The best coffee! I went today and got their Horchata drink and it was honestly the best coffee I’ve ever had! Made with oat milk so no tummy ache! I didn’t even think I liked oat milk. My husband got black coffee and also agreed the BEST. We need one in the northeast. So good I’ll be driving downtown again this week for one. Word of advice don’t order a small.
This place was voted best coffee 3 years in a row. So it should be good right? If good means your vanilla latte is pure syrup no espresso then maybe. Not only does the late look like pure milk but it is overly sweet. Did I mention one shot of espresso is going to run you $2.19. Half the cost of the latte. I had attempted to make it taste somewhat better but honestly if im going to spend $7 on a medium coffee then I would have been better off anywhere else.
Cool place but drinks werent good.We got the Horchata Oat Milk Boba Latte and Mazapan frappe. The boba had a strange texture, wasnt chewy and soft. It was dry, like an old candy? Was not good. The Mazapan Frappe was okay but didnt taste like Mazapan. The drinks werent overly sweet so thats good, but I wouldnt go back.
My mom and I went to get a drink while doing a walk around the office district. She got a coffee with toffee nut syrup and I got the horchata oat milk boba drink and they both were amazing totally recommend!!
Great little place. The drinks are all really good, and the mazapan items are a definite highlight. Good place if youre lactose intolerant since there are options to substitute the milk. Atmosphere is lovely, and it is in a good location for walking around with a drink.
Great coffee place. They served coffee the way it is supposed to be, strong, bold and with character. What you get with your visit? Top quality product in a friendly place, next to the plaza, and with real friendly employees.Anything more than you need? I don’t think so.The only reason I don’t give a 5/5 is because sometimes the machine that makes the cappuccino is not working well and you have to wait for your coffee more than the usual. I guess I had bad luck.
Ive always liked their selection.... plus its where my special friend & I go to get away.
My experience at the coffee box was meh. I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino and taro boba. The boba was not actual boba and the Frappuccino had a weird aftertaste. The only thing I like about this place is the architecture.
We have been here a few times now and they are always friendly, helpful and serve delicious drinks. They are also always accommodating to non coffee drinkers!
Friendly and good service. The place is adorable and across from a cute little park. Very clean, good drinks, and the cinnamon roll was dope!
I always buy the charcoal latte but I have had the other drinks on the menu. Everything is pretty delicious. The macaroons are not worth the price. Buy a muffin instead
I loved their mocha. The decor was also very nice. I would have loved to spend more time there.
Was in town for one night and this coffee shop was within walking distance from my hotel, plus it looks cool so I walked over. I assure you it’s not just a neat building! I have to mention I couldn’t chill inside due to Covid restrictions so I got mine to go. 2 things; 1 my mocha latte was fabulous! Delicious without a doubt. 2 they come in larger sizes which for a video editor like myself is must for lasting more than 5 min. The woman working the window was super kind and joyful and it was a pleasure ordering from her. You could see her smile even with a mask on! (For the manager reading this, it was Wednesday June 3rd around 5pm I believe) please stop by and check them out if you are in this part of El Paso. *bought sticker for laptop 👌
Loved the Horchata! Been there twice in one weekend to get it. I also loved the architecture if the containers. Super cool with a nice little upstairs veranda.
One of my favorite places to go! And I love how it’s close to the park, it makes for a wonderful day out. Plus they have non dairy options which is a big plus for me
Ok coffee, but to be honest if i pay the same as i would at Starbucks i pick Starbucks.
I got a pistachio latte with coconut milk and whipped cream it is to die for. To the owner I only gave 3 stars because the two women at the window were very rude and abrupt when I go to a restaurant or establishment its not just about the taste of something its about the quality the service and how its presented along with the taste .
Cute place, but... I want a COFFEE drink, not a MILK drink. Their “small” is a big 12-oz but only one shot of espresso! So I asked for a second shot and less milk. I got a pretty-good cappuccino for a bit more than $5. As it turns out the medium is $3.85 and has *2* SHOTS. So what I should have ordered was a medium with 1/2 the milk!
