I feel like this is the bottom of the barrel.for dollar trees I only go if I absolutely have to. Super understaffed and the staff thats there is super miserable. And the shelves are basically empty. Idk if it because Im used to Geneva and st. Charles but the Elgin one needs a serious reality check.

Best Dollar Tree Ive been to in the Chicago area! Its the largest and cleanest. Besides the usual findings of every Dollar Tree, this one has a great and large craft section. The store is very well organized which is probably a reflection of staff and management.

I was there a few days ago to just browse and see what they had. I was ready to check out and the line was getting a little long, the one cashier was a bit slow but a second cashier had opened up to help move the line along. She was fast, efficient and very nice. The cashiers name on the receipt said Brittany and we also appreciated her answering our questions on some of the Christmas items they had in the store. All in all a good experience since we usually go to dollar general but we just stopped by out of convenience on our way home. Will be coming in soon now that we know we can get some things for stocking stuffers especially for my younger kids!

My go to place to find various things I probably dont need. Although everything is a dollar, its so easy to run up a check.

The Dollar Tree is fun. The lines usually arent very long. You can pick up fast items there that you really need for the house. The people are very friendly. You can pick up office supplies. An art supplies. Books. All kinds of wonderful yummy treats. I feel this not a please for grocery shopping. But if you dont have a lot of money its a good place for getting Essentials. My favorite part is you can buy one-of-a-kind items there. My suggestion if you find something you really like Buy It Now. Because a lot of things they have are one of a Time items. Which means if you dont buy them now. You wont get them later. Because they may never have them again. I love the store. Its a good to find inexpensive Pharmaceutical items. Also its a fun place to just play. Plus if you need it you can go in and get cold water on the Run. If youre jogging. I love this store.

This was my first time back in the store since the expansion. Expected something different I guess.

I witnessed a shop lifter and when I mentioned it to the cashier, she said its only a dollar, a pair of reading glasses and something else I couldnt make out of not paid for.

Sometimes find neat stuff

Went in looking for neutral baby shower bags, and they tend to have colors that are considered more feminine.

Went in for a quick snack. I bought a big bag of animal crackers (enough for me and 3 growing boys) and an Arizona Iced Tea. It was cheap and my wallet was happy.

This is a nicely organized store. I like that Dollar Tree is carrying more USA made products. I get all my cleaning products there. Saves lots of money!

You can get lot of home stuff that does not neccessarily need to be fancy looking and saves you a great deal of money. Like kitchen cloths or jars for your pantry. Its great for its value no frills kinda stuff.

Always find something I need. Great 4 holiday decorating or crafts.

Employees hate their jobs here, are rude and will argue with you if you make a comment about lines being way to long. Always super crowded, only one lane open and products are always out of place.

Picked up on line order without any issues and made a smooth exchange as well

Im outside the store at 945pm. it says they close at 10pm tonight but they have the door locked already with an employee standing by the register with his coat on and two other employees getting ready to leave.

Great dollar store : friendly staff, clean store, great store for Crafters and when you are low on money the frozen section is pretty good 🤗👍
