual items is second to none. I dont review much, but this kind of knowledge and service are too rare to ignore. I urge you to give him a try!I have to add to this rave review. Im mechanically inept, I was unable to attach a headboard (bought elsewhere). so finding and attaching a headboard So, weeks after hed already made the sale and delivery, Eric came to the house, showed me the various brackets that could be used, and then proceeded to install everyone (with my minor assistance). Okay, tell me another store that provides that kind of service way after the sale!!!! Eric defines customer services and graciousness both. I have never been happier with any purchase or services, and I give him my strongest recommendation. If there was a higher superlative, Id use it. Thank you, Eric!!!!

This place was wonderful! Very down to earth people! (Eric and Tammy) no pressure to buy anything and with my being very undecided, Eric was ever so patient and definitely helpful with my buy! After seeing the posts on Facebook often I had contacted them looking for a reasonable priced mattress. Tammy had responded quickly and answered all of my questions. My son and I drove 45 minutes the next day to Easton to take a look their inventory. From the moment we walked into the store both Tammy and Eric were super friendly and very accommodating. Eric took the time to make recommendations based on our needs and answered more questions. There was no pressure whatsoever. Tammy then walked us through the financing part. For someone who’s credit isn’t the best, I was approved and able to purchase a mattress that my son that he really needed. I left there very pleased - for under $1000 I got a brand new mattress, bed frame, mattress pad, and delivery.And Eric is even delivering the mattress himself. I know if I ever need another new mattress I will definitely be going back here again. Will also recommend to family and friends too😀

Was looking for a new bed that wasnt too expensive and not memory foam and a friend referred me to mattress by appointment and with my busy schedule tammy and eric made this whole bed thing super easy! Informative, not pushy, down to earth kinda people with a much better knowledge base on what i needed after explaining some back and neck issues. Even discussed better pillows and the cool factor of the sheets. Today eric deliver my bed and after a long rough day its best gift to my back ever!!! 2 yrs of bad sleep.....and no longer an issue!!! I will spend all weekend in bed and nothing but thanks to an awesome mattress place!!! Pepermint lavender pillows are worth it ;-) Affordable and classy. Small town business feel without all the staging gimmicks of big retail stores, stop in they have all your sleep issues covered at what you can afford!
