Absolutely professional. Both service managers know and understand each others load so there is no, you have to talk to him... type of conversations.

I am not one to write reviews; however, I had to make an exception for this.Last year, I made an appointment for an oil change and alignment. My appointment was at around 7:00 or 7:30am. They were not finished until almost 1:00pm. Many customers came and went during that time.This alone was not enough for me to write a review. I decided to make this oil change myself because I did not want to deal with them again.To my surprise, I found that that the oil drain plug was not only rounded out but unbelievably tight. For me, this was the last straw. It seems like there was general carelessness.I would recommend that if you have small tune ups to go somewhere else.

Very friendly staff, good service and the free tire rotation is great but if you are looking for quick service consider other options. I have used this location twice and both times I have scheduled an appointment for an oil change and both times it took 2+ hours. Not sure if the appointments just dont matter or what.

Great place. Nice employess and turn around time was great. I dropped my car off for usual oil change and other fluids. After I got the car back the coolant light came on in my car. I thought it was strange since I just took the car for fluids..anyway I topped off the coolant. The next day it spit out the coolant I just replaced. Obviously they got air inside the coolant tank. The pressure build up keeps flushing the coolant out. I took it back so they can fix it. I wasnt worried if there was a chargen possibly the coolant was about to expire. They told me there was nothing wrong when they gave me the car back after having it for a few hours. Next day, the coolant spit out again. I know its brake masters fault. But I just took the loss and took it to my mechanic. $1600 repair.

I have used Brake Masters for years. The store on Cromo Drive in El Paso TX has the best customer service and they have very excellent technicians. The manager is good and always gives fair prices! I always use them!

I lkve Brake Masters. Since they moved in to El Paso I have been servicing all of my vehicle brakes there. They have other services too. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is always courteous.

Made an appointment the day before for an oil change. Came the day off and they said regardless of appointment (I wasn’t late) it was going to be a 3-4 hour wait. What’s the point of making an appointment then? Take the feature off your website if I still need to wait as if I’m a walk in

I paid almost 300 dollars for my a/c to be fixed, it worked for a day and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it

Little over priced best to take to dealer service

Great full service mechanic shop. I had no idea they were full service, I thought they only did brakes. This shop has very fair prices. They have me a printed estimate that itemized all charges before they began repairs. The manager is Fernie Perez. He supervised all the work .He explained everything to me very clearly and went over each repair pointing out each part . No one has ever done that before on previous repairs. He was very respectful and didnt treat me like a stupid woman like most places. I was so pleased that I had all the work done there. In the end the price was about $400.00 less than what the dealership quoted and included more repairs than they had quoted. I will never go anywhere else for car repairs.There is a clean, air conditioned, comfortable waiting area with complimentary bottled water. There is a large TV, coffee, and magazines. Great place, so glad I went there.

Its really nice to be able to work with a repair shop that has integrity when it comes to their work. This was my first event working with the Brake Masters team and on two distinct points, their integrity and honesty was clear. Efficient and quick. I even got a quote for a coolant leak they found when I picked up my vehicle after an oil change. They did it as a courtesy, I didnt even have to ask!

Have taken my minivan here for service. The prices are fair. Had spark plugs changed here and brakes and oil changes here. They are very quick and do a great job. The service manager Adrian is very helpful and takes care of the customers. The place is very clean and looks well maintained. They also post coupons on their website for service and oil changes.

If I could write a review without having to put a star I would. I just moved to this side of town and my car needed an oil change so I called around to see which business had the best prices. Once I called this location it was 2:30pm, I spoke to an employee that was very polite and very informative with each and every response to the questions I would ask, and then I asked if I could go take my car for an oil change and how long it would take, he told me to go ahead and bring my car to drop it off because there were 4 cars in front of me and that it would be ready by 4pm as it is a first come first serve service. I liked the idea so I said okay I will bring my car, but once I arrived to the location by 2:45pm I went inside and waited to be attended then I spoke to “Robert” which he appeared to be the manager, I mentioned that I had just spoke to an employee over the phone and that he had said to go ahead and bring my car in for an oil change. Robert went on to say that he had not received any calls and that he was the only one working the inside area, then very rudely said-“can’t help you today, come back Monday “. You can only imagine how confused I was, and then I looked at the time and it was 2:50 so I asked-“ aren’t you guys open until 5:30?”, Robert said-“ yes we are but can’t help you today, until monday”, by the rudeness of Mr. Robert I felt unwelcomed. I said okay thank you and left as I will not sit there asking to be helped to someone who obviously wasn’t going I help me. I can say that I am disappointed in the quality of customer service skills the manager on duty had, very unprofessional.