I was there last year, great place. Is the inside open or is it still in lock down due to covid ?
The charcoal frappe with coconut milk is to die for. Great coffee place!
Cute and quaint. Loved the mural art. Nice quiet lil place. Coffees aromatic and delightfully tantalizing. Assortment of desserts also look delicious. Tjere are 2 levels to this little escape. So come by with your favorite book or friend and enjoy a little escape from the heat this summer... I bet the winters even better here.
I love this coffee place. Their coffee and their customer service are great.
Very overly sweet drinks (almost sickly sweet) not exactly healthy but there are alternatives! Decent pricing at a very convenient location for when you want to take a stroll around downtown.
Coffee was okay, sitting inside was like a sauna. I left cause i was cooking. Turn on the AC people!
This is a very nice place to drink a coffe an listen music.I like this place and it have a parking and an area with chairs and tables.I love this place and they sell many foods and drinks, well its a coffe place haha. They sell coffe and a large varieties off them.Various types of breads and the place have a good service.I recommend this place its very good.
Well, this place is small (for those not aware) but it has plenty of space to hang out with friends or your s/o. We went on a group of 7 and we had a great time. Service is good, coffee taste amazing and there’s a delicious Mazapán smoothie that taste like heaven. 100% recommended💕 Also there’s plenty of parking around the place so no one will have problems parking there!
Coffee Box- I want to start by saying I LOVE THIS CUTE COFFEE SHOP! I HIGHLY recommend this place! I am a Matcha lover & there Matcha Smoothie was the bomb! I paid $4.69 for the large & it was great! I love the way the Coffee Shop is designed. The workers here are so kind & friendly! This place is awesome for a coffee date or to hang with friends! They do have a bathroom, and I will say the place is kinda small but it’s manageable! I love this place, really I do, it’s a cool place to visit in Downtown El Paso! You can get some great photography shots on the upper floor of the coffee Box! 😍😍 I also thought there Macaroons were tasty! I will certainly come back! An easy 5 Stars!
Pricey but great quality
A really cool idea for where to put a coffee shop. My drink was pretty good!
Caramel Lattes were delicious! Highly recommend it! The outside patio area was a great spot to stop and enjoy coffee!
Awesome location great selection of lattes, coffees and pastry s and awesome employees
Cool design, great seating and location, good coffee!
The owner of this establishment has done very well with their marketing. I had heard about the Coffee Box from friends for a while and had an opportunity to check it out today while I was in the area. The concept was always so unique to me and it really is! Reminds me of the space-saving tiny homes concept but into a trendy and quirky establishment. The tea options are great, and though I dont drink coffee, you can tell there is great quality and it smells amazing! Also, a perfect place to get a gift for the coffee enthusiast in your life or to get a quick fix for a sweet tooth. I was able to sit upstairs and enjoy the view of the Plaza and other surrounding buildings. The location is perfect as well if youre looking to stay in the livelier part of downtown.
This place sells some of the best coffee in the city! I ordered a horchata latte and it had an incredibly intense flavor...the mix of espresso and the sweetness from the horchata flavor were an excellent combination. Theyre open somewhat late as well when its date night and you dont want the night to end just yet.

The coffee here is great and the service is awesome been going here for a couple years highly recommend it
Coffee was foamy and rich, loved it.Good friendly and fast service.Would have loves to dine-in, maybe next time.
So good charcoal frappe you need to try it❤❤❤❤
Charcoal latte is delicious . Every time I go to downtown El Paso I stop by the box and get my favorite Charcoal latte ☕
Most unique coffee shop design, love the style here. Delicious specialty drinks, like the toasty Charcoal latte 🤩
The best coffee shop in El Paso, awesome place that for a reason has earned to be one more icon for this border town. Freshly brewed coffee, sweet and tasty pastries, great teas and amazing assortment of coffee based drinks; the customer service is better than the best and for whoever visits El Paso this is a must stop in downtown right across the street from the Plaza de los Lagartos, within walking distance from the Plaza Theater and Southwest University Park.-The best coffee shop in El Paso!
