Yesterday Eyemart Express Claudia gave excellent care in the service I received from the beginning to the end. I love my new glasses. The doctor was awesome care enough to explain about my eyes that I learn so much new eye facts. All the other staff demonstrated great services too. Ill be going back to Eyemart Express yearly.

I have been going to this place for about 4 years already and I always receive very good service. Today I received the best service from Jaime K. He was the nicest, in a great mood, and even helped me pick the glasses that best fit my face. I was feeling stressed and he made me feel better. My glasses were also ready in 45 minutes, super fast. I recommend this place, and definitely recommend going with Jaime!

I visited location on Friday, 10/22. I am overly impressed with the excellent customer service provided from the moment the gentleman who signed me in to Amanda who helped me with selecting my glasses and fulfilling my order. She was very knowledgeable! I got my glasses that same evening right before the closed. The same gentleman at the front desk cleaned and provided me with my glasses but was so accommodating and did not make me feel rushed even though it was closing time. I highly recommend Eyemart Express! :)

I had a wonderful experience. The prices seemed very reasonable and every employee i interacted with were amazing. My two pairs of glasses were done very fast (within 45 minutes). The COVID-19 guidelines they had in place made me very comfortable. I will definitely go here again.

What a luxury to have one of these stores in town! I am from a big city where I could never find a place with a quick turnaround time on glasses. My son broke his glasses that he wears all day every day and I went and got TWO pairs of glasses with polycarbonate lenses for about 1/3 of what I spent on the pair of glasses that broke. And, they were ready in about 12 minutes. They have a great selection of fun and affordable frames, and the customer service is EXCELLENT. Will definitely be back!

What an absolutely amazing experience! I went in on Saturday morning just expecting to look around, but then I found this amazing pair of glasses. I couldnt take my eyes off of them. Then I had an associate by the name of Jose come by and explain their current promos and sat me down to show me how much I could get them for with my insurance. It was such a steal, along with the B1G1F promo.... I had to do it. I got two pairs of glasses for a really great price and no joke.... both pairs were done in like 27 mins. I know if youre reading this review, you might be thinking are they even good quality? Let me tell you - HELL YAS THEY ARE! I can see perfectly well with them and the fit is superb. Plus its such a pretty frame. I cant describe how freaking excited I am. The people that work there too are amazing! Give Jose a raise for doing a stand up job and being such an incredible gentleman for all that he does!

Hello everybody. I had a great experience at Eye Mart.I hoped my questions would be answered? All them were met with professionals and very attentively answered to my satisfaction. They were very courteous and called me by my name. The timeline they mentioned was welcomed as I was called sooner to pickup my eyewear. Great! They also clean chairs, and table tops after each customer. Wow! Excellence was served in a clean friendly professional manner.

Terrible place o go during COVID. There are no protocols in place to keep anyone safe while at this location. Many customers do not have on mask (assume many are not vaccinated) and do not seem to care one way or the other. I will say the staff does the best they can, they are polite and know the wait times are easily over an hour just to see someone to take your prescription and the verbal abuse they took just made me shake my head. I will also say the eye doctors are wonderful.

Everyone at your facility was Professional and knowledgeable. Initially the facility was crowded but there were do many Employees that my wait time was around 30 minutes. Ms Claudia, was very helpful. Only thing is the list in the system, accepting clients was disorganized. Some customers were called several times. Our name was listed 4 times. We were already paying when our name was called the third time.

The service I experienced was great, even with covid policy’s in place i felt safe and excited to see people back to the old norm. Compared to other competitors like Americas best contacts who removed my children and myself for over capacity, which was like 5 people. They had more employees than customers! I will chose Eye Mart express moving forward, glasses ready in an hour, free pair of glasses with insurance, and no discrimination towards anyone especially those with children

My son broke his glasses right before the 4th of July weekend so we made an emergency visit to Eyemart Express. We’ve always enjoyed great customer service when we’ve visited before but Jaime Krop went above and beyond to get my sons glasses ready before closing. Great business and even better customer service!

I can’t express how much I love coming here!! This place is really amazing. Great staff, great prices and great selections. No I am not paid to say this! I used to go to Stanton optical. I would pay 600-800 for glasses. Plus the staff at Stanton was rude!! Not here! Eye mart is the best place to come for glasses! Especially there warranty! I’ve used several time because I’m clumsy and always needing my glasses. So no matter what they would either replace them for me or give me the same ones just depending if the lens needed replacing. I would go at no extra cost!! Legit didn’t pay anything because I had warranty best place in El Paso!! I love there people!Whatever you guys do please stay the same with your great energy and vibes. Especially customer service. Do not go to Stanton optical unless you want to be treated poorly and pay using an arm and liver for you glasses that break easily. EYEMART IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Customer service is terrible. They want to charge $60 for a fitting fee for contacts which is mandatory if if you know the type of contacts you have been wearing for 20 years. They also will not give you a prescription. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get ripped off and over pay.

I took my grandfather to get his eyeglasses. First visit we went around 1pm and was told there would be about a 90min wait. So we went back the next day and arrived 20 min before opening and were seen as soon as they opened. His glasses were ready the same day. However, when I returned to pick them up, mind you they were already paid for... I still had to sit and wait 30 minutes to be handed the glasses and leave. For the price and turn around time it’s a good deal. But right now is not the time to have people needlessly wait in a small enclosed area for extended periods of time. Effort should be made to expedite customers going simply to pick up especially since it’s already paid.

