Excellent service when installing my security and home theater systems.

We used our new home credit of $1500 to add the smart home feature to our new home. This company was sent to install and monitor our security services and devices. We have had nothing but problems and miscommunications with then from the beginning. Do yourself a favor and go through brinks directly as this company is a third party that uses brinks home monitoring. It’s cheaper and the people know why they are doing.

Sound and setup were amazing will definitely recommend, reliable and wonderful to work with very professional team. Thank you for making our father/ son movie night at Edgmere Elementary out of this world experience!!!

Very pleased with the service from the moment I walked in to their showroom I felt welcome. I would ask question of the product I purchased and got an answer with plenty of knowledge from Mario Dixon. I was very impressed to how the installation of my 48 in smart tv had no wires exposed. They did an awesome job from adding an outlet to fishing the wires thru my walls. I will definitely would use them again ....

Do not get security system with them! My alarm stopped working in sunday morning i called but they are closed sundays which sucks!! Then i called monday and ask told them my alarm is not working and asked how come they were not notified or why didnt they call me and she couldnt give me a clear respond and that she will send a tech out. They never came!! I called her back and told her no one has come out yet and she then said she would give me a call back. Never called back and tech never came out!😡