Attempted to order iced drinks just to be told they werent making cold drinks at the moment. No big deal, went ahead and ordered anyways. I was expecting something better I guess because the coffee was subpar. My husbands drink was made way too hot (he asked for drinkable) and all of a sudden the barista had ice to put in it to cool it down. Mind you, she said no cold drinks could be made. The barista that helped us had an attitude with us for no reason too.The location looks awesome but thats all Ill come for, the art and view. Heads up, barista told me that I had to pay to park. Again, no big deal. $10 for parking, 10 minutes waiting for drinks totaling a little under $20, total of 15 minutes there seems like a rip off and if you want to visit you should be aware too :)
Place is super cute and the mural is great. Service was very kind. The mocha and coffee is awful. Tastes watered down and flavorless. Would recommend for visiting as a pretty place but don’t get a drink.
They get a few points for the artwork and the fun part about stacking containers in the middle of town. But if you call your shop something with coffee, you can at least make an effort on that part. They literally have a push button machine that they draw coffee from. Huge disappointment on the coffee front.***After your response - Thank you.I would be happy to comment on the quality of your products, however when I order a cold brew and I hear one colleague instruct the other to pour an americano over ice, I have a hard time saying anything positive. Location and creativity is on point though, I will hit you up next time, hopefully for a better delivery.
The French macaroons are tiny and delicious! Cheese danish warmed up (done myself at home) was phenomenal. My white chocolate mocha was horrible. Was mainly just mocha and frozen. I thought I was getting a hot coffee.. nope frozen. I even confirmed that it was my drink just to be sure. I gave this drink a fighting chance as you can see but it just got worse as I ate the cream from the top. I ended up going to another coffee shop after this disappointment.
Painfully slow. Average coffee.
Tried this place out for the first time and wow the coffee is great. The containers are neat and cute. Staff is friendly too
Great coffee, good prices, and excellent service all right next to the placita!
Nice place to read and study
For years I have been saying I am not a coffee Drinker but one taste of the Mazapan Frappe and I am hooked. To bad it is 1000 miles away. But it is going to be one of my places when I come visit El Paso, TX.
Cute cafe right next to the park! My friends and I are obsessed with this place! They have the MOST amazing cinnamon rolls Ive ever had in my life!!🤩
Too much syrup! nice boxes!
Two stars for creative usage of containers and friendly staff. The coffee, horrible. Had to throw it. Ordered an americano and taste burnt and dry. I can see if you like your coffee dolled up, this might work. If you want legit coffee, head elsewhere.
Awesome coffee spot! They have a good selection of different tea and coffee to choose from. I had a charcoal latte and it tasted just like a deep cookies and cream hot chocolate if you can picture that
Great service and delicious coffee and other great drinks!
A really cool place, where they joined two storage containers together to make a coffee shop. Not much room inside, but they do have a seating area inside, and an outside sitting area on an upper level. The coffee was good and the staff was friendly and efficient. Spent a couple of mornings with my family enjoying the start of our day.
I love the coffee box! I come here almost everyday and they have some pretty exotic lattes to choose as well 🤗
Service is always great EP🌟
Hazel helped me out yesterday! Great person! Keep up the good job, my tea was delicious and refreshing.Greetings from Phoenix
Favorite coffee place!
No mask required. coffee tasty
Coffee Boxs staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable of their products. I would say they surpassed my expectations flawless customer service.Their Nitro Coffee really impressed me. Its ultimately cold black coffee, no cream or sugar, but the nitrogen makes it noticeably smooth and creamy. Its also less acidy and less bitter than regular black coffee. It also cascades exactly like a Guinness or Boddingtons beer, a pleasant visual bonus.
The service was horrible the employees were very rude and even with all that we still tried the coffee it was not good
Good coffee! Kinda cool idea and a great downtown location.
Super cute coffee shop! Staff is always friendly and happy!
Super nice people :) really kind! Strongly recommend coming here.
Delicious. And the building itself is really artistic.
I tried this place out its great, willcome back
Delicious caramel latte!
Such a great place for coffee and tea!
