There prices are ever high and they didnt fix my phone the right way not happy at all

I got my phone fixed yesterday in less than 20 minutes and they did a good job! Only thing is that my phone is laggy sometimes but other than that it’s good!!

Not bad prices seem a bit high for screen replacement on a Samsung S9

I went there first to get me and my sisters iPhone 8 Plus fixed. I received my screen not fully even secured . Shortly after receiving both of our phones, they started to malfunction and the bottom of my screen would not work and my sisters phone began to malfunction touchscreen wise as well. Then my phones location was not working so I went to Apple and they told me the screen repair broke my antenna!! None of my maps would work after getting the screen fixed and when I told the manager he told me that it was not possible for him to have done that even though the experts at Apple had said so!! I went there a second time to get my dads phones fixed and was given a wait time of 30 mins so then we came back and ended up waiting another hour! They were super unprofessional and had not even begun to fix our phones when we showed up the first time after our given time.I even left my credit card there and was not contacted about it until I contacted lthem! On top of that, when the manager confronted the employee about her mistakes made the first time, she did not even own up to it! Terrible service both times. Would not recommend. 🤬😐

Took my iPad to replace the screen and 3 days later went back to report the the screen wasn’t properly, the store employee was very rude and called security due to the lack of professionalism and warranty denials. Please do-not-go to this place. They do not honor the 3 month warranty I’m going to to file a complaint with consumers affairs make sure this won’t happened to someone else.. $200 hard earned money in this pandemic, not fair.

Fast and high quality service! I took my phone to another shop and they were going to have to send it out; would take ~two weeks. iFixandRepair - Menlo Park Mall has it repaired within hours and for less money. This is definitely my go to shop for service and repairs!

They wouldnt accept an item we tried to return. It was a bad quality phone case bc it broke right away while being used as intended (when trying to take it off the phone)

Have unfortunately had to go to them on quite a few occasions to fix daughters phone and they have always done a great job. Very fair and knowledgeable.

Service was great and fast. Had my back camera lens replaced for my iPhone 7+ as well as fixing the issues with my front camera not working. I highly recommend coming here for a great service that’s quick as well as affordable and fair.

They are one of the only shops in the area that knows how and is willing to replace the battery in a Nexus 6P. The staff was very quick, helpful, and did a perfect job for a more than fair price. If your Nexus needs a new battery give them a ring and they can order the parts you need and replace with a warranty! I brought in my own battery replacement for a change without a warranty, but will be sure to order from them if I need any future repairs. Thanks again!

We walked in and were greeted immediately with a smiling and friendly face. Was asked what we were looking for and we stated Apple Watch screen protectors. They had the exact type of screen protector I was looking for and even put them on for us! Very friendly and professional, I’d highly recommend this place to my friends and family!

I have an iPhone X. My screen was shattered. My phone was fixed in 20 mins. Works perfectly. I cannot have asked for better service. I recommend this store for screen repairs.**I first went to the same store name but in Walmart but they were not opened. Their posted hours say they open at 11am. I wouldn’t go there if I were you.

Screen is brand new, it’s perfect. I cracked it by dropping it and now it look as good as new. I’m so happy. I recccomd this store because it’s cheap and also affordable.

Not worth at all definitely not recommended. I went there to get protecting screen for my new iPhone and next day I notice that guy who put on the screen didn’t clean the screen properly and left lint and dust in there also the screen starting to peel off after few days. When I went back to have it replaced they straight up denied it. Also they said it was our fault somehow. Plus their cases are super expensive I bought the same case online for 5.99 that they had it in the store for 25 dollars..

They dont care about customer satisfaction. I went in to fix my screen after the screen is fixed my volume isnt working and this guy is tryna argue with me saying the volume not working not their fault. I took my phone away and he was happy and glad . Horrible place. It wasnt like that 3 years ago.

The selection and service are excellent. The sale person is very helpfull. And the prices are much lower than I expected. I’m very satisfied.

I dropped a 75lb dumbell on my galaxy s8 at the gym and it shattered. I kept using it like this and decided it was time to finally fix it. I took my phone here and in less than an hour it was new again. I forgot what it was like to not have a broken screen now it feels like I bought a new phone.

Went to get my screen fixed since I broke it while on vacation. The cost to fix it was great! Was expecting it to be more. The guy tells me it will take an hour, so I just walked around the mall lol. Came back a little after an hour, and he said another 10 minutes. When I got back he apologized for taken so long (I didnt care cause as long as my phone was fixed its all that mattered) and took 10 dollars off the original price! My screen looks like new!

A complete waste of my money. I went in to have my screen fixed and bought a screen protector to ensure my screen wont crack again, and sure enough the first drop my screen broke right UNDER the screen protector. The guy told me screen protectors “try to prevent cracks but don’t completely ensure that your screen won’t cack.” There was no point in me buying a screen protector if their screen is going to crack anyway. Their associate didn’t seem to care about my issue and I surely will not be going back there again.

