They are very nice people. My truck had warranty issues. Got me a loaner car. Very nice but way to low for me. Called me with updates. Did a great job on the repairs.

He the Sales Manger(Joel?) and the Finance Manager(Dave) were great to work with and I would recommend all 3.We have been having service done on our 2 Ford vehicles at Eau Claire Ford since first becoming customers in 2007 and we have always had good experiences.
