Worst experience EVER, took my vehicle to get it repaired for an A/C Service, paid $1000 to get it fixed properly because condenser was failing and compressor was busted, got full warranty for the parts. A month later I run into the same problem with the A/C not working, take it to them and the problem remains, but now hoses are torn. The mechanic shops states they will have my car ready in a couple of hours. I left my car with them on a Thursday and havent received my car, most likely until Monday. Most likely will have a charge. AGAIN....

Terrible!!! They put the wrong oil filter in my SUV and messed up the motor. Still havent gotten the vehicle back. Never again!!!

Car broke down a block away from this shop. Turned out to be a broken pulley. Mechanic diagnosed problem within minutes and fixed car within an hour and half. Professional and fair price. Standup guys.

Very hard to contact them and when you do they tell you theyll return your call but they never do and then if you call back they wont answer the phone for days, my vehicle has been sitting in that shop for almost a month and still not finished, a very frustrating situation since I live in a different city and I cant visit El Paso as often.

I am happy to write this review regarding Hi-Tech Auto Center. This place is absolutely the best auto center in town. The owner and service staff are very honest, extremely helpful and courteous. I had normally taken my Honda 2003 to the dealership for its repairs but simple maintenance operations were draining my budget. Repairs always ranged from 500 to 1000+ dollars; but i could not trust any one else to perform any better than the dealership. Until one day a very picky friend of mine recommended Hi-Tech Auto Center. So I decided to give them a try. My repairs were less than half the cost at the dealership and the service was even better. Hi-Tech Auto Center has my complete trust and confidence; I will never, ever go back to a dealership. Next time you need a good mechanic center, BE SMART, SAVE YOUR MONEY, go to HI-TECH AUTO CENTER. I am going back tomorrow!.

Amazing business! Owner is very nice and gave me a great price. Had to replace the timing chain on my truck. Every place I called or took it to was nearly double. The technicians also spotted a few other things that were getting a little wore out and got them repaired. They also spent the time to visually show me. They went above and beyond, Highly recommended.

They put a defective part on my truck. Then a month later (when that part failed) they wanted to change my a second time form the labor to change the defective part that they installed. It was their part. wanted

I do not recommend this place, the mechanics are not certified by ASE so Not have professional knowledge of mechanics, they do not work clean, and full. You always have to go back because the car did not go well.I do not recommend this mechanic workshop. 4 star, 5 star are not real customers, they are friends.Zero,zero. Not recommend.

I highly recommend this auto care shop. Hassan the owner is a class act and a pleasure to work with. He took care of what I needed fixed and made sure I got the right work done even though it was misdiagnosed at Autozone.Hassan has good communication with customers. Very professional and excellent customer service. Great experience overall, will definitely return when my car needs maintenance.

I was in a bad spot with my van over heating. These guys took my van in last hour before close and got it running good again. Hasan is a good and fair man when it comes to his work. Would definitely pass his name around to those who need work done on their cars.

Weve been going to him for over 10 yrs. Hasan is honest, trustworthy, does a very good job. Hes not the type of mechanic that will have you coming back over and over for tge same problem. If he cant fix it, hell recommend you to someone equally honest and competent as him. I went in for a check engine light and the repairs cost me $800 but the engine light still coming on and Im still having problems. Took it back to them but they said it would be about 5 days in the shop before that I had left it there for 6 days. Makes no sense. Im just getting the runaround and also Ive heard from other people that theyve done the same thing to them
