I ordered my sons glasses in January they charged the insurance and I paid in full. Today March 30th I still dont have his glasses and no one can tell me why.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this business for almost 9 years and it’s sad that they hire employees like Bibi that don’t have a clue of what good customer service is. I’m sorry for the store manager that she has always given me amazing service, but I won’t be coming back on my next eye exam. Thanks Bibi for the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

On July 3rd. I call to make an appointment. who ever answer was very rude and state that no appointments available till July 20. I need my glasses asp. so I went to Juarez optica 20 20. they nicely told me that I could pick up my glasses in the El Paso optica on Monday 13 ..Great.After calling with no answer. I call Juarez sucursal and was told my glasses been since the 15 at this location. The lady with the tattoo in her left side arm was veryu unpolite and unprofessional not to said RUDE. next time I ll take my business somewhere else. I was ready for Dental work services !

Worst experience ever at this place!! Not only do they do insurance fraud, which I already reported it to my insurance company but the girl who bills the insurance (Bibi) is extremely rude!! So my insurance covers $130 for frames and covers 100% of my lenses and any add ons like anti-glare. I picked some Armani frames that had a price tag of $149.99, the difference I would have to pay out of pocket after insurance is approximately $20 plus tax. They tell me my total to pay after insurance is $168 because the type of LENSES I got arent covered which were polycarbonate...so I ended up giving a down-payment of $80 but on my way home I called my insurance who told me that any lense, including polycarbonate, were covered 100% so I only should have paid $20 plus tax which is the difference. I then get a call from Bibi who was extremely rude after I told her to explain what I was being charged for because it wasnt clear to me. I caught her on her own lie because she said I was now being charged for the FRAMES not the LENSES anymore, she got really defensive when I told her it didnt make any sense. She had this really nasty tone and I called her out on being really rude to which she answered, Yes, Im rude and thats my job you can cancel your order!!. Long story short, I go back and they explain to me that Im not being charged for the lenses like they had told me, that I was being charged $168 for the frames even after the price tag said $149.99 and my insurance covered $130. Their explanation was that and I quote the price tag of $149.99 was for people with no insurance but those who have insurance pay double. So the original price of the frames was actually $299.98 for those with insurance! This is insurance fraud and illegal! I already spoke to my insurance company who filed a complaint with their fraud department and I will also be contacting the BBB. I canceled my order and they refunded my money which I paid with a card so hopefully I do get refunded. They charge insurance companies for the frames and then charge customers also...I will also be contacting the manager to let her know of how rude that staff member was. Will never go back there again!

DONT EVER GO HERE. I wouldve given it zero stars if it was an option. I went around 3 years ago so they would make my glasses with my prescription. However, they screwed it up by placing the right lens on the left one, and the left one on the right one. Their mediocre and idiotic mistake messed up my eye sight for 3 years. When I went to confront them about their mistake, they waived it off and never took responsibility. The pathetic excuse of a human that was the employee was rude and uncivil calling me a liar. If you are reading this, you know who you are. Idiot.

Horrible customer service over the phone and in store.

They said we will call you for your contact lenses. Its been over two weeks. I try calling them, but they close or one reason or another I can get in contact with them.

😠SCAM!! THESE PEOPLE will scam you they stole 100 from me I bought the 1year prescription and when I went to pick up my contacts that I PAID for they said that they no longer had them, that they switched owners.

There website has specials or coupons when you get to the location they say those are old ads that they are not valied any more the frames are over priced

The doctor is always late for his appointments.

They are not responsible for the doctors mistakes that they recommend. The recipe was wrong TWICE and I asked for a refund but now they come out if they give me the refund but they have to charge me the two micas because the work has already been done. Being that the error was never proper. The problem is still being treated.
