Seth helped me out by finding multiple tools around the store and informed me on available deals which made it more comfortable to get the items I needed.

Stopped in looking for an accessory item. One person on hold on the phone at the counter. Never even acknowledged my presence.Not the way I trained people.

It’s always great shopping here. Never one bad experience or weird employee (honestly I feel like a lot of auto part stores have that one guy who just stares at you lol). Everyone is nice and helpful. It has what I need and better prices than anywhere around.

Great store with so many parts and accessories for anything with an engine or electrical system.

Salesman told me when I was picking my parts up that those were really cheap parts I didnt feel good about that

Website is easy to search and you can get a discount if you reserve your item online. Prices are more then compeative. Been shopping at Napa for 40 years. That says a lot for the brand.*Update* They are awesome! Staff was so helpful today. Needed some tools today and they had everything. Same quality as the competition but 20% cheaper. Cant say enough about this place.Overall Ive had excellent service. There have been a couple occasions where Ive encountered someone whos not helpful but there are several employees who more then make up for it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I think they are awesome. I have been a consistent customer for 8+ years. Yes there are times I wait longer then normal, but the employees are busy as well and assisting phone calls. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE if there horrendous parking lot would get fixed. Also would be nice if cooperate would supply them with some pens. The manager i am assuming is always having to buy his own and supplying the staff. They do however need more staff... also... they have way to much on there floor desks as far as trying to advertise...Would love to know where an-war gets his hair cut done. It’s wonderful.

Best auto repair parts shop in Eden Prairie. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I didnt bring my own tools, they borrowed theirs so I could remove my battery and before doing it they tested my starter and alternator to make sure all I needed was the battery. I expect nothing but the best from NAPA E.P. thanks again for holding up to my expectations!

I prefer to use Rotella t6 5w30 in my car and this was the only auto part store were I didnt have to special order it- They actually have it on the shelves! Super friendly as well. Even though its not the closest store for me, I will definitely drive to get my oil from here.

I was happy about the kind service I received, but I found it surprising that the cashier had little knowledge of mechanic work. They were not able to provide even basic suggestions regarding something I was working on. (Fuel Injector replacement)

They were very nice and helpful in helping me find a piece for under my car that I needed. I didnt know the exact piece and the employee helped me figure it out and try piece after piece til I found the right one.

Around closing time this past Saturday I witnessed the most disturbing behavior out of one of your employees, Ted. He was verbally abusive to the female employee Cassandra, because she was not doing something fast enough for his own personal purchase. I find this most disturbing that this man would verbally abuse a fellow employee at all let alone in front of customers, calling her names and swearing at her. This is totally unprofessional behavior and needs to be addressed immediately. Despite his behavior she maintained professionalism to the best of her ability and continued to assist the customers with a professional attitude. . I would hope that your company does not condone this type of behavior out of their employees, she was doing her best to accommodate him and the customers. The pricing on the product he wanted was not correct and she was trying to tell him this and get the correct pricing but he was insisting on receiving the product at the incorrect lower price.

I went in on my lunch break to buy some parts, I worked with what I believe was the manager for a minute or two before he got a call from a shop that needed parts, he then just left me without saying a word..not even that he would be with me in a minute, just stopped helping me. He then scolded an employee telling him he needed to put the shop on the phone before the customer that employee was working with, when the employee told him he would help the shop after he was done with the customer the manager told him he was done for the day in front of all of the customers. After the manager went into the back that employee helped me anyways after he was done with his 1st customer even after being told to go home. I was very pleased with his assistance but will probably not go back to this location because of how it is run.

They always have the parts I need for my car. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is always parking available near the entrance. I will return if I need more car parts.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, and they have the parts I need.Its an autoparts store. No frills. The isles are clean, the parts are plenty, and the staff usually knows exactly what I need even when I dont. The only complaint if any is that the parking lot is kind of hidden and beat up. But the interior is nice and clean.

Very convenient place. Right down the street from work. Always have what I need. Always recommend it.

This is one of the warehouses that Supply the other NAPA stores. So if you have an older vehicle or an uncommon vehicle this is a great store to go to for parts.

They were able to quickly help me locate the part I needed and they had it in stock! The man I worked with was very polite.

This place is good to pick up parts, but the parking lot is also a great place to blow out a strut or shock or tire because there are potholes in the parking lot that go down 6+ inches. I think that is probably the worst thing their jungle Jim parking lot.

Stopped by after work to ask about replacing my tail-light. There were 3 people behind the counter and no customers but none of them even acknowledged me. I said hello to one guy but he was too busy pecking the keyboard to look up and respond. The other 2 were involved in a conversation with each other and never responded. So, they obviously do not need any business. Guess individuals walking in off the street dont bring them enough money to be important.

Got what I need quickly and affordable. Will shop again.

Ever been here when their internet goes down? Wow. Separates the good employees from the bad.

They will have the part you need, but be prepared to overpay. I paid $20 for an oil filter that sells for $10 online. The staff will also try to up-sell you.

2nd time to the store and the customer service was yet again a complete let down. I was the only customer in the store while 3 other employees walked past as I waited to checkout, so I put back what I wanted to purchase and left. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

I came to the store on Robert st, the two employee that were at the counter told me they are on silent strike, they are not working. then they ignored my question and started their own conversation about thanks giving....I sadly had to leave and went to AutoZone across the street....where everyone was smiling and approachable...

Went in to check on battery prices, helped out by testing the batter. Didnt need a new battery alternator wasnt charging. Pointed us in the direction we needed.

I had to wait in line for a long time and they even helped customers who came in after me before me. It was not a great experience.
