The salted caramel Blizzard was outstanding. I cant wait to get it again.Its a must try.

Once in a 3 month place :) love the ice creams.. Especially the brownie hot fudge and cookie hot fudge.. My kids love it.. Weekend is crazy with long lines and it takes for ever :(Wanted to give 3.5, but gave a 4 :)

Ice cream is always great and workers are very kind. I like how close it is to me.

Good service, though they do have a $20 minimum for credit cards, so keep that in mind, but you can use a debt card with no minimum

Overrated for this location in NJ, not seeing the hype train behind the DQ. Ice cream and blizzards seem overpriced for an establishment specializing in this type of food. Local places have proved to been better.

Asked if we needed a mask to enter - the young lady at the register asked if I was vaccinated. (Are businesses allowed to ask that?) So if I lie and answer “yes” I’m allowed to enter? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of running a covid safe business if you’re just taking people’s word for it? Not to mention they have a $20 minimum to use credit cards. And they skimp on their portions. What a waste of a convenient location to grab ice cream. THUMBS DOWN! Totally worth driving to the Plainfield location instead. (Cue a generic response from “fan relations” about appreciating my feedback)

This places timings are not even accurate. i came here few times at 1:00pm and they werent even open

The last few times I ordered a cotton candy Blizzard, it tasted almost like plain vanilla ice cream. After paying eight dollars I would expect them to use ample amount of syrup so it taste like cotton candy. Very disappointing. However the staff and owner are very nice.

Inspite of seeing bad reviews we drove 20 mins to this location only to be disappointed. Bad customer service as the person who serves doesn’t seem interested in his job. I ordered brownie dough blizzard with chocolate ice cream and the ice cream was all crystallised. Almost like it was stored at wrong temperature. Would never visit this place again.

Awesome Birthday cakes, so fresh and so delicious...Its a hidden gem for making your cool Bday ice cream cakes....I would never buy any store stacked icecream cakes anymore...the staff was wonderful and always welcoming....

Live within walking distance of this location but drive to the Clark DQ because this location always gives small cones and charges for medium. Clark location medium cone is easily 30 percent larger and consistently so. I wouldn’t go here if someone else was paying.

This was the first time taking my daughter. To a dairy queen. Thought it would be a nice treat but the manager was very rude after I leaned over the ice cream display to see all the flavors and my head hit one of the extremely low hanging lamps and knocked the cover off. The manager didnt come and out ask what happened or if I was ok but rudely with his face screwed up... yes I could see the disgust in his face under the mask....where all he said was why are you so close. He took the light cover which did not break and walked away.The young lady serving us was very nice though.I will never visit this location again and would not recommend.

Only downside to this place was they dont participate in the DQ Rewards program

They had a customer appreciation day today and was giving half off of all ice cream. They dont do that. Often so was nice to take advantage of the discount.the people who work here are very friendly and nice and this location is always clean.

Great treat! But they dont participate in the advertised special from TV . The manager however was nice enough to do it 1 time for us which was very nice.

I went there yesterday for the 4th of July to get a sweet treat before the fireworks. The trip there was terrible. I stood in line for almost FIFTEEN MINUTES, and when it was my turn, they said they could not make my drink as they had NO VANILLA ICE CREAM! What a waste of my time. There was only 1 register. They need a better way of customer service in there. And then when I called them to give them feedback, indeed the person on the phone said you are lying when that person on the phone claimed he was there the entire day. Which, he did not sound like anybody I saw that day. He lied and I will never be returning to this DQ strictly ever again in my life.

Not open at 1230 on Wed, though hours say they open at noon. Not out of business (cakes in the freezer). Took 20 minutes to get here, just to find it closed.

Why would you not put a sign on the window stating that youre not participating in free cone day? Instead they have it inside written small by the cashier in an overly crowded small area as if anyone can see it. So you have to wait in a long like just to see it so you can be like oh well Im already here might as well buy one? A waste of ppls time. Were bringing our families, friends, college students etc to try and enjoy something nice together. Nope Im going to Plainfields Dairy Queen 👋🏽✌🏽Its not about the price its about the principle. Then the manager gets all huffy when my boyfriend asked him which Dairy Queens is participating and he says he has no idea he doesnt know. Like seriously? 😒 How do you NOT KNOW whats going on within your company and its branches THAT YOU WORK FOR? Totally unprofessional. The staff were fine but you guys need to have a talk with whoever was in charge today. 😑

I got food poisoning tonight from their ice cream. I feel like death. Never again!

The ice cream is good but the owner is really rude. I was 3 cents short and he made me go all the way back to my car to get it. He is a very very very miser man. Go for the ice cream but dont expect anything good from the cashiers.....

Good dairy queen. The area isnt great. There were tons of kids loitering in the parking lot and a cop was there. Inside the DQ was nice and quiet though 🍦
