I would like to give a big thank you to Kirk Rose and JR Gonzalez. We were in a bit of a unique situation, having just purchased a vehicle from another dealership. Eden Prarie Nissan had a much better deal on a much cleaner car, so we wanted to trade. This made some extra work for these two gentlemen. They were extremely accommodating, and made us feel very well taking care of. They where able to get us a lower rate, and a better aftermarket warranty for less money. So thank you Kirk and JR. I went in because my AC wasn’t working. They changed my compressor and had to pay 1180$ for the service. Got my car back which showed the same issue, I went back in the Service Rep Kate had already left so had to wait for an appointment for the next day. They took my car in and said its working perfectly fine and Kate even gave me a lecture on how to use the thermostat at your home. Kate had mentioned that the issue is not with the AC it’s with the way you use it “ You should use it in Manual Mode”. Well I took back my car on Thursday it had the same issue since then. I wasn’t in town so had to take the car back on Monday and she took it in and now when I showed them the issue they were like yea it is not working. Let me check again.She checked and in 2 hours they have a call back to say my evaporation sensor is not working hence the issue. Had to pay 140$ to get that fixed. This was the only issue I had from the beginning. On the first day I brought in the car I said my AC is just working intermittently and Kate said I know what’s going on here I’ll take care. I wasn’t even asked further questions. So I thought it’s a normal issue.So why did they replace my Compressor and why did I had to pay 1180$ initially. I would suggest everyone who is going to this service station please do not rely on the Service rep especially Kate.

Stopped by hoping to get a tire sensor removed the Nissan dealer in Eden prairie has always been very helpful however today had a guy help me by the name of John say my guys want a hundred bucks just to put the computer and remove that sensor. Wheres the customer service at never going back.
The people in the service center are nice and helpful. However the people on the showroom. TERRIBLE customer service. They must not want to sell cars. I walked in, walked up to a car and was not greeted once. As a matter of fact one guy with his cell phone to his face looked at me and then acted like I didnt even exist. The receptionist who passed me in the bathroom without a greeting, walked past me again and didnt ask if I needed any help. The funny part is I came in for service but have been looking to get a SUV. I have my loan approved and everything. But I guess the phones and computers have more important goings on than making a sale. I will continue to use the service center because it is close but will go to another Nissan to make a purchase.

Nissan does not stand behind the quality of their brand.. If youre buying late model Nissans with CVT transmissions good luck! You just bought a 100000 mi or less car. Buy American!
Went in for ac repair and tire pressure issue without a scheduled visit. Was given prompt service and a loaner car. Staff kept me in the loop about repairs and cost updates. Got car back after two days (part needed to be flown in).
It was pretty quick and very efficient, a service strict to the point. Loved it!

Doug suggested to replace the battery in my FOB to see if it would fix the issues I experienced when turning off my car and warning bells ringing. What a great place to buy a car! Everyone was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Kirk was so helpful, and he was right who wouldn’t want the sunroof? I had my battery installed from Eden Prairie Nissan, WIthin 6 months i had to jump start my car every time. When asked for Warranty replacement. i was asked to pay 5 hrs of diagnosis which is estimated around $800 to confirm warranty replacement.They didnt tell about this when i purchased my battery.This is totally unethical and i was sent without doing anything to my car.Now i need find another place to fix my battery. DONT BELIEVE IFTHEY OFFER ANY WARRANTY.

On my latest trip for an oil change and tire rotation, they also noticed my inside filter was dirty. They recommended a change and I agreed. I always feel so unwelcome when I drive in for service. Nobody makes eye contact, smiles, or asks to help. I feel like Im bothering them.
I called this morning to get an appointment for an oil change and a general courtesy check and they got me in within 3 hours of making the appointment they thought it might be an hour and a 1/2 to do it they were done within an hour I am very very pleased and I will be bringing my company vehicle back to them from now on

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also added an ad hoc job as a piece of wiring for cyclops had come loose and wanted to see if they could fix it. They said theyd take a look. While I was waiting, I was informed that my brake pads replace and rotors needed to be resurfaced. Kate was able to get me a good deal and happy to leave with the confidence in the stopping power of the brakes.
TJ, the service advisor, was amazingly rude. When I called the service department to ask a question, he did not wanted to give up his name & was referring to his ame as Eden Prairie Nissan. When I finally figured out who he was, he disconnected the phone on me.
Amazing experience with our sales rep Alex, he did test drive the car with us and showed all the features and technologies. We didn’t even go to a different dealer, we bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum right away because of his knowledge, easy communication and negotiation. Best experience buying a knew car.