Brought my truck into BRAKE MASTERS(BM)with AC problems. FERNIE did a complete check of AC and determined the problems. RUDY performed all the work without fault and in a very reasonable timely matterUPDATE: 4/27/2019HAVING PROBLEMS WITH AC, NOT COOLING DOWN PROPERLY, WILL RETURN TO BM AND UPDATE THIS ENTRY.UPDATE: 6/11/2020BM Could not find problem, They added freon and I went on my way. Took vehicle to NISSAN SERVICE CENTER a month later. They told me the clutch fan was defective so they R/Rd part, A/C WORKS PERFECT NOW.

The workers are pleasant. This is the bolt they sawed off which was discovered when the alignment was re-done several months later. The warranty on the tires didnt cover faulty alignment, so I paid for 2 new ones: the front had become dangerously worn. And the alignment was only good for 3 months, so not addressed soon enough.Obviously, sawing the bolt in order to align the car was a poor (criminal?) choice. Im thankful the car hadnt given in to metal fatigue before I dealt with this dangerous fix!

These guys could have oversold me but did not..they can look forward to taking care of my cars in the future! Prompt professional quality work! Thanks again Fernie.

The service quality is very bad. I do not think they have qualified tech to fix cars. they flushed my cooling system, my cool systems started to leak. they changed me an alternator, the alternator became bad in less than a year. They did some other service on my car, but forgot some other necessary work to assemble it. when I started the engine, the engine reported error right away; i talked to them, the guy said they never touch it; but when they checked, they found that they forgot something... Their bad service finally killed my car!

I was apprehensive because of all the negative reviews but i had a great experience. They beat the dealers quote by a hundred dollars for front pads on my civic. Total time car was in prob 3.5 hrs. No issues with this shop.

I had an alignment done, and the cars alignment was not done correctly to spec. The car pulled to the right. the manager did not take interest in fixing the problem.I took it to another place and they showed me on the computer screen that the alignment was out of spec. Once the alignment was done correctly the car went straight.go somewhere else avoid this dirty smelly place

I called on Thur to make an appt. Rep said he could get me in first thing Fri morning at 730 when they open. I arrived at 725. Manager said he couldnt get me in for my scheduled oil change for 2 hours 930. He did not offer to resch appt or offer any discounts or promotions for not being able to honor my scheduled appointment. I would not recommend this store.

Worse service ever at the west el Paso location. Fernando lopez the manager is so rude to customers and everyone is just talking and smoking cigarrettes inside instead of working and theyre just doing nothing, im here changing brakes. My sister needed an alignment and her brake pads changed. After taking 3 hours to align the car they called and quoted her $650.00 for new brake pads? They sure didnt hesitate to try and steal money from a woman who might not know about cars.. $35 and a trip to autozone later I had changed the pads myself. WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND EVER

To preface, i have been coming to this store for a few years, always good service, until today...i came for an oil change and brought my own filter with a coupon, which has NEVER been a problem before...the assistant manager, Fernie Lopez, informs me that i cannot use the coupon because the discount applies to the entire package and since im not using their filter, i cannot use the coupon...he could have told me this at the beginning...like i said, been coming here constantly, using the same coupon, getting my oil changed and no hassles...so, i save them money by not using their filter, yet am charged more.its not the cost its the principle and the fact that Fernie Lopez copped a serious attitude...very unprofessional...will not come here again and would not recommend...maybe other stores have a better trained management and get the courtesy concept of customer relations...

This place is horrible, I had two alignments done here and they basically made my car unsafe to drive. They have refused to take another look at it without a five hour wait. Not even worth the time or day for them to screw my vehicle up any further. Take your car elsewhere, unless you want ZERO honesty and integrity - irony at its best.After they worked on my suspension, my vehicle was UNSAFE TO DRIVE, there were quite literally loose bolts under my suspension and my rear wheels were no longer centered in the bay. They had the courage to tell me this was my fault and that I knowingly drove the car with these unsafe circumstances, when they simply had no idea what they were doing. Theyre lucky that I didnt get in an accident due to their professional services. Waste of time.