Dont waste your money here.These people are big cheaters who are just selling crappy stuff to customers. They sold us an old used battery as brand new charging us almost 3 times the price.I am planning to report them to consumer service department so they dont cheat other people.

Amazing! I shattered my iphone 6 a while ago and black dots began to appear on my screen. Was skeptical about fixing my screen somewhere that isnt apple. They did an AMAZING job. My phone is brand new now! At apple it costs $135 to fix an iphone 6 and here it cost $60 plus $10 to add a glass screen protector! Love!!

I cracked my iPhone and I decided to come to iFix and Repair after reading all the positive reviews. After my experience, I have to say that there is no way that any of the good reviews written are genuine. Listen, I NEVER write reviews for ANYTHING. It doesn’t matter if it’s positive or negative, or if I’m reviewing a restaurant or certain item- I do not write reviews. However, I am so dissatisfied with the quality of repair, that I am writing this. I paid $80 to get my cracked screen replaced. Upon receiving my repaired phone, I noticed my screen had a very noticeable green tint. The rubber around my home button was also peeling off, indicating that he had done a sloppy job. While the service was extremely fast, I would have preferred that he took his time and done a cleaner job. I went back to the store and complained about the green tint, telling the man I was not happy. He then explained to me how they don’t use the same quality of screens that the iPhones come with. Bewildered, I explained how he should’ve told me beforehand that he would be putting a lower quality screen on my phone. He simply said “I don’t have to”. Ultimately, I knew arguing with him was not going to solve anything, so I left the store. While I have grown used to this green tint, I have noticed the sensitivity of the screen has gone down. I have to press down really hard to get 3D Touch to work, and using the screen feels glitchy. When I scroll, my phone doesn’t always respond, and when I type, keys that I click will not “click”. It is extremely frustrating and I cannot believe I spent $80 on this horrible screen. I have gone to a few other places to get my screen replaced, and have never encountered these problems before. Do not go here or believe any of the positive reviews.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. This place is the worst place to get your phone screen fixed. I got my iPhone 8 screen replaced here for $100 instead of the apple store that was $150. I regret it so much. My phone was unresponsive one day and I went back with the warranty and they said it was the adaptor problem within the phone. This happened again for the second time, and they told me to restore my phone. I went to the apple store and they said the problem was because of the screen. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE. I WANT A REFUND.

I had the wonderful opportunity of interacting with Chin, one of the staff members here at ifixandrepair. I initially went to the Apple Store (waste of time) they didn’t want to help saying their store closes at 9:30. Meanwhile we are there are 8:50. We rush out in disbelief. We accidentally came across IFIXANDREPAIR closer to 9pm around the time they close. Chin was extremely friendly and wanting to assist. From the moment we stepped in we truly felt like we were being served. His attitude was so admirable. Although the store closes at 9pm, Chin was happy to help us. He answered so many questions and gave me a lot of insight. He is a very knowledgeable person and these are the types of people that should be working with the public. Anyone can have the skill... however not everyone has the emotional intelligence. Chin put aside his duties to assist us and I am truly grateful. I needed a new charging port and battery for my iPhone 6. They changed out both in no time and I thought the price was more than fair. The gentleman that fixed my phone and the girl that greeted me at the counter couldnt have been more friendly. I highly recommend them.

Horrible horrible horrible! I brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement and what I thought was a job well done was anything but that. The screen that they used was the worst quality to where I could see the actual pixels when I was using my screen! Not only that but it effected my home button and how I used my phone. The job did not last long. It soon started to chip and crack down the center. I would highly recommend Mobility & Beyond in Sayreville or Edison. Pete was awesome there. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE IN HERE.

RISKY - My phone is all messed up now. I went for a screen replacement. They charged me $74 and now.... i see different screen shades i.e. when i look at the phone screen from left or top i see a yellow tint, and a blue tint from the right. My phone does not autolock now. SCREEN NAVIGATION too is broken.. Its so MESSED UP. If you go, you RISK your phone. The broken screen was far better than the screen they replaced it with.

Brought in my iPhone 4 with a cracked front screen. They repaired it in ~15 minutes for $60! Thats the cheapest price Ive ever paid to repaired a cracked phone (this being my 6th crack). Phone works normally, touch screen responds normally. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was there last week to fix my iPad screen.they give me better price than other 2 store which are outside of the mall.and also I got tempered glass for screen which was half price than regular price, because of I got my iPad fixed there.it was done in a hour..my kid is happy so far means I am happy also:)

WORST WORST WORST !!! Horrible experience that I ever had. They are deceiving people by selling old stuff as brand new. I bought a Samsung battery for $40 (on amazon, the same product is $15, but I needed it immediately). But soon I realized that the battery is an old one which was not even charging properly. I went back immediately to complain about it & the guy at the counter was so rude. He just says there is no refund & only warranty. I mean what warranty will fix an old battery. I am not worried about losing my money but what concerns me the most is that they are just cheating people by selling old broken stuff. Please dont buy from them, you are better off buying from some other place.