I brought my Rogue in for service. Scheduling was easy and I received a reminder call. I worked with John W. and he made it a breeze. They caught some issues and didnt oversell. I love working with them.
We are long time customers and on our second vehicle. We have had an issue with that vehicle since the second week we had the car. We have had it happen twice. The first time it happened we brought the car in and were told that it would not be covered under warranty because we broke it. We explained that we had not done anything to cause this part to fall off. They did not believe us and, rather than argue further, we paid for the repair. The same issue happened again a few weeks ago. We brought the car in again and this time we were once again told that we broke it and that we broke another part too, so cost to fix this is 10x the first fix. Once again, we explained that we did not break this. The individual providing our customer service refused to entertain the notion that there may be a flaw in this particular car. He went on to say that we seemed like “class A” people, but there was nothing he was going to do, because the dealership would be lose $1000 if he did. He said we should call Nissan ourselves and hope for some “good faith” from them. He proceeded to say how they are “based in the US, so you will be able to understand them.” This experience was very disappointing. This dealership would be wise to provide feedback and resources to their customer service agents. He should have acknowledged our frustration at being told (twice) that this was our fault, his comment about Nissan being in the US (so therefore we could understand them)was insensitive and small minded in this global community, and apparently saving $1000 is worth losing a loyal customer.
No salesman available. A friend and both went to see different cars. We walked and found both on the lot before ever getting a salesman so we left.

I am not complaining about repair services but I feel cheated from after sale services. I get my extended warranty when I bough my car, your financial person tell me about the warranty is cover my car bumper to bumper except tires, belts and hoses. Now my car come with a bad manufacture head lamp (air leaking), then you tell me it is not coverage under my warranty. I just not very happy about this extended warranty from your.

They were quick to get my Juke in to evaluate the issues. Did a complete inspection and found the issue along with compounded issues. They also recommended replacing the belts to avoid issues down the road. Parts needed to be ordered so I was set up with a loaner vehicle for the weekend. They also recommended other service which we will have done before winter. TJ called promptly when the service was finished and gave me the news that one of the parts they thought needed to be replaced was not needed which saved me about $300. Thanks to the customer service we have received every time we go there we decided we will be purchasing our next vehicles from EP Nissan. Good customer service goes a long way for me and I get very good service here.

My mom and I have been going/coming here for the past 4 years and she has gotten a couple leases and she is on her second one with a new 2019 Murano and the previous one was a brand new 2016 Rogue and shes loved them. I like going there just to look at the cool vehicles they have. Eden Prairie Nissan also has great people there and great customer service.
Great place. Very clean and updated. First time here and very happy I decided to have my services done here. Did not purchase my ne vehicle here but 3 of their management took much of their time to explain features and warranty information on my new car. I wish I lived closer than 3 hours so I could have all of my work done here. All the northern MN need to come here and get trained by this place!!!! Brainerd and Duluth are like a Walmart tire and auto department compared to this place. I will definitely consider a 3 hour drive for all my services in the future. Thank you for your personal and professional service it was unexpected.

Brought my wifes car in for an oil change and tire rotation, drove the car right in and there was no waiting. John W. my Service Technician he asked me if I wanted to do change out the brake fluid which I said not at this time. John explaining what color it should be, then he showed me under the hood and it looked the yellow color as it should be and agreed with me that it didnt need to be changed yet. I appreciated the honesty from him. He also told me what time the car would be completed and they were 10 minutes early. He met me in the lounge area gave me my bill explaining I owed nothing and showed me where my car was and which door I could go out. I will definetly be back here to do more business with Eden Prairie Nissan. My wife and I have bought numerous vehicles from here, Shane is an excellent Sales Manager to work with for all our purchases.

The financial team was really pushy and appeared rather inconvenienced by my questions, on several occasions! Kind of a “shut up and give me your money” type attitude.

John helped me in the service department and he was fantastic. Very pleased with the service and the extra mile he took for me to make sure we get my car in again before the warranty ends. A lot of places would let your warranty run out, but John made sure the next time I come in I won’t be over my warranty so we can address some issues if need be! Highly recommend him as your service agent!

When we were vehicle shopping, we found exactly what we wanted at Eden prairie Nissan. Our salesman was wonderful! However after doing the math, we realized we could not afford a new vehicle. Because of our experience, we decided we would come back to this dealership for all of our service. Their service department was just as great as the sales. We live 70 miles from the dealership and every time we come they give us a loaner vehicle and send us home with it. This was totally unexpected and a wonderful service that saved us so much time and hassle. We would recommend Eden prairie Nissan to anyone!
We received a phone call from our salesman on LABOR DAY in tears that he just got fired. I asked the manager Terry why that was he said it was because he was too old to do his job (which is illegal). He said he tried to offer him a different position in the company but NISSAN would not approve it. We all grow old, we are creating the world we live in, do not support these illegal business practices. If that isnt bad enough...we were going to buy a $27,000 BRAND NEW Nissan NV2500 Cargo Van, when we looked underneath we were outraged to see how rusty it was, comparable to the 1994 Old Ford Cargo Van E350 we are replacing! We were shocked Nissan Eden Prairie sales managers were selling this vehicle, and two others in just as rusty condition right now on there lot. Even after I said something and pointed out the rust the manager Gary Glansman said that, All new vehicles have rust on them, and continues to sell them in this condition as NEW vehicles...absolutely fraudulent this place is! Buyer Beware! UPDATE: At least they admit it. :( Horrible dealership.
