They are a ripe off wanted 2,149 to fix my truck went else where fix the same thing for 800.00 dollars they are a ripe off wondering if when oil change they really do it 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I went to fix my Audi twice, though ok maybe I could trust these guys since they seem pretty polite, got my pump fixed, I brought the part myself, seemed like NOTHING was done, still asked me to bring in some power steering fluid, second I got a wheel bearing change JUST ONE OF THE, charged me 500$ For it, come out the shop, not one day later my whole power steering line falls off the vehicle, good luck to you guys that go these guys WILL rip you off, they see a young person or a woman or someone that bring in an expensive vehicle and right away want to over charge, BE CAREFUL

Ah.. they put a ssds speed sensor/ hub on car...fix problems accept the abs, traction, stability warning lights.... found out later was a error in the wiring harness .. dont think they did a full diagnosis of the problem...

Because the manger of the store Eddie Ortiz supposedly had an emergency, according to other employee of the shop, I was not called to pick up my vehicle!!! In other words they simply dont care about costumer service. My time is valuable and the first emergency they should have in their book is to call customers to pick up their vehicle. Thus, I have warned the community. The choice is yours!

I am extremely happy with the work and service done at Brake Masters. We had a family mechanic who passed away and the Brother that took over, just didnt do good work at all on our van. I have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer. Its been leaking transmission oil and motor oil. I had a few questions about my vehicle so I decided to call break masters and ask . I ended up asking more than a few questions and what I was asking would probably annoy just about anybody. The person that answered the phone at break masters was really professional. She answered all my questions in a very calm manner and he took the time To help me out with everything that I need. I really appreciate the customer service I got over the phone and I highly recommend brake master. Ive done business with them before and Ive never had a problem with them. This all happened today May 28th 2020.

I went in November and he wanted to charge me more than 480$ to fix my brakes because according to him i broke something so i told him no is too much he put it down for 380$ so okay i payed so i go Wednesday go get my oil change because i got a coupon on the mail so he came back with a long list i needed it added up to 400$ something i was like WOW!!! I said no its okay he said well how much you wanna spend on your car then i was like i said no im good they see you alone as a woman walking in they try to take advantage i noticed him get mad too because i said no NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!

I was extremely grateful to Bobby Gabaldon. I was driving in from Fort Worth going to Las Cruces when I got a flat. I was able to drive to the parking lot and Bobby was very helpful by changing my tire and having my son and myself wait in the lobby while it was done. Thank you for your help!!

Well, I havent been there for awhile. But the service is exceptional. A nice clean office and lobby. The workers I saw there in 2013 were very helpful in sizing up the problems and matching prices to parts from across the street @ Auto-Zone. Labor is reasonable and I DID get a free check to assure the problem was what I sought to solute. And anything else. If anyones noticed, the popular Pep-Boys (Manny Moe n Jack)[?] They charge around $85 just for an estimate!!! The cost? I believe you can get your vehicles fix-its here with the mechanics at Dyers Brake Masters location.

Walked in to get a brake check and a short man in white tried to sell me service without checking my vehicle. A younger man in red took over the conversation and gave me a free brake check. He explained that I didnt need brakes but a minimal service. The man in white needs more training in vehicle repair. The younger man in red is more knowledgeable.

I honestly cannot put in words how I was treated by Tony, but amazing comes to mind. I know a business is there to provide service and make money, but he also realizes that we are people too. He listened to me and understood my situation and honestly bent over backwards to help me and make sure that my kids and I were riding around in a safe vehicle. Recently my moms Air Conditioner in her car stopped working. We originally took her car to a shop that gave us an estimate of $1,100.00 to repair AC. We decided to get a second estimate and was told by a friend to take our car to Break Masters. So glad we did!!!!! Break Masters repaired AC for $190.00. These guys are the bomb!! They are all about providing excellent service and not about trying to make a quick buck. I highly recommend them. I will continue to take my moms car and my personal cars to them without a doubt. 😊

I called to see if i still had enough time to get an oil change. The man i spoke to in the phone told me to go head and come in. When i got then and told them what i was there for they guy went out to the bay came back in and told me sorry i cant get it done cause his tech didnt want to do.. poor customer service mind you this i been coming here for over 10 yrs and still treated that way.. they just lost a customer easily could have told me over the phone no and saved me the gas and time.rude poor customer service is all they offer here.

