Do you own a Volkswagen? Do you need an HONEST mechanic that wont try to up-sell any services and rob you? This is the place. Been taking my 2009 GTI there for years. Recently took my GTI because I needed an oil change. My hood shock was worn out so I asked them to replace it as well, took 2 minutes and they had the part in stock. I also explained that my A/C blower went out, (or so I thought). They found a penny lodged in the blower which was preventing it from spinning. Within an hour and $100 later, I was back in the road. Theyll tell you what repairs are urgent and what can wait. Theyll even go so far as telling you how to fix things in your own. I asked about an issue Im experiencing with my 2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS and they recommended a fix based on previous customers who had the same issue with a VW Toureg. Brenda is super knowledgeable and their mechanics are pros. Always treated me well, cant complain.Note: Due to the current COVID-19 guidelines, its best if you make an appointment ahead of time.

So I cannot say enough good things about this place. The mechanics at this place are amazing, diagnosed my car in literally minutes after being to several places including the dealership. Brenda explains everything in detail and the prices are extremely affordable. If you have a Volkswagen then this is the place you need to take it, great prices, good people and frankly very honest.

I never bother with reviews but this place is worth it. After I found this place, I’d only ever take my car there. Brenda is very friendly. They always gave me the most affordable prices compared to other mechanics. They know exactly what they are doing and they finish your car quick. They are very knowledgeable and honest people. Highly recommend! Sadly I moved away, and I have not found mechanics as good as they were. They aren’t out to empty out your wallet. Give them a shot, you will see for yourself!

Worst customer service ever they told me to call about my car on 2 hrs i have them a call & the mechanic was out & could not get any info 2nd time i call the secretary said they were taking a lunch break & would call me back at 5:00 p.m i never received the call & my car even stayed at the shop i call the next day & once again the mechanic is out when i go inperson the secretary was extreay rude yelling at me & all i told her was well i was calling to check on the car on the times youn told me as well as the mechanic did not let me explain anything at all since he came out yelling at me & kicking me out for no reason as i was just asking info about my car at the end my car did not even get fixed at all as well as when i had called them as soon as the opened & tild them not to touch my car at all since i was picking it up i saw that they were trying to work on it even tho i told them not too

If you own a Volkswagen this is the place to go!! We are living in our Eurovan while roadtripping the country. We went to a few mechanics before finding this one and no one else knew how to fix our issue! A new filter and fluids later we were back up running in perfect condition!!The staff was incredible friendly and helpful! When we heard our total we couldn’t believe our ears! Ridiculously fair priced!! Great place to go!

Ive been with these guys for a few years. The do good mechanical work. There are two problems I have with these guys. 1) they dont perform their work in a timely manner. If they say they will finish the work in one week, it takes them one month. 2) theyre horrendous at returning phone calls. There have been numerous times where I have called them at least 20 times over a five-day period with no return of my phone calls. This is highly unprofessional. I would not take my car to these folks for bodywork. Anticipate having to wait at least 9 to 10 months to get any work done. Not because they are busy but because they are unreliable and slow.

Ive been going to this mechanic for about 2 years now and Ive had no problems. Pricing is fair and the work is reliable. Car is usually ready on time. Speak to Brenda if you dont speak Spanish.

I wanted an Audi mechanic and I knew VW and Audi are very similar. First I went to the dealership and they wanted a few thousand dollars to repair my car. Found the reviews for Herrera VW repair and I went there. They really know VW and Audi cars. And the price to fix my Audi was less than half what the dealership wanted. I saved $1800. No joke. The vehicle is running great again. Thank you Herrera VW.

I went and payed for a diagnostics about what was wrong with my car, they told me there was nothing wrong with it, as I was driving home my car broke down . I went and claim to them that same day the car had broke down when it didnt have anything wrong according to them, all I wanted was a refund for the diagnostics since they failed to provide me with what was wrong with it .They said they couldnt give me a refund since they arent responible for my car, who would say that !? How will they not be responsible for something I paid them to do . Good thing I took it to another mechanic which was cheaper and more profesional . My engine could have been blown up and I could have ended having to buy a new car thanks to these guys and they claim they are not responsible for any of that . If you plan on taking your car here just know your getting ripped off . Worst shop I have ever had to deal with
