Purchased a new phone for my cousin. Limited selection at this store as it was a small store. But was able to get something that worked. Rep was very helpful.

At the time I was a former AT&T employee, so I understand workers have to meet quotes and goals. But at the same time we are trained to inform the customers of what’s going on. A little over a month ago I went in for a upgrade, did the upgrade and was on my way. Earlier today I took a closer look at my bill and noticed changes on my upgrade. My upgraded line was put on a NEXT installment plan and was given individual protection (+$20). I already had a group protect, so there was no need for a individual protect. Like shouldn’t you inform customers about what’s going on? Like c’mon now

I came here went out of my way because I needed a new phone fast and they didnt have any this is a phone store with no phones go somewhere else.

All covid-19 protocols in place. Even had extra masks in hand to accommodate customers. Staff very helpful - completed my business is under 10 minutes.

This is the best store, I actually visited this couple of years back and looking for same location when I searched word at&t I visited and got this address.Mike is the manager, he is always ready to help you all no matter for what reason you are visiting the store. I have seen many stores where staff members show interest when you are buying new line. Here my experience was different both times, they helped and provided information to me like its their own mobile or close buddys case. I recommend all to visit this place. Very Satisfied!

Tiana was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. She also went above and beyond the call of duty by setting up my Samsung wearable. Once I was ready, she ensured me that I could utilize a speed charger and it was on sale. This will be a helpful tool for me as I am a person who is constantly on the go.

I’ll admit I went in with low expectations, since my typical experience with phone tech support has not been good. However, the technician there on a Saturday morning was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. He made several suggestions, most of which I had already tried, and then stepped me through the process of correcting the problem on my own. He also let me know that I was eligible for a new phone, but did not push too hard to get me to buy one – and I really liked and appreciated that. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Went there to do a simple trade-in but the seller seemed to have difficulty with the trade in and after going home, I discovered I received a stolen phone and insurance was added to the phone after telling them no twice. I generally have a easy time with ATT. I would suggest going to a different shop next time or better yet different carrier.Went back to the store yesterday and after 4 hours I was able to get a new phone, but I have a new respect for these guys working there, they had a lot to do with getting my new phone. Not happy about ATT but these guys did a good job.

Honestly my best experience at an AT&T store. Manager was patient, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store if you have any phone issues or needs.

First of all, these guys are not a direct store of AT&T, but they call themselves an authorized retailer. They do not have knowledge of any device or promotions going on, which are honored by other AT&T stores. Worse than ever, they said AT&T does not provide employee discounts on devices purchased at full price. I am waiting to go that route and flash the receipt from another AT&T store which provided a discount and void their ignorance. In short, they guys are not associated to AT&T in any way. Beware and stay away.

I was quite disappointed in the service that this store is available to provide. I didnt realize this was an authorized retailer, and will never go back to such a store. It was just convenience of location that brought us there. They do not provide the same level of customer service that the corporate at&t stores are able to provide.

I switched from verizon to att for the firstnet program. I found that none of the locations are trained in this program. I spent over 5 hours in the store over a couple of days. Hours on the phone with customer service. In the end I found out you cannot port over a phone from another provider cause the features will not work. I then had to purchase a new phone. Only samsung galaxy 9s and iPhone works with firstnet however the staff is not trained in this program which made the switch a nightmare. Once I purchased a new phone, everything is well.

The guy at this store was clueless. I tried to figure out how to get a card for my wifi hotspot for my car, and he took forever trying to figure out what type of card I needed. Called his manager, after being there for 20 minutes - and then figured I couldnt get a prepaid card as I had to go to the dealership and ask them for another card. This simply is one of the worst experiences I have had with any service. I would give them 2 stars if they helped, but I am glad I am not a customer of at&t

Do not go there. Horrible customer service. I visited the store today just to get another sim card. There were two customer service representatives and none of them acknowledged me when I went in. I waited for 15 minutes and left the store as no one was helping me. It a shame to call this as an AT&T outlet.

Terrible service! All I wanted to do, was merge my plan with a freinds plan. We asked how, if it was possible, we could do this. They said we should go home and do it online and that it was easier that way. We went home and online the only option we had was create a family plan. So we go back to the store and ask the employees to help us. To make a long story short, they had no idea what they were doing and we ended up calling att customer support just to find out that we couldnt merge our accounts anyway due to some market complication. The whole point of going to their store was so we didnt have to call customer service but we wasted 2 hours of our time for what seemed to be common knowledge. Dont go here! They have no idea what they are doing.

Horrible customer service, rep was defensive. He essentially would not provide us with the model color available for 8 Plus/IPhone. He stated that he had iPhone 8 Plus available. When we arrived he did not have the product at all. Waste of our time! Did not even apologize!
