Jay and his team at All American repaired two vehicles for us this year. They did quality work and provided excellent communication. Highly recommended. They replaced a crumpled hood from accident damage on our older model Infiniti I30. They did a lot of research to successfully locate a replacement hood for a vehicle of this age. The finished result was fantastic and reasonably priced. They also perfectly repaired damaged paint on the rear bumper of our Honda Accord. They run a great shop.

I was very unsatisfied with there work, within 3 months had paint chips and rust on my hood. My car was already 4 years old with no rust or paint chips before my accident and 3 to 6 months later my hood now needs to be repaired, and they will not fix it. So if your looking for a cheaper quick fix this is the place for you.

Since this was the insurance companys preferred body shop, I chose to have my repairs completed here. The secretary is extremely friendly and I enjoyed speaking with her. The guys took an estimate of my vehicle and that went on without a hitch. Up to this point, I was very happy with their service.Before moving on, I will say this. I understand why the insurance company selected All American as their preferred body shop. Their prices are well below what youd find at any other body shop, ie. Gerber. There is reason for this. They do the least amount work, borderline cut corners, to make sure that the car looks identical to its pre-crash state.Back to my history with All American. I have serviced multiple vehicles at their shop and I have had to return my vehicles to their shop to be repainted, every single time, without fail. Whether it be the clear coat/paint peeling away, the body panels not being aligned, or even damage that wasnt their before.I understand that people dont want to spend exorbitant amounts of money fixing their vehicles, some just want the minimum to keep the car on the road and put the remaining insurance money in their pockets. If that is what your plan is, then this is the shop for you. While they are courteous at the shop when you first get your work done, I cant say the same for when you return to show them their poor workmanship.

I have taken my cars to All American for over 25 years and I am always satisfied. On the rare occasion if something isnt exactly right, they cheerfully make it right.

The past 3 years I have been rear-ended or side swiped 3 times!Each time I took my car right to All American Bill and Jay are 2 of the greatest guys to work with. The work is always perfect, and done ahead of schedule. You will not find a better place or price.

I have taken all of my cars to All American for nearly 2 decades, including my Hummer, Mercedes SL600, CLS 550 and S550, Ferrari, Nissan GTR, BMWX6M, etc. They are family-owned, and always fair and reasonable and do a great job. I recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use them exclusively for all of my auto body work.

I needed some door hinges replaced on my van, and was referred to them by a friend. The guys I talked to were very personable, the paint and installtion looked great, it was finished before expected, and the price was even better than expected! I will definetely use them for any future work, and would highly recommend them.
