Great place to get glasses!! Ive been getting my glasses with Stanton for years and they never disappoint. Rosie was incredible and helped us out and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Their warranty is awesome and its 2 years for the lenses and 1 year for the frames. And they have a huge selection of frames. My wife was going to pay 280 just for lenses at another place for my son and I told her to bring him here and we paid 290 for frames and lenses for both of us. I will keep coming back for my glasses.

I absolutely love the location located at the fountains. Nancy made my whole day better a week or so ago. I went in to get my favorite pair of glasses replaced because mine got run over at my work. She made the process quick and painless. The warranty made it less expensive and the service made me breath easy. This is my new go to for all my eye care needs and Nancy my optical specialist!

Everything was super fast and easy. Jesus was amazing and such a great help. I had a screw missing on my old pair of glasses and he quickly got that fixed for me. There was also a small issue with my prescription, but Jesus caught it and we got that corrected. Overall, great experience.

This place was so great! Went in just to look, they got me in as a walk in. I got their deal of free exam with purchase of lenses they were buy one get one free! The glass type and anti glare brought up the price but i understand that. Got two pairs for about what i paid for my one current pair 🙌

Went to get a new eye prescription but they failed to disclose verbally that they use a virtual Doctor. They dont dilate your eyes either. After it was all done they got my prescription wrong and had hand them one from my Doctor. It took 3 weeks to finally receive my new glasses with the correct prescription. Go somewhere else youll be better off

Today I went in to get a new pair of glasses Sonia helped me out and helped me on deciding on a pair of glasses to get. She was amazing really funny, helpful and overall just amazing.

The customer service was fast and awesome. I didnt wait long to see the doctor and Valerie was very nice and helpful. Even though i couldnt decide what glasses I wanted to choose she was very patient and helped me decide the best glasses for me. When you first get there they treat you nice. The service was good, a bit slow but over all pretty organized. Its when it comes to the glasses to choose from. They pretty much carry the same styles in different brands. They dont have a selection on safety glasses Z-87 ANSI approved. I said no problem Ill take in my own frames (Wiley X). I paid for warranty and the extra no scratch resistance. They scratched in 3 months. On top of that I still paid $90 even do they had warranty. Its been 21 days still no glasses. Oh they sent me a message that theyre ready for pickup. They tell me when I show up, There was a gliinch in there system. Still no glasses.

By far the best optical I’ve been too. I came in as a walk in and was able to get my exam and lenses all on the same day. The whole staff was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Roxanne helped me and my husband pick out the perfect lenses. She was so awesome. I would definitely recommend Stanton Optical.

Based on the experience of my visit, I would recommend this place. Given the ongoing pandemic, the place may get crowded, but the staff is certainly doing their absolute best to be attentive with everyone. There was a wide selection of glasses, and I had a graciously sweet employee, Nancy, narrow down my choice of frames to match my face. Highly satisfied with the glasses I chose.Also, during my visit, the eye exam was completed virtually (with the doctor speaking to you from a screen, while simultaneously controlling the phoropter), but the exam was thorough and no different from a face-to-face visit. Clearly, the exam worked because the lenses on my glasses allow me to see small text from afar.

10/10 customer service! I don’t think I’ll ever go to another optical. I’ve never had a bad experience. Jonathan did an amazing job at helping me chose my lenses and was super patient and friendly! He made sure I got the contacts and glasses I wanted! They were a bit busy and understaffed at the time of my appointment but they did an amazing job at helping everyone in a timely matter! I was impressed!

Since I was having an issue with my glasses I finally had an opportunity to go back and get help with them. Everyone there is very nice. Karina, the young lady that helped me that day was wonderful and so sweet. While I was there, I decided to try out progressives. After I found a pair of glasses that I liked, she patiently explained everything about how they work. I would definitely recommend Stanton Optical.

Absolutely horrible lowest service on the entire market first off your not meeting a doctor in person over the phone so on the first appointment our prescription was wrong than we had to wait 4 weeks for another appointment where they Finally got it right our first pair was still wrong 2 months later they come back good and we send the second pair off to find out they never left after 3 months on the shelf not even the location at the fountains can make up for the absolutely incredibly horrible experience everyone around seems to like them they must’ve had better employees before promises broken,cdc guidelines not enforced enough is enough with the lies over 0/10 stars for me worst glasses and prescription buying experience ever and I’ve had glasses my whole life

I had gone to this location after previously visiting the Las Cruces location for my eye exam and new pair of glasses. I had to get a new pair of glasses because my previous pair had broken. When I received my new pairs of glasses I was excited, however, one of the pairs was not the correct prescription and had to return a few days later to have them fixed. Thankfully I was assisted by Sonia, she is the one with the glasses, and she was able to solve the problem for me. Great customer service and very polite.

The experience was amazing. I got online at 8am and scheduled my appointment at 930 the same day! An employee was persistent with my husband getting a contact exam although all we needed just lenses.The 2 for $59 glasses had Very very very limited styles.

This is a great place if you dont have time during the week. I was in and out of there in less then an hour, on a Saturday. The staff was efficient and helpful. Antonio was extra helpful.

I really enjoyed my experience at Stanton optical. Jonathan (assistant manager) was very helpful in selecting my glasses today! Additionally the team including Roxanne, Valerie, Sonya and Jasmine were phenomenal. Valerie conducted my pre-exam and did a great job, very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to see an eye doctor!