Really bad service! They told me 1 hour to 1 hour and a half for my service, they took 2 hours and 45 minutes to do an oil change!

Went here for a wheel bearing, transmission and radiator flush. Worth the money. They do good work.

Came in for coolant flush/tire rotation. I cancelled the tire rotation. They take forever! Not sure if they do not have enough employees but they would work on 1 car then move to the other and jump back to the other.1 Customer complained he had to return several times because they forgot to place certain parts back on his car. Time management is needed along with a new manager because he seems to dress the part and not know Jack about cars along with his blue best. Rather spend more money and less time with a place that is accredited than this location.

Unprofessional staff

If you are a female or a young male - PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They take advantage of people who they think do not know better. I went in for new breaks and they decided to replace my entire system, which did NOT need to be replaced. My dad asked to see the parts they replaced and none needed replacing. They were just trying to rip me off. They wanted to charge me $700 for something I did not need.They also kept making promises that my car would be done and it ended up taking them 3 days as opposed to their promise of having it done the same day - latest tomorrow. I am a 21 year old college student - I cannot believe they would find it ethical to charge me $700 just because.

Overpriced, overcharge. Trying to drain your pockets for every dime. $500 to replace a cable for my shifting gear that needs to be “special dealership ordered” take your vehicle elsewhere, they take full advantage of females and young adults. You can tell these men who work here and ready to rack up what they can on you.

Went in yesterday with my husband to get our brakes fixed and the service was ok but my husband ended up leaving his cell phone. We called back no later than ten mins to see if they had put the phone away for us because that was the only place we had been and they lied and said the phone wasn’t there. We went back to check for ourselves and didn’t see the phone or an employee in sight so we just left. There were no other customers there we were the only ones so it had to have been an employee who stole the cell phone. I’m highly disappointed because I thought this was suppose to be a place of business but I see not. We spent our hard earned money there just for them to steal our belongings. How disgusting.

Great place to take your vehicle for repairs

DO NOT GO HERE. My 85 year old mother went to get her breaks fixed and she knew what the breaks needed. They assessed the breaks and came back telling her they needed so much more and charged her more than $700. She drove away after the work was done and the car broke down a couple of blocks away in the middle of traffic. If got pushed to the side of the road and the next day was barely able to get it back to the shop. They wanted to charge her for fixing the problem ( which they caused) and she refused to pay. They did fix it for her but only because she made a stink and stood her ground. They obviously took advantage of an elderly person.

Got off work an hour early to go get an alignment and when I arrive I was told they couldnt do it because I wasnt there AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE because thats how long it takes to do the alignment for my vehicle. If youre open for business, youre open for business. They didnt try to offer a solution, just said they cant do it cause its too late.

Was in and out for an oil change. Not much to say about this place. Oil change was really cheap for a truck.

Almost had had an accident after they did my brakes. I had to get towed to another shop. They found my breaks were installed wrong. After several calls to break masters to request a refund they ignored me and never called back. Very poor customer service and incompetent.

This is a warning to all see this post ...my vehicle use 5W-30 oil and this guys use 0W-20, now Im goin to dealer to fix a leak on my motor ...the front people not professionals, and the mechanic are .....not a mecanic i think.

Nightmare. Went in for one repair job of $300 ended up with over $2000 in repairs and still the mechanic bent my wheel parts into my rotors after paying all that money just to con me into coming back for more repairs! Avoid this place!!!