CLAUDIA Was GREAT HELP! She was very helpful and friendly. She made choosing and finding glasses for my husband and for myself a breeze. We’ll definitely come back to this location to be helped by her.

Amazing customer service, in a year filled with unknown and everyone on edge it was great to experience a simple purchase of a pair of glasses. I was greeted when I walked in, I was kindly asked to look around while I was waiting to be called on, then Daisy helped me select my glasses at 6:45 right before closing it was great customer service, even when I showed up the next day to pick up my glasses it was a continuation. Kuddos to all the staff ... This might seem like a simple thing but it was the experience. I left the El Paso Eyemart express feeling like I actually was an important customer and as I listened to other conversations around me it was all the staff making each customer feel important. After already having a rough time with Target opticals. Jamie Krop and the General manager Jessie made my daughter visit go smoothly. I went in with my prescription and was assisted promptly. The minute you walk in the staff is ready to help and are taking all the immidiate precautions to keep the public safe and healthy. They let you know if you can come in or if not they ask you to wait in your car. There is plenty of staff helping customers in all areas keeping things going as swiftly as possible. The best part was my glasses were ready in an hour.

HORRIBLE. EXPERIENCE! Got fitted for glasses on Feb. 20, paid for progressive lenses, bifocals, protective ray lenses, told Its going to take a few weeks bcus of the high prescription, picked them up Mar 8 lenses were Coke bottom thick, no progressive lens, told the tech to reverse my insurance benefit and return my payment, she said they dont do that bcus their policy is to correct the problem, ok I said. Picked them up again on Mar. 20, couldnt focus at all, tech tried to bend glasses every which way but I couldnt focus, she finally said Take them to your Dr and ask them whats wrong with them What!? So I did, the Drs office said the bifocals were uneven. Mar 31 went to tell Lety the problem and in fact, a client next to me was complaining about the same thing, again I was told well fix them, on my way home I get a message that my glasses were ready after only 76 minutes, REALLY!? The first time they took 13 days to have them ready, I knew I was in for another disappointment and I was, I couldnt focus at all and just walked out. I should have gone to Sams in the first place like I always have and like I did right after EyeMart Express. By the way great service at Sams!!

Staff are very nice. Were able to help me out with my insurance. Turn around time for my frames was 5 mins (others may vary).

Went in thinking I’d get my glasses in two weeks like all the previous stores I visited. To my surprise my glasses were ready in less than 40 minutes. The staff was quick, respectful and courteous. Can’t complain. Highly recommend the eye mart located on gateway west in El Paso!

I went there In January and mr. Jaime Krop helped me out. Not only is the doctor awesome but Mr. Krop was amazing Even picked out my glasses and I loved them!!!! He was friendly profesional and very helpful!!! Very happy!!!

The assistant manager signed us in to purchase glasses stated that he would call us when there would a spot open. He never called us when we called the store they said that he had called us once and left message we dont have missed call from assistant manager. The receptionist told us they called once when we spoke to the manager that signed us in he said he called us several times when he really didnt. Assistant manager was very rude on the phone and wanted to re schedule us and gave us the excuse because they were at capacity.

Be prepared to come back at least 2-3 times when they tell you your glasses are ready.. they have a big selection of glasses but I suggest you pick them up within the next day so they can fix all the many mistakes theyll make. Not sure if the lab tech is new but they made a total of 3 mistakes so far. Hopefully the fourth time is the charm.Update: my husbands glasses got fixed the 4th time around, mine needed to be fixed a 5th time but thats just too many times going back and forth so I asked for a refund

Excellent service. Waited no more than about 6 minutes to be seen. The representative walked me through all my options and helped me choose an affordable option that worked with my budget. Received a text on my phone when glasses were ready...about and hour and ten minutes later. When I picked up my new glasses the representative at the front desk talked a little with me as this my first pair of bifocals. (Yes Im getting old). Overall excellent service. I just needed glasses for the first time. I was recommended to Dr. Martinez and Eyemart Express and it went really well!! Their selection of frames is really good, the people are wonderful, and the turn around time is great. I highly recommend the eye doctor next door and then right next door steps away you can get your glasses here. They offer a great replacement warranty too! Great value for your money and a great customer experience for your time!!

Very disappointed, Ive been using eye mart express for the past 10 +years, and this year my Doctor gave a different prescription than the usual one, Im on my third trip and they just cant get it right, I feel that the attendant is working hard for their commission, Inserted of my proper eye ware, seriously, whats going on.

Great service. Jesse was amazing. We are visiting from out of state and I sat on my girl friends glasses. She did not have a second pair of glasses so we were really in a jam. I called and talked to Jesse and he was very friendly and put us at ease right away. He told me to come right in and he would look at the glasses and see if they could be repaired. He also provided another alternative, he suggested sending over her prescription to them in case they could not repair the damaged glasses. He would be able to fit me with a new pair. He was terrific. We went in and my firlfriend with a new pair of glasses. We took him the damaged glasses and he said no problem and he was able to fix them. He fixed them and we were on our way with in 10 minutea of arriving. Thank you Jesse. I wouuld like to thank you for saving my vacation.

Very quick service

My first time buying glasses in the El Paso. I didnt know which store to go and where do I get an eye exam. Too many places but whod accept my insurance? Eyemart express. It looked quite busy but I was able within an hour to find the right glasses and leave with them. Gaby helped me to pick the right glasses and offered me another pair with my glasses for a much lower price. They have a buy one get one free from a selected item or pay the difference depending on your insurance coverage. Other places told me I had to do an appointment a week ahead and etc. Forget that ... In and out!
