Ryan was a great help with obtaining a first car for my little brother. I already had my financing and the vehicle in mind. He was very efficient but also informative about what we were getting. West Star Auto tried to sell me a car with the check engine light on. The manager used high pressure tactics, and wanted me to lie to the bank about the check engine light so they could get paid before actually fixing the car. They also did not have the car fixed by the date they promised. There was an over emphasis on getting paid, and less emphasis on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up buying a car somewhere else. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK if you visit West Star Auto Group.

So got my car here, it was working fine, the car didn’t last 1 month when the engine light pop out of the dashboard took the car to them to fix it. Then like 3-4 weeks the car started overheating I called the “manager” he told me to bring it back tomorrow. So I went and he was not there that day so he told to come back another day. So I went again and the “manager” told me that the mechanic was not working that day. At that moment was kind of mad cuz I have to drive like 40 minutes and still he doesn’t say anything before I arrive. Third time I went they really checked it well thats what they told me cuz I checked my dash cam and they left the hood open and drove the car for 20-30 minutes and the “manager” calls me all angry like what the ... im wasting my money on this oven with wheels and you are getting angry at me? Wow!!!! I took my car with three!!! Three!!! Different mechanics and they saw my car overheating!!!

Juan and Ryan were excellent! They both were extremely committed to helping me find my dream car, even if they had to get it from miles away! Their cars also come with warranty and theyre extremely clean and nice. Totally recommend, they will do whatever they can to help you!

Really good service Juan was very friendly and helpful when it came to choosing my Chrysler 200s and they were even able to make a deal however it did have a small crack on the radiator they were able to fix it at their expense and works better than ever!

I do not recommend this place at all. Purchased a vehicle from Frank and weeks later the check engine came on. Spoke to the dealer about it as they agreed to check it out ONLY if the engine light was on. The light would randomly turn on and off and I live an hr away from this dealership so it’s not easy for me to drive over whenever the light decides to turn on. The car then started pulling and would lose power randomly making it extremely dangerous due to the fact that I had to pull over because it would turn off completely. I then again expressed my concerns to the dealer. This was two months from the day I purchased the vehicle. He said since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty they can check it out but I would have to pay for the work done. I don’t understand how this vehicle passed their “inspection” let’s not forget Frank agreed to get my plates and registration for me and ended up sending my plates to a wrong address their for I have to wait until MVD opens up so I can file a lost registration. I am also in sales and know how the business goes but one thing you shouldn’t do is lie and cheat your customers. Very unprofessional business. Take your money somewhere else!

Got a BMW 535i with many engine problems that could never be fixed. Car broke down in the middle of the road two days after purchased and engine smoked with check engine light on. Fixed it $ 2,500 but still keep shutting off. Returned 1 week after purchased and no refunds. West Star Auto Group Terrible and swindlers. Wouldnt trust them if I were you.