Please enforce mask policies to your staff before enforcing it on customers. You cant be requiring mask if your own employees cant abide by wearing them properly. For example your lab technician had it under his nostrils yet kept coming in and out the lab. Second if I can smell bad odors in that office through my mask (provided by your office) you can also inhale the virus. Mask do NOT work. Please do your research before implementing it just to jump on the bandwagon! Last and foremost leave people alone whether they wear a mask or not stop shaming them. If youre so scared of the virus keep your business closed or just wear multiple mask to protect you.

It is absolutely not good as a place.for eyewear. The frames will come apart in a couple of years. I have been back time and time again for adjustments and they cannot seem to get it right. I need eyeglasses right now and I am going somewhere else. For all the people who have given good reviews, wait a .couple of years, and youll see it differently.

From the beginning once I entered Stanton optical karina made you feel very welcoming as receptionist moving fast getting all my information with outstanding customer service. Ramiro was very awesome and when he took me and he made me feel comforted and relax when he came to the exam and went out of his way to get me trial parish right away so I wouldn’t be driving blind, I recommend this location for anybody and everyone and also Nancy as customer service has been extremely awesome at what she does.

Staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The took time to answer all the questions I had, about the new insurance I now have. They explained what the insurance covers, and gave me options to make a wise decision.. They offered me samples of contacts to insure the color I picked would be the choice I would be happy with. Staff was very helpful and it was different experience to have an eye exam performed via telehealth. They have plenty of options of frames and add ons for the lenses. Jesus was extremely helpful in providing customer service when deciding on the final touches on the lens and frames. He was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him throughout the process of finishing up my appointment. Hes very attentive and has plenty of experience to help guide anyone looking for glasses, 10/10 would recommend :)

Theres a lady who is extremely rude here. No matter how polite I was she did not smile or respond with kindness while checking my eyes. Nobody likes a bad attitude! She has curly/wavy long black hair and I believe she is an assistant since she was at the front/back desk. Sadly I dont know her name to submit a complaint! Aside from rude assistants the doctor was extremely kind and had a great attitude.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the massive selection and professional staff. I did not expect such quality service. I stopped to check it out because I needed a pair of cheap glasses quickly and saw the promotional sign. I ended up staying and ordering my regular glasses here. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was served by Alexandria and Benjamin.The selection of frames was astounding. The prices were better than at Costco! I have been coming here for a few years now, because you can get a contact lens exam at a reasonable price without insurance. Almost every time I come I was waiting for around 2 hours. This time around I made an appointment for a Saturday at 2P, at 12P I got a call (from an out of state #) that my appointment had to be rescheduled for Tuesday because the doctor would not be in. I was pretty annoyed to say the least because I was already anticipating being here at least 2 hours. I called the store (not the number who called me) and wanted to get some clarification on what is going on with my appointment. So apparently, their online system had them triple booked. I asked the woman I was speaking to if that’s common practice because I feel I’m always waiting a really long time. She shared with me that they have no control over the online booking system. I had told her to forget about it and I’d go somewhere else. WELL I got a text confirming my appointment for Tuesday and I would normally be annoyed, but I had to go out of town suddenly so I called back to get an appointment after work. I came in at 6:40P (10 min late) and it is 7:39P and I am in my car about to drive home! My contacts are ordered and my experience with the staff today was wonderful from start to finish. Julian was the one who helped me get my contacts ordered and I will definitely be returning to Stanton Optical! My previous experiences have been outshined by the excellent service I received today. Thank you!

This place is a joke! Some of the staff is rude..very condensing, especially the asst. Manager...gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts then when I told her I wanted my old prescription and I wanted to talk to the dr. Said I had to make another appt..I aint got time for this...ill never go back again..

My wife and I had great customer service. Sonia assisted us and did a great job. She was very patient and answered all our questions. She was very funny too. I hope our glasses turn out as good as there customer service too.

I got an exam for contacts and glasses. I prefer the contacts because my ears are uneven so yeah it constantly looks like my glasses are crooked. Anyway so I got the exam which comes with a pair of contacts ( they didnt have my prescription in stocks other than my trial pair) and 2 pairs of glasses for $180 . Not bad without insurance ( they do accept various insurances however) . Pleasant staff my glasses were ready in 30 min. Total time about an hour and a half . Thats with exam and complete glasses. Made the appointment same day. Totally worth it. I recommend.

I called for an appointment and they gave me sunday at 4:45. I got there and they were rushing me out because they closed at 5. There was no doctor available so I was just given a simple eye test when on the website it says how thorough of an eye exam they supposedly do and why schedule people 15 minutes before closing time if all youre gonna get is attitude from employees and feel rushed.

It was a real nice experience very welcoming, especially with Nancy she helped me out through the beginning and end. Very helpful in both times. Thank you again.

1st time at this optical...so I got my glasses and I told the man the glasses did not feel right and that my eyes hurt with the glasses. Man said take them and try them you need to get use to them. Well its been 4 weeks and I am still wearing my old glasses. They dont hurt my eyes. My old glasses dont help much but at least my eyes dont hurt.Very upset that I wasted money on glasses I cannot wear because they hurt my eyes.Wish I can have my money back and return to American best.Reply to the owner!!!So now the owner replied and stated that theyll talk to management so this wont happen again.What about me and my glasses.How can this be corrected.Please let me know.There is something that can be done please!!!We need to correct this issue...
